It reads less like a traditional breakfast lineup and more like two exceptionally confident dishes staring you down and asking, "Well, which direction are we going?" I chose the jerk chicken breakfast burrito because YOLO, and--oh my goodness--that thing was fantastic. First, it was enormous. I eat man-sized meals, and this burrito was still a beast. I could have divided it in half, eaten one portion for breakfast and the other for lunch, and never felt as though I had begun a diet. This was not a breakfast burrito trying to look impressive by being wrapped in extra foil. It had mass, purpose, and possibly its own gravitational field. More importantly, it tasted every bit as good as it looked. The ingredients were clearly high quality, and every part contributed something. The cheese was beautiful rather than being tossed in as the obligatory dairy participant. The jerk chicken brought incredible flavor, and the entire burrito was toasted to perfection. That final toast transformed the outside into exactly the right wrapper for everything happening inside. The gentleman cooking is less a chef than an artisan. This burrito did not feel assembled; it felt composed. Someone had clearly thought about the ingredients, proportions, texture, and preparation instead of merely putting breakfast into a tortilla and calling it a meal. If you are in Bellevue, go. If you are anywhere nearby, it is worth the detour. Run, don't walk--then remember that driving is faster, go back for the car, find the shared entrance on the right, and order the burrito. I caught them parked at the empty parking lot at the corner of Vandenberg and Freedom on Hickam. I stopped by during my lunch break, less than 30 minutes before closing. Like with any new coffee shop, I opted for my baseline drink, an iced vanilla latte. The gentleman who took my order was also the barista. He shared FFC's mission, that they donate proceeds to local animal shelters. Picked up my drink, took a sip, and I was amazed at the strength of the espresso...just right! Sweet enough, not too watery, not too creamy, roasted coffee flavor was great. Their menu is simple, without all the frou-frou flavors and add-ons. Their syrups are house-made and their coffees are from a local coffee roaster! Customers of that other local coffee shop on base should run to FFC instead! Since that visit, I found out that they now do drive-thru service, and will soon add conchas from @conchas_solo8 to their lineup of baked goods beginning August 27th! I'm overdue for a repeat visit. Second we requested roasted potatoes and instead got mashed potatoes. They tasted great but again not what we asked for. Third My wife needed gluten free so we had two desserts one gluten free cake and one not gluten free, they mixed them together at the end of the night so no left over cake for my wife. Fourth some random woman came into the venue to snoop prior to the wedding so a catering staff member took upon themselves to show her around and they walked in on my wife while she was changing. Fifth we were given a personalized bottle of Champagne to commemorate the event that was thrown away at the end of the night by the staff as they were cleaning. None of this was really major and certainly didn't ruin our night but left a very bad taste in our mouth about every recommending our using this company again. They did offer to buy us an anniversary cake and bottle of Champagne but we did not want freebies, we just want them to take more care when working at such a memorable event.

This wasn't just some kids being silly, what this was is poor supervision and education. I will go back but I will leave if the staff behaved the way they did this day.
