Kung Pao chicken, Sweet Fire chicken, fried rice, chow mein

My family & I go to this Panda Express frequently. I love it whether sit down or take out it's one of my favorite fast food chinese spots. It's always clean, service is great. The food always tastes fresh & the portions are good for the price. I usually get 2 proteins & 2 sides. I got the Kung Pao ( one of my all time favs ) & sweet fire chicken with the fried rice & the chow mein. My only complaint is the Kung Pao chicken is not spicy at all anymore. From the first time I tried it a couple of years ago to now there is no spice which I feel completely defeats the purpose of what Kung Pao should be. I think when you order Kung Pao you want that heat, besides that if you want some fast food chinese this is a spot to go to.

This is the worst Panda Express. The Panda Express at college campuses are better. They closed 30 min before closing time, their OPEN sign is ON. And their hours outside of the door say they close at 10pm. The only thing they have that's good is the food, and the last two times I went around 7:30-8:00pm they stopped making food when they ran out and there was only white rice left and some chicken options.

    Metal in the fried rice

Bad service. Barely any food available and she was rushing us. Found a piece of metal in my husbands meal. Won't be coming back.

Tried the "Online Order" for family meal... and on the last page before paying it says, "Your order does not meet the minimum order amount of $100.00. Switch to pickup." Got all excited, but now I cannot eat. That isn't so cool. One star on the Panda Express web site. I have no idea about any particular store.

Ordered orange chicken and fried rice two orders. Service was very fast. System was down only accepting cash, but they had all necessary signs to advise customers walking in. I was satisfied with my food! It was great! I will be returning again soon!

I came to Panda Express on a Wednesday at 6:00 pm. And they had nothing . I had to wait 10 mins for vegetables. I payed for a plate and I might as well ordered a bowl because I barely got any food . It was so disappointing

I've been to this location a couple times before either because I am starving and didn't have the energy to go elsewhere, or I am craving the string bean with chicken. Of all the times I've been there, the services were not the best. The food were okay. One time my friend ordered the walnut shrimp, it was soggy and gross. What a waste of money. Another time I ordered the chicken with string beans, I was barely given any chicken. Whatever, I didn't want to argue or have my food spit in, so I paid for my food and left. Today I came in around 9:30pm, there was barely any entrees and sides available. When I asked if one of the dishes would be available again, the employee told me in a rude manner, said what I see is what they have but that they will have more of two of the dishes cooked ready in a few minutes. So then why couldn't they cook the other dish too?????? Then I proceeded on asking if I can try one of the few sides available, and decided to just go with that. I ordered a bowl to go with fried rice and the chicken, mushroom, with zucchini (or cucumber?), the employee barely put anything in the bowl. I understand that they have portion control but holy crap, there were barely any rice and side. Maybe they were trying to conserve every last bit of rice so that they won't have to cook anymore? The same employee was being sooooo stingy with the previous customer too and gave him some attitudes. Poor guy. He was like practically backed into the corner with very few options. It is what it is. I paid for my food and left. The other employee who rung me up looked miserable as well. Alright I get it, it's the end of the night, you are tired, you want to go home, but try to be friendly. Smile? Then maybe more people would tip you guys. Just save your money and spend it at another location or elsewhere.

Terrible food...tasted bitter and tasteless! Noodles were cold, and chicken too. Will never go again.

The service as soon as you walked through the door the staff greet you with a smile and welcome…read moreyou. This is a fresh and new location here in the Cutler Bay Area. The food was very fresh and delicious! The Cane sauce is my favorite because it makes the chicken tenders and fries taste 100 times better for some reason haha. The ambiance has some freshly new vibes they opened a few months ago which is great! I would highly recommend coming with your friends or family! The drive through moves pretty quickly as well. (:

This was a great first time visit and experience …read more I'd only heard about Raising Canes in passing from other coworkers who had dined here before and listened to all the great things they had to say. Let's start from the top shall we: The parking lot was ample and clean. There's a great covered seating area outside that allows for some appreciation of the south Dade trail breeze. I was greeted by Dayjah and Denice at the front who welcomed me and walked me through the menu. Tanicia rang me up at the register and she was fast and friendly. They were personable, amicable and welcoming. The food itself was delicious and served hot. I opted to couple the meal with sweet tea, as one does, but there's plenty of other fountain drink and lemonade options. The coleslaw was cool and crisp without being overly saucy. I like the crinkle cut fries that felt balanced in salt and texture. The chicken strips were JUICY while also crispy on the exterior. I made work of the dipping sauce and next time I'll ask for an extra one. My favorite part was the buttery sesame seed Texas toast. There's just something about that doughy goodness that ties the meal together. The music and ambiance in the dining area is inviting and there's plenty of interesting design aspects coupled with booths, tables and ambient lighting to make for a great dining experience.
