Double Cheeseburger Combo with fries and a nice cold Pibb!

Oh. My. Gosh! This is by FAR the most classic, good-ole boy, make-you-wanna-order-another burger I've had in years! It came out quick and took me straight back to when I was a boy eating a burger with my momma at the local "Georgia's Drive-In" that we had back home when I was a kid. The woman, who I assume was the manager, that took my order was so sweet! When I came in she was sweeping, and I accidentally sat right in her way after I ordered! Instead of being rude about it like most would nowadays, we had a nice laugh and conversation. I always appreciate someone giving a smile instead of a scowl in response to an honest mistake! It goes a million miles further and, believe it or not, makes the food taste better! The atmosphere isn't going to be your Michelin style, clean cut and polished restaurant, and THANK GOODNESS! Being in Omaha for business seems to take the human out of you sometimes, but this place took me right back to the diners of my childhood. I'm not typically one to order a second go around, but boy it was tempting... I may have to go back tonight to try it again... just to make sure I really liked it! Overall 10/10. Try this place, it was enough to make me call home! (No joke!)

Classic!

I feel like I use the phrase "an Omaha classic" a lot. But I'm never lying about it. Bronco's chicken is awesome! That being said, I almost always get the patty melt here because it's the best one I have ever found! Just the best. Sometimes I don't see it on the menu board and have a moment of panic. The fries are like from another era. Kinda limp and greasy but I mean that in the best way! I usually don't get my own order, I prefer to steal them from my husband's meal. Somehow that makes them even better. He loves the chocolate shake...it's not really a favorite of mine; the soft-serve ice cream makes it kind of foamy. Nonetheless I have to have a taste or two of his. Service here is usually great - fast and friendly. The unique (anymore anyway) building and the neon sign...I hope these things never go away. Seating inside is limited; there are some picnic tables outside as well. But like it says, you might have to drive thru. Let's not let these classic places just slip away!

Sweet little old school burger joint Great fries, had a regular cheese burger and even though it was a tad on the tigon side it tasted like a burger old fashion burger. Next time I'm trying the onion rings and fried chicken

Is this some type of joke?

It's not often I hand out a 1 star review, but Bronco's is well deserving. They've definitely earned this one. From the terrible customer service, to the pathetic excuse for a cheeseburger... Oh, did I forget the unseasoned, lukewarm, soggy fries? How are places like this still in business? This place is absolutely awful.

Receipt clearly shows plain

The clerk taking our order avoided eye contact and we could barely hear what they were saying. Hubs Ordered a plain burger with lettuce and onion and got it with mustard and bronco sauce along with sloppy sautéed onions. The fries were greasy. I ordered a patty melt that was barely toasted . I brought my patty melt home to hopefully give it a second chance. Hubs left his meal for the trash. Not willing to say anything for fear of spit in our food. They have 3 booths for dine in . Employees lack any welcoming efforts. It's too bad a log standing establishment was so disappointing for our first time.

The food is incredible, the space is stylish, and the service is top-notch. I brought my mother, partner, and our 8-month-old, and we all had the best time. Appetizer Highlights (Run, Don't Walk!): We started with three appetizers, and all were phenomenal: Potato Pouffs: Seriously one of my favorite appetizers ever. They are creamy and potatoey inside, served with an incredible aioli. Whipped Ricotta: Served atop the lightest, most flavorful focaccia I've ever tasted. Brussels Sprouts: They absolutely rule. Entrees & Drinks: I enjoyed the Herbal Tree drink (light, refreshing, and comes with unlimited refills--bonus!). For the main course, I had the Salmon over Sweet Corn Risotto. It tasted exactly like summer, even on a chilly fall day; I'd 100% get this again. My mother, who had never ordered steak and eggs before, took a gamble on their version and was thrilled. It's possibly the most affordable and elevated version I've seen, featuring a beautifully cooked steak with chimichurri and a super elevated potato cake (the hashbrown). Verdict: We are so lucky to have Memoir in Omaha. Go make memories ASAP!

We ordered mussels, jalapeño shrimp and a hummus platter to start. The smokiness of the mussels was a wonderful twist. We rounded it of with two wood fired pizzas a Italian sausage with the sauce on the side and a Lobster topped white pizza. Both impressive! We had such a great time here. The service, Eve was beyond excellent. The manager also visited and made some menu recommendations ( which we followed). The location in Countryside Village is a plus too, with a few other bars and spots right around the corner. Personally, the cocktails run a little sweet and the food a little heavy and salty for my taste, though I'll say that's a pretty common profile in Omaha restaurants, so it may land just right depending on what you're used to. One exception worth calling out is the lunch special: the Timber Hacked salad and soup combo for around $22 is a nice, more balanced option and probably my favorite way to eat here. Lots of people love this place and it's easy to see why. Just know your palate going in.

One of my favorite things about Gather is honestly the staff. Sometimes when you go to a nicer restaurant, the service can feel a little intimidating or overly formal, but that has never been my experience here. The servers are always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and down-to-earth while still being knowledgeable and attentive. It makes the whole experience feel special without making you feel like you have to be on your best behavior just because you're eating somewhere nice. And the food is SO good. This is one of those places where I genuinely feel like you can order almost anything on the menu and be happy. Every dish I've tried has been flavorful, thoughtfully put together, and just really well executed. There's clearly a lot of care that goes into the ingredients and the way everything is prepared. It feels creative and elevated, but not so experimental that you're wondering what you're eating. It's still food you actually want to eat -- just done really, really well. The drinks are great too. They have a really nice selection, and the cocktails feel like they fit the restaurant perfectly: interesting enough to be memorable, but still approachable and actually enjoyable to drink. It's definitely the kind of place where I want to order a cocktail, take my time, and make a whole evening out of dinner. Also, DO NOT leave without going downstairs to see their indoor growing space. They grow leafy greens right there in the restaurant, and it is genuinely so cool to see. It's such a unique little part of the experience and makes you appreciate the whole farm-to-table concept even more when you can literally see some of the food being grown downstairs. Even if you're not normally someone who gets excited about that kind of thing, it's worth checking out. The restaurant itself is also just a really cute spot. It feels nice enough for a date night or special dinner, but still relaxed enough that you could come with friends and have a fun, comfortable night out. Overall, Gather is an easy recommendation for me. Amazing food, great drinks, genuinely kind and friendly service, a beautiful atmosphere, and the bonus of getting to see their indoor farm downstairs. It's one of those restaurants where the whole experience feels thoughtful from beginning to end. Definitely check it out -- and seriously, go downstairs!
