Kenneth is an absolute idiot. Obviously new. Doesn't know how to deal with customers ,very snarky. doesn't even ask you prior if it's okay to charge you with the amount or for extra stuff.i just wanted to exchange my two sauces on my burger for big Mac sauce . And he was like okok but then proceeded to literally do the opposite with out any confirmation. which every other McDonald's is able to do , but apparently not here. I ordered my food through the mobile app , went inside waited about 10 minutes while the app was telling me my order was being worked on but my order was not on the screen. I waited another 5 minutes to see if my order would show up on the screen while several people came in and were getting their orders. I went to a kiosk and reordered my food and got it within 3 minutes while my mobile order was being worked on. Didn't bother to speak to a manager since they can't manage an order, need to hire a whole new team ASAP read more

The service here sucks!! The staff is always super rude to me for no reason. Their attitude is actually disgusting. Not to mention, they always mess up my order somehow. I have to look at my order to make sure they get it right and when they don't, they get upset like it's my fault. Around 9:45pm tonight I waited at the second speaker about 20 minutes while literally about 10 people went through in the first line. I kept saying hello but didn't receive a reply. I backed out and got in the first line which was super long after I waited so long. The line didn't move for another 10 minutes so I left. I then ordered McDonald's from DoorDash and hoped they would deliver from the location closer to our house but it went to this one. My DoorDash was supposed to arrive at 11pm but it is currently past midnight and the doordasher said that the line still was not moving so our order had to be cancelled. I see why this location has so many bad reviews. What a frustrating night! read more

Went to get lunch to take home and the manager got mad when I told her that I didn't mind waiting for fresh fríes then when I get home and bite into my chicken sandwich I couldn't pull it apart felt like rubber, I guess it wasn't fresh I guess I had to be specific bout that too, I hate coming to this Macdonald but it's close to the house it's actually one of the worse I've been to. Used the order kiosk board for breakfast, selecting a bacon and egg McGriddle meal with orange juice. The process requires a # of the "table display #," (so i just input #99), but there was none available. Next, no receipt was printed. So I waited a few minutes and went to the counter and they gave me my meal, but no ticket or receipt. Checked my order, the wrong breakfast sandwich, it was a biscuit bacon egg and cheese. I asked for the correct one, but the Supervisor Mayra was troubled and made a comment to another employee that I received what I ordered. I immediately advised her that I did not make a mistake, and she proceeded to show me the order on the screen that collaborated her comment, and I reaffirmed that if that was indeed my order then the kiosk was at fault and further added that the kiosk did not print a receipt! I know what I ordered on the screen because I took time to identify the McGriddle. Another gentleman likely the manager stepped into the conversation when Ms. Mayra continued her disrespectful attack. The food is good here, and the service is quick, but there is a serious attitude problem or lack of training. If any employee in a company (worse if is a supervisor or manager) is allowed to be disrespectful to a customer and continues to berate a customer in front of their employees and other customers, sadly that store and brand will suffer without ever knowing why. I pray and hope Ms. Mayra just had a bad day, and will get the kiosk repaired, stock it with receipt paper and stock the kiosk properly with "table display #'s" for the next customer. And to the gentleman that stepped up, yes, you did well but fell short in diffusing Ms. Mayra's attitude and aggression with a customer. read more

Nice and renovated! They didn't have lemonade today, but it was probably a sign I shouldn't be consuming so much sugar. I ordered a #6, 10 pc chicken nuggets, medium fries and a fountain drink. The line was quick and the food was well done. Everything was warm and crispy. I got all the sauces I wanted and everyone inside was really nice and attentive. Let's put it this way, if I was in the area and craving McDonald's, this is the one I would go to 100%, maybe even go out of my way a little bit to come to this new location. read more

I have lived next this McDonalds for 18 years. The way that you guys are dealing with not having a line is to ask people to park. I have sat every time in your parking lot for 10-15 minutes waiting for normal items on your menu. No specific time, I have driven by at 10pm like tonight and 1pm. Almost all the time is "Park it " you have 3 or 4 kids standing around doing nothing for them to say Park it. Tonight when they said park it I said I want my money back. They gave me my food in 10 seconds. Whoever owns should this McDonals should really spend some time there and see what's going on. Most of your reviews are 1 star, the exception from the guy from Orlando that gave you 5 stars. How generous 5 stars for fast food. So they've rolled out a new menu kiosk (in fact 4 of them) for customer to walk up and place their own orders. If they work and create efficiencies for the consumer and company I'm all for them. Simultaneously they reduced the staff at registers at the counter to force customers to use the kiosks or wait in longer lines where they now have 1 person taking orders. I made the mistake of bypassing the kiosks and thought it would be quicker to order a small fries in person than at the new machines. NOT! I waited approximately 8-9 minutes to put that order in. Meanwhile, I watched 5-6 young kids running back and forth behind the counter carrying out trays of food to customers in the lobby. So now those cashiers are providing table service. Not a big fan, obviously they have much to work out and improve. I won't return anytime soon... read more

McDonalds is McDonalds so you cant be that disappointed lol but the lines at this location take FOREVER inside AND out. Also they lie about the ice cream machine being broken because they cleaned it every time and they also lie about their machines only accepting cash late at night when theres no manager so they can pocket a lotta cash. At 3am this place is poppin so if a manager sees this, know what your team is doing and its theft!!! I only pay with card and they DENY me and after arguing, they eventually say "oh its working again, proceed to the window." Yeah RIGHT. Cant really complain about the food itself though... They have a new and improved kids playing area. They have two TV's in the play area which the volume on them were very low and i asked them twice to put up the volume so that the kids could hear the cartoon show that was playing but unfortunately they never did it. The cashier advised me that he told the manager gentleman twice however he never did it and then we all saw the manager just leave. Bad management and it's sad a simple request could not be done. Also they have this room very warm and not really at an ideal temperature for kids playing and running around. read more
