Just a warning to all loyal Arby's customers who frequent Arby's in Millard, NE. I broke a tooth on something hard in an Arby's Roast Beef sandwich the other day. I was disappointed that the franchise company who owns this restaurant will not pay for damages. I get that there are grifters out there who will take advantage of businesses to fraudulently collect on something that isn't warranted. However, this brings up the issue of proof vs benefit of the doubt. I get that it would have to be a rare occurrence for something like this to happen. I love Arby's food. I would venture to say that the chances something like this would happen again would be slim to none. My disappointment, however, stems from the fact that there is no evidence to support any doubt by PANDA INC (Omaha) in their determination not to compensate me for my loss in this case. In my 65 years, I feel I have lead my life with strong moral compass. Regardless of my bruised integrity I feel that PANDA INC (Omaha) most likely never compensates customers for anything more than a free meal for any issue. By-the-way, that's what their store manager offered me. Legally they probably have all the right not to compensate. No proof. However, I have filed a claim with the Nebraska Dept of Insurance to express my dissatisfaction with their insurance company's determination. So here's your warning. Be prepared to be called a liar. I will continue to reach out by all means necessary to convey to PANDA INC (Omaha) that ignoring or dismissing a customer with a complaint is just bad business!

Visited this Arby's while in Omaha. Great service. Nikole was customer focused and organized. Food was hot and order 100% correct. Had the classic roast beef. Clean environment.

Been to this Arby's on several occasions. For the most pa we have been satisfied with both the food, cleanliness and customer service. Today in the drive through we were told to pull up because they had to make the hubs' tea. We waited 10 minutes for tea. T.E.A. When our tea arrived, we were told there was a "dilemma with the tea." I'm assuming they had just hand picked the tea leaves, dried and packaged them then steeped the tea just for us. Sarcastic comments aside, we really have had great service and food at this location. Maybe next time, because there will be a next time, we just won't order the specialty brew tea. Happy eating Yelpers!

We showed up in the drive thru at 1015pm and while we were at the menu we said a couple times hello and no one answered. All of a sudden the menu lights turned off. We drove up to the window and this employee ignored us. We finally got his attention and I said you closed 45 min early! He probably didn't hear me but he just shook his head and laughed at us. A female manager came around the corner and he told her we were there. He ignored us too but then started to walk over to the window which we took a pic and left. Absolutely ridiculous that they are closing 45 min early.

Was a pleasant surprise to be greeted politely, and have my order taken by someone with a great attitude. Way to go Eric. Thanks.

The Reuben and Classic Roast Beef's were very good and and the buns and rye bread were both very fresh.

I honestly can't remember the burger I had, but I remember that I wanted to have it with the strawberry aioli and they were happy to make the change for me. After I ordered I saw 10 other people with order numbers in their hand so that was an indication of the wait we were about to endure. We had to stand for a bit before a table was available. It took 45 minutes before the food arrived. Now the food. It was good enough to say I'll try it again. If it wasn't for the generous portion of fries I would have left hungry. I'd be happy to pay $18 for two sliders and half the amount of fries. Fries were good but most likely a premade frozen fry nothing unique. The size of the burger was honestly comparable to the McBurger not the Big Mac (smaller and less meat). Couldn't have been more than 1/4 lb. Very thin. Yes I know it's a smash burger but paper thin and didn't pour out of an already tiny bun. I ordered the heat burger. It came with pepper jack cheese jalapeños and aïoli sauce. I dipped it in ketchup b/c it seemed dry. The 9 year old ordered the classic with added bacon. I'd say add the 3rd patty for $3 to make the meat to bun ratio closer to equal.

I was enticed to try the turkey "thick burger" (and believe me I use that term loosely) by the drive through voice. Of course I had to go all out (in terms of disgust factor) and order the ranch/BBQ one... If I'm going to be sick from fast food, the cause might as well be easily identified. Onion rings sounded good too, so I attempted to order those AND fries... But apparently that didn't translate (frings?). Bill got the 5-pc chicken tenders with fries. The only part of the meal I don't have a critique about were the chicken tenders, which were good but came in an awkwardly gigantic box with tiny sauce portions in plastic containers with lids (think restaurant takeout). We hardly got any fries... I'm not sure if they used the 'child sized' box (no commentary on portion control... this was vacation). And we had to "pull around" to wait for the onion rings even though there was nobody behind us in the drive through. This is just a matter of annoyance for me though. As for their new claim to fame turkey thick-burger... I commend the effort but the sandwich I got only resembled the picture with less than a shadow of accuracy. The bun was smashed flat. The two sauces were indistinguishable and seemed to have retreated into the 1/8" thick bun. The tomato, onion and lettuce were all wilted, unripe, and unappetizing. But they were all that was left to bring some flavor to the turkey burger patty itself, which actually reminded me of the mcrib in terms of texture. So... Here we are. Once again I'm reminded why I hate fast food. You always know what you're getting isn't technically food to begin with, but when you're disappointed as well with the flavor there's that additional feeling of waste and regret that permeates to your core. gross.
