How about a white cheese, that is NOT greasy and doesn't upset the stomach. Their menu doesn't say what kind of cheese and I failed to ask, but never again with the cheddar cheese ones (ack). Perfectly done, minimal grease if any really. That sweet chili sauce... is cooled off by his cilantro-like sour cream. The pico is super fresh, excellent bite ratio where just about every bite... has ALL the flavors. These are not your average taco! The smoked chicken was also amazballs.
