We used the drive thru and it was promptly answered. Our order was exactly correct and it was so nice to eat a hamburger that didn't have you wondering what it was. Our food was promptly prepared and the hamburgers were good and the fries were hot. The lady at the window was very friendly and helpful. This is Nebraska's In-N-Out Burger! Very interesting. It's sort of like a fresh Hot Hocket filled with seasoned ground beef, cabbage, and onions. I normally don't like weird stuff like cabbage and onions mixed in with my meat, but it's actually pretty good. It has a distinct flavor. When in Rome...... What is normally right up my alley are good french fries and onion rings!! They will sell you an order of frings so you can have both! They make a big deal of their fresh made ranch dressing and it is really tasty!! Great service, they explained everything perfectly and they actually enjoy their jobs.... This is a nice Runza location. The staff is nice. There was a little confusion with their app deals, but they were able to sort it out. Ordered an original Runza meal, kids Runza meal and Chicken bites kids meal. Also got a kids cheeseburger. For everything, it was around $30. Felt a little pricy for fast food, but everything was fresh and tasted fantastic. The kids did also received a kids ice cream cone at the end, which they loved! read more

The last time I was in Nebraska I had Runza to go and we ate back ate our hotel and it was just ok. I gotta say eating a fresh one makes a big difference and the ranch sauce was surprisingly good. My girlfriend is fom Nebraska and said we need to eat it fresh to appreciate it and I would say this is true. The last time I had a cheese one, but this time I went OG. The place was super clean and welcoming. The SOBE pomegranate drink that had at the fountain machine was pretty darn good that I had to get multiple refills. read more

I love runza, but don't appreciate the location no longer accepts $50 bills. We waited in a very long line for the employee to just say no we can't accept that. When asked why, she said "too many circulating or something like that." Well that's all we had for payment and she had to cancel the order. Needless to say my valid $50 bill was used elsewhere. Very silly policy in my opinion and you are turning away valid customers for no reason - can't you get a bill checker pen instead? The runza is not for me. As a newcomer. I got a mushroom Swiss runza- very salty/tangy. I didn't know there was going to be cabbage in it. I wish I'd have known as I probably would've changed my order. Basic crinkle cut fries and onion rings. I appreciate you can get "frings" (a combo of both) in your meal. I also like that a kids meal comes with an ice cream. The people who worked here were kind- good job there. Clean dining room, quick service. read more

Not my favorite Runza. The chili was way too spicy, and the employees were efficient, but not particularly friendly. I appreciate efficiency, but a robot could do as well. Kind of a shame; I like the Runza locations that have employees who care. And I need food that's not so spicy. This was inedible. read more

If your not familiar with Runza and you're curious, definitely give them a try! The original with cheese is my go to sandwich! It's is full of meaty, cheesy, goodness! The fries are, IMO, the best fast food fries anywhere! Always hot and crispy, golden fried to perfection. When in season, their chili is delicious also! Runza, Culver's, and Cracker Barrel are possibly the only chains that I love in the Midwest. I think of Runza as the White Castle of Nebraska. The sandwiches, a type of pastry filled with onions, cabbage, and ground beef....it's like a homemade Hot Pocket!! Runza has pulled up, big time, since me first falling in love with these tasty sandwiches in 2008. Nothing was better than getting a runza and a side of french onion dip with crinkled fries. But, when I went this summer the menu had changed. They now had a Asian style runza with sriracha, crispy noodles, and a ginger sauce. They had 4-6 different new runzas and if none of those appealed to you, you could build your own. I got so excited that I ordered 4 of their new ones and concocted one of my own. I took them across the street to, Bottomless Glass, share with folks listening to the band, R-Style. The runzas just made the night even better! If ever you are in NE go to Runza! read more

Was jonesing for a burger and the rest of the family wanted chicken. Enter our friendly neighborhood Runza. They had a new French Onion burger which I was all about from the get go. The gent working the cash register suggested adding bacon and BBQ sauce which sat under a big ol' onion ring. Couldn't have been a better suggestion. Runza is pricer than Burger King or McD's, BUT the difference in quality is very obvious and everything tastes delicious. The staff at this location has always been top notch and very polite/kind. Treat yourself to a $1 giant chcolate chip cookie or mini shake. read more

Despite my Nebraska upbringing, I am not a big fan of Runza's. Now that we've got that out of the way, I will say that they have pretty good, freshly made burgers and some of the best french fries in town. In the winter, try the chili and the cinnamon rolls. read more
