If I could give this place 0 stars I would... EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE ITS A MISTAKE! Everytime I say sweet n sour they give me bbq or no sauce at all! One time I got no sauce for 20 nuggets and asked the girl for sauce and she gave me ONE then when I said that's not enough she told me she has to charge and rolled her eyes but then said ok and gave another! Another time I ordered two meals and a happy meal ONE COKE ONE SPRITE and chocolate milk.. Absolutely delicious! The rats added a nice aesthetic indoors and the extra mold in my burger was just incredible! I stopped this morning to purchase a sausage McMuffin and caramel frappe! THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST, might as well just close it! Let's begin by mentioning the fact that there was only three cars in front of me when I finished placing my order. They handed me a bag which I assumed had my sandwich and just completely forgot my frappe! I mentioned they were forgetting to give me the frappe! They took over 5 minutes just to make it! Today I had a problem in the morning they did not want to honor a special they had advertised ,when ask to speak to the manager she gave me a wrong name afterwards I asked for 2 cups of water one of the waters had a substance in it the one my son drank from that he ended up in the hospital I'm making a long story short but bottom line is I called corporate when incident happened before my son went to the hospital and they never called me back afterwards when his school called the ambulance and he was taken to the hospital they told me to make a police report which I did and I called corporate back to tell them my son ended up at the hospital still haven't gotten a call back from corporate I went to the McDonald's to tell manager about the incident and that's when I found she had given me a wrong name and she refused to give me her name I want to be contacted ASAP she told me I was trespassing to get out as per 2022 this is The United States and I have rights whoever this lady is she was totally disrespectful and unprofessional and should be fired hopefully I will get a district manager to listen to my case which I have pictures and medical reports and school reports this is the worst McDonald's ever read more

Terrible is an understatement when it comes to this place! The cashier, a young woman with braids and tattooed arms, was less than friendly. She was either high or very unhappy with her life choices. The food is never good. I have to argue with someone there every time I go there. I went there this morning to pick up breakfast so I go to the drive-through. I tell the young lady that I have a drive through code. She tells me that the code is invalid so I tell her that my code is not invalid because I'm looking at the code so I asked her can she scan the code? She told me that the scanner is broken so when I pull around to the drive-through window, it's a manager standing there, so I ask her. how do we supposed to get our deals and the discounts if your scanner is not working she looks at me like I'm crazy or something and tell me she has nothing to do with that. I'm going to call corporate. every time I go to this McDonald's is always a problem always And I live around the corner and I rather go to a McDonald's that's not even in my neighborhood. the two times i have given this cursed mcdonald's a chance i have instantly regretted it. the first time i came during my lunch break the line was on a hold for over 10 minutes, leaving me to scarf my food down on the way back to work. the second and last time i will ever come happened just now. we came for a simple order of two mango smoothies. but alas, once we arrived at the second window, we were met with a spluttering smoothie machine having to be turned on and off for it to work. after waiting at the window for over 3 minutes, we asked for a refund only to be refused as if the machine was perfectly fine. after waiting for another minute or so, we received ONE of the two smoothies and gave it a taste only to be met with pure disappointment. i thought it was the gum in my mouth so i had my friend try it, and to nobodys surprise he was just as dissatisfied as i was. i asked for a refund for the other drink, as i did not feel like waiting any longer and was instantly rejected even though the other smoothie had not been made. i was too stunned to react and all of a sudden i was met with yet another unwanted, poor quality mango smoothie. i told the lady for the fourth time i did not want it and when i tried to drive away i realized my car was on park because of how long we had to wait. thankfully i was able to get out quickly and i will never be going back again. read more

We came around 4am and the staff just seemed unprepared to help customers. This is always the case when you come early in the morning This time, the speaker wasn't working outside (or maybe they just didn't use it), and no one was at the 1st window. I live right around the corner. Walking distance. But, I will drive out of my way to avoid this McDonald's. Rude employees who always get my order wrong. I mean, it never fails. I ask for cheese and they forget it, I ask for no onions but my burger is covered with them. I always have to go back there and get something fixed which means I am given an attitude that I have to give right back. I can only say that making breakfast available 24 hours has been their saving grace as I enjoy that much more than the burgers lately.
