They have no sauces, as I said, except mayo, so that's what I ordered and I got a LOT of it since it was the only "moisturizing" aspect of this dry turkey sandwich. Even with the onslaught of mayo that I added to this sandwich, it was still somehow very dry in the end. I think it's because they put WAY too much meat on the sandwich (which is hand cut on a slicer, and I do appreciate that). But the absurd amount of meat just soaked up all the toppings and made it dry and unappetizing. My husband got the tuna salad sandwich, and that was actually pretty good (he gave me half of his since I didn't like mine at all). It did have some flavor and wasn't super dry like mine. So because his sandwich was good, I am upgrading my review from a two star to a three. Overall, I would say to skip Jersey Mike's if you're not a fan of pretty basic/bland sandwiches. If you are a fan of those, then Jersey Mike's might be for you, and that's ok.
