    Blt with onion rings
    Clare M.

We came for lunch right when it opened at 11:00 on a Tuesday. Our server, Leah was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Jimbo cheeseburger, my companion had the BLT with onion rings. The onion rings could have had a little more flavor, but it was great that they weren't overly greasy and didn't fall apart. The dining room was clean and well lit. The keno was not disruptive to the meal at all.

If you are looking for fancy dining, keep on driving by. Jumbos serves good food at a good price with friendly hometown service. The meals are no frills, but quality food. Sunday brunch goes until two. I had the Denver omelette, generous portion for the price and tasty. The hash browns were crispy just like I like them. Hopefully you like wheat or white toast, no fancy sourdough here. My toast was toasted well and well buttered.

No more BOGO burgers on Weds. Fine. But they took away all the really good burgers and now they're just regular diner burger. Closer Keno place still has great burgers on the menu at a Weds night special. Chips and queso is described as, "Jack cheese, tomatoes, red onion and cilantro simmered to perfection and served with house made chips." I guess the tomatoes, red onion green Chili's and cilantro are the ingredients of rotel because that's all this tasted like, canned cheese and rotel. Should've read between the lines. And the house they make the chips is a Tostitos factory. Spaghetti was actually pretty delish. Waitress told me they were packaged frozen meatballs but I wouldn't have known otherwise. Menu says it comes with 4 but i got three which was still plenty. Spaghetti sauce is house made and on the sweeter side. Garlic toast with it was good. They seem to be going a much cheaper route and cutting corners, sadly, like a lot of places. Servers here are all so sweet and attentive. Never ever have had a problem with service here! If you aren't satisfied with your meal, don't take it out on them. They didn't make the changes I'm sure.

    Biscuit and Gravy Platter

Been wanting to visit for some time & finally had the opportunity. Didn't disappoint... Ordered the Biscuit & Gravy Platter and it was so good! Came out fast and hot and waitress was pleasant and efficient. She was on her own when I first came but was covering all the tables quickly with a smile on her face. Will be back for sure.....

    Prime Rib Friday special!
    Chris D.

We went on a Friday night for their prime rib special. Upon walking into the lounge area a sign was posted stating that food orders were taking 45 minutes. Kudos to them for being honest. We decided to wait it out. For as packed as they were our waitress was right on top of us. The food actually only took about 30 minutes to come out. Huge piece of steak, baked potato and spaghetti. The prime rib was cooked well, and although the 2" strip on the end of the steak was tender, the middle was quite chewy. The baked potato was fine, and the spaghetti was just a standard very bland side. Really wasn't expecting a lot more I suppose. For the price and quantity of food I'd give it 3 plus stars, but for the overall taste I'm going to have to stick with a 2.

Like I've said before, it's kind of hard to screw up breakfast and this was a pretty decent to good breakfast. The scrambled eggs weren't fluffy enough for my taste, they were really flat and thin, weird. The pancakes were thick with a little crunch on the edges, just the way I love them. Yum! Coffee didn't need any cream, on account of being just a tad week. I will go again, due to the extremely low prices snd friendly service. Breakfast for two, with coffee -$13

Nothing to write home about. If you're into double portions they do pile it on. Keno atmosphere. Mostly deep fried food on the menu.

Great service but we didn't care for the food, however we took it to go and that tended to steam it but, we probably wouldn't go back.

Dining on a budget tonight, and if I'm honest, I am DIGGIN' their new farm house renovations!…read more Triple Berry French Toast: so oh so good, with quite possibly real fresh fruit! There was a whole blackberry and then some in there, and the compote. Strawberries felt fresh with each bite, that melded well with the warm French toast, and crisp bacon. No syrup needed on these beauties! Eggs Benedict: with a slightly runny, medium poached egg and a shit ton of hollandaise sauce (yum!). But let's talk about that THICK HAM on each warm and chewy English muffin. All that was missing was the traditional asparagus (it's not an option on the menu, and we knew that) I'm used to. On its own, it's a hearty meal and those extra crispy hash browns went perfect! Strawberry Crepe: keep it simple Lauren, keep it simple... we added a crepe to our main meal (eggs benny) for a little extra. Fresh cool strawberries, encased in a warm melty ooey sweet supreme cream. And a LOT of it too! There's just something about crepe that make me giggle... anyone else?! Snagged two slices of pie for dessert later, or why not... maybe breakfast for tomorrow! A Lemon Supreme for me because I'm the mean one, and a sweet tangy Strawberry Rhubarb for the nice one (aka... not me ). They JUST released a new menu to go along with their whole renovation and so far so good! But that pistachio latte... I had my eye on it maybe next time.

This place is real dirty; dirty booths, dirty walls, and dirty bathrooms. The old lady waitress has…read morereal bad breath and an attitude problem. I pointed at the menu and ordered 3 buttermilk pancakes for $4.25, but she charged me for $10.25. When I asked her why I was charged this price she said I didnt order correctly, and that next time I need to say side of pancakes. I still gave her 15 percent tip because she fixed the ticket, but I wont be coming back to this raggedy restaurant! Coffee was terrible as well.
