The food AND service were AMAZING!! I'm so upset I forgot to get our waiter/cashier's name because he was SO friendly and helpful! We LOVE fried flour tacos, but my husband said he thinks he liked the carnitas birria tacos even more! That's saying something! We also tried Elotitos for the first time and YUM!! And I can't forget the flour chips and queso. They seriously have the BEST flour chips and queso anywhere! Everything was delicious, the service was fantastic, and we will DEFINITELY be back! read more

I ordered three tacos for $10 online and picked it up. I got the chicken, pastor and carnitas. I was disappointed with all three. The tortillas were wet and falling apart and the meat was mediocre and bland. I love pastor and was very disappointed with how average this was. read more

Bomb Taco - Tacos Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

We love this small Papillion location! Always head there for the friendly staff, clean tables and a quick delicious lunch. Their carne asada burrito is my go-to. Highly recommend the 'mixed' chips and salsa to get the party started. You'll enjoy both corn and flour tortilla chips and fresh salsa (I add some of their 'serve yourself' red salsa to give it a little more spice.) read more

I used to come here all the time. I love the chips and queso, The basic burrito is my favorite, and their green salsa is amazing. Service is always quick to place your order and your food is done in a timely manner. I have been here so many times usually just for the burrito that I used to order with steak or no meat. Delicious. the facility is always really clean and they have great deals daily. Recently though on two separate occasions my family and I ate here and got asada street tacos. They were flavorful but had so much fat that we were unable to eat them and at one point I was pulling out pieces of bone. We have only had this happen twice and just with the street tacos. Maybe we just got weird cuts of meat that time but it was enough for me to not order this anymore. Hopefully soon it will get back to better cuts of asada. read more

Samantha, the counter person, was very good at explaining the menu. There was only a menu board with some small print which I found kind of hard to read. I ordered two street tacos-- one brisket and one chicken. They were nicely loaded with meat plus onion and cilantro with lime garnish. They were small, which suited me perfectly. I liked the flavor of the brisket best, but the greasiness oozed over into the chicken. I also had chips and guac, which I really liked. The guac was just spicy enough and the mixed chips warm and crispy. I made the mistake of ordering a lime Margarita. I assumed it would be kind of weak, but at the end it packed a punch. Since I was by myself and driving, I had to wait awhile before it felt safe to drive. Maybe I'm a lightweight when it comes to alcohol but I did the responsible thing. The decor is bright in this small space with music of various genres, including American and Latin, but not too loud. If I come here again, I'll probably have the rice bowl. Today it was all about the tacos. read more

Over priced smallest portion I ever seen at a Mexican spot spent 20 bucks and still starving Won't be going back read more

I just ordered from Bomb Taco and honestly, I'm impressed. Everything came out fresh and hot, and you can tell right away that they don't cut corners on quality. The tacos were loaded with flavor, the meat was perfectly seasoned, and the toppings tasted fresh and well-balanced. Portions were filling without feeling sloppy, and the prices felt totally fair for what you get. My order was ready fast, and the staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. read more

I met the owner Juan the food is amazingly authentic Mexican the service is the best like the food is the best Mexican cuisine I have had since leaving Texas I am very picky about my food I would give them 10 stars if I could and the prices are very reasonable and so is the bar so if you are military I highly recommend it to my brothers and sisters it is a veteran owned business read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. It wouldn't let me. We're vegetarian, no options for us. Only choice is to order burrito / nachos without meat. We ordered two burritos and a plate of nachos for the same price as if it had meat. Okay no problem $50 with tip. The burritos and nacho had virtually no pico de gallo. We asked for salsa and were given a tiny cup and charged $.80. We will never come here again. We actually saved them food costs from removing meat from all 3 items. No consideration whatsoever. We are at the West Maple location near N. 120th. read more

I hate to post a 2 star for this place, but some of the food was awful. This review is based on food, service, cleanliness, atmosphere, and value. Baja shrimp tacos were really good. Baja fish was good, but skimpy on the fish. Street tacos were absolutely dreadful. Probably the worst tacos I've ever had. So dry, and void of any flavor. The trio dip appetizer was half off, and tasted okay, but again, skimpy on the chips. Service was limited. It's an order at the counter type of establishment. They were friendly, but asked for a tip like they provide table service. Asking for a tip for service, and not providing service will always knock a star off. The dining area was clean, but almost all the tables were 2-tops. We had to move tables and chairs around for our group. The atmosphere was quiet, and all the tables are close together, so it's a little awkward and uncomfortable. The biggest bummer was the value. It's fairly expensive, but the food isn't that good. The value for quality was terrible. Overall, it has potential, but I wouldn't go back. read more

Went for lunch today and got there right when they opened. I ordered the Al Pastor street tacos and was super disappointed. The pineapple was fresh, however it was cold and not cooked with the juices in the meat. The meat was pretty tough and had a left over, not fresh texture to it. Overall I would not order it again. Value was great since it was $2 taco Tuesday. read more

First time here! The girl that was working the front was absolutely amazing and very helpful!! She was very kind and made sure our food and experience was the best! Thank you read more

Three stars only because we enjoyed the dips. We ordered the birria tacos and birria quesadilla. I originally ordered the quesa birria tacos, and the young woman taking my order informed me that they are actually the quesadilla and not tacos. So I asked what the item that says quesa birria tacos for that price is. She said the quesadilla. So I'm like, okay I'll take one of those then. The price was more than double the taco, but she didn't mention anything. Not a big deal. I later hear her and who assume is the chef, discussing the difference. Anyway, the food was okay. The tacos were soggy and the birria in the quesadilla was very fatty and wet. Not my favorite. We likely won't be back. There are so many more better options. read more

Bomb taco is delicious! We ordered chips and guacamole, the beef enchiladas verdes, and chicken street tacos and the Al pastor tacos. Delicious! The Al pastor was so tender and the seasoning was excellent. The enchiladas were amazing too. The decor is very nice and quaint but great for families. Has a nice bar when you walk in with an awesome margarita menu. Finally, the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend this place. read more

Tried this place when we were in a hurry in Papillion and didn't have time to drive to South O for our favorite taco place. From the rumors around town, Bomb Taco was "just okay". We think this place beats that review easily. Their menu has a good variety of options for your taco/burrito fix, fresh and strong flavors are accompanied with polite and kind service. Unfortunately during the lunch rush, the single register gets very backed up and the kitchen gets a bit backed up. Prices are nominal to a bit high for street tacos. We get it, the margins are tight in restaurants, maybe find ways to advertise discounted specials to get people in the door. Although there is a bar tucked in the back left, being a smaller venue the dining experience is more suited for lunch options rather than the full dinner experience. There are a number of options for tacos in Papillion, I think Bomb Taco May not be the top of the list but does deserve a legit chance to earn your repeat business. Give the shrimp tacos and the al pastor a chance to win you over. read more

We went to the one on Maple last night and it was delicious! It made me sad that there was nobody there at 6:30. I got the asada, al pastor, and chicken street tacos. I probably wouldn't do the chicken again but the al pastor was INCREDIBLE. The place was cute and clean and I can't wait to try a marg next time I go back. read more

Huge fan of Bomb Taco. We've been wanting to try it for awhile and have lost count of how many times we've gone. Definitely go for their Taco Tuesday deals! We highly recommend their street tacos, we're a huge fan of their carne asada. Their chips and salsa is also great! We tried their flour chips and love them! They have a dog friendly outdoor patio. Just be prepared as the sun can be pretty direct on the patio side. Location is very clean, service is also great, restrooms available for customers and plenty parking! The food was flavorless everything I had no taste. My girlfriend and I ordered birria tacos and an enchilada with some salsa verde and it was just not it. read more

You're in for a treat. The shining star for me today was the smoky, flavorful and tangy Al pastor street taco but everything I tried was fantastic. All sauces are fresh made in house and the red taco sauce was a punch of smoldery flavor I didn't even know was coming. Guacamole? Delish! Salsa? YUM! Mix of flour and corn tortilla chips? They have that here. Happy hour is prime time for filling up on the excitingly satisfying street tacos and your choice of margarita. Please try this place. I will be back. read more

Cute decor with good food. Some of the stickers were coming off the wall but nice, clean and welcoming. We were greeted by someone to explain some of the items and decided on quest and chips. They were made fresh and still warm. Fresh cilantro on the queso. Got a combo with shrimp and fish tacos with beans and rice. Would go back! read more

Bomb Taco - Carne asada was incredible and $2 happy hour tacos are an insane deal. Will definitely be back - Tacos Near Me - Papillion, Nebraska

Best salsa I've ever had! I probably would not have tried it, but they were having a half off special on all appetizers, so for a couple bucks we were able to get a large cup of salsa goodness and a large helping of chips. Chips were a bit hard, but still good. We ordered the street tacos, they have several choices of protein. I ordered three, asada steak, carnitas and barbacoa. In addition to asada, my wife got a Baja fish taco, which she said was fantastic. All of the food was served promptly, unlike the place down in Shadow Lake Town Center (can't remember the name of that place, our food took so long to get there I forgot where I was during the wait :). Price was on par with the other places in the Omaha area...these tiny street tacos always seem over priced to me, but they're so good I keep coming back! This store has changed faces several times over the past few years, first it was called Pato Loco, which didn't last long before it turned into one of the routine chains that are all over the place in this area...so I'm hoping this one sticks around for a bit. Go try it, you'll be glad you did! read more

Cute and casual place for yummy Mexican cuisine! Their happy hour prices are amazing. They have a really simple menu which is nice. All of the food was really good! I had the crane asada taco, Al pastor taco and baha fish. My husband had one of the burritos and it was really tasty as well. We also enjoyed the chips and queso and the margaritas were perfect (not too limey or sweet) we can't wait to come back! read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited a whole ass hour for my food just to taste like dog shit. Nasty beans with no flavor and same for the rice. Save your time and money on literally anywhere else. Abelardos is right down the street and has much better stuff for the price read more

Got the shareable "charred wings", didn't even taste charred just had the grill marks. The tacos were very disappointing, had the Baja shrimp, asada, Al pastor, brisket and chorizo. Place has gone downhill. Street Tacos are mediocre. The fiesta bowl is ice berg salad. They're out of kids drinks. Kids meal came with a bottled soda. Margarita mix has changed. It's too sweet now and barely had any tequila (less than 2oz). People are nice but owner wasn't there like normal. It was dirtier than normal and tv wasn't family friendly. Been there a bunch of times, but won't be going back after this last time. read more
