RUN! RUN! RUN! This location does not hire the iconic friendly CFA employee. They hire young foreign women who are NOT friendly and don't try to speak English. I heard them speak some English (non-native), yet they refused to speak English to me after I asked them to. In fact, they went out of their way to speak LOUDLY and RUDELY in SPANISH to make a point that they don't care if you want to speak English. HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid Flagler! They outnumber you, so they GANG UP on you, MISTREAT you, and BULLY you! One lady even went to our table and shouted in SPANISH if we wanted mints or wet wipes just as an excuse to exert her SPANISH on us while we tried to peacefully eat our CFA food. BULLY! If they're going to hire FOREIGNERS, they should hire FOREIGNERS that respect AMERICA, AMERICANS, and CHRISTIANS! They don't! So disappointing! Try the Pinecrest or Dadeland mall locations. They have excellent customer service compared to this 3rd world location! read more

Much better option for a salad than any other quick food stop. I love the small kale salad too. If I'm feeling like splurging, their waffle fries dipped in chick fil A sauce and Mac and cheese are heavenly. I love the little chicken bites too. Grilled or crispy. Fast and easy to go. Don't let the line deter you, it goes by super fast because they have a check in system and it works with super friendly service. **Knocking off a star because you didn't honor teachers this year with a menu item at this location. :( read more

Chick-fil-A - Market salad with variety of greens and mixed berries. Grilled chicken. - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

This location has pretty good service, that's always nice. The food can be hit and miss. It's never horrible, but about 40% of the time, the fries are soggy and greasy fresh out of the bag. Not 10 mins later when you get home. Like, instantly sad. But I'd say most of the time it's pretty good. You know what you're getting with chick fil a. read more

Restaurant closed although no reason. Foods not fast which is unbelievable - always loved this place but dissapoinyef

The service at Chick Fil A is exceptional, never you will ever have an issue with the staff here. If you have a problem with your food, they will gladly assist you. Let's start with the food, The nuggets are unbeatable, I love how juicy and perfectly breaded they are. I always get the fries with my food because of how salty and soft they are. The sandwich is basically one big chicken nugget with buns and lettuce. (I don't eat cheese). And they sometimes give me a free cookie with my order which was nice. You wouldn't find the same great taste you would find in chick fil a, anywhere else. I always order takeout, and eat my food in the car in the parking lot instead of going inside. But if you prefer the inside because of the smell of food in your car you'd enjoy it too, the ambiance is nice and calm. read more

Consistently delicious fast food that doesn't taste like fast food. Never feel bad about using this as a quick dinner.

Always provides great service and the food is always correctly prepared and packed. Always my go to as a quick option

Super nice customer service everything taste super fresh good recommend for a Saturday quick snack

First time trying. I drove there an hour before closing, and once I got there, THE LINE was ridiculous! I almost left! I saw myself waiting for 1 plus hours. I am literally shocked to say, I was barely there for 15 minutes, that's including the wait time, placing the order and the pick up of the order. They have such an efficient system going, and their employees, or the ones I interacted with, with kind and provided great customer service. Their Oreo shake is extremely yummy. Their nuggets were good as well, but for $10 I expected the nuggets to be a lot bigger. I sort of understand the hype everyone always mentions hahaha read more

It is not easy to find a Chick-fil-A in South Miami area so when I saw it, I had to stop. I noticed that this location was well kept and everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even bring your order to your table. I ordered a smokehouse grilled chicken sandwich (limited time offer). My chicken sandwich was served warm. Delicious! I had a coupon for it and they honored it. I also got a refill of soda without any problems. Overall, great location for a quick lunch. read more

Consistently delicious fast food that doesn't taste like fast food. Never feel bad about using this as a quick dinner for my family.

First time coming here, wanted to grab something small to eat while I was in the area. Parking lot and drive thru are really jam packed getting here. Staff here was friendly and attentive. It wasn't hard finding a table for me and a few of my colleagues. The grilled chicken sandwich came out really well and we were all satisfied for our visit. Overall, great casual place to visit. read more

Today I had a Cobb salad with chicken. Talk about delicious. The zesty Apple vinegar dressing is perfect. This is one of the most delicious salads. I have started to eat this a couple times a week now as it is so delicious. A couple times I have eaten for lunch and dinner. The salad has fresh greens, corn, bacon, cheese, egg, and topped with Chicken. I gave 4 stars as some of the staff does not listen or follow what is said. Many times I cannot understand what the cashier is saying and have to ask 3-4 times. Also, when you order two salads, it's as if they take the chicken for one and divide it into to. When I bring a friend or family we order the same and the amount of chicken put on is far less. Has happened multiple times...which is very disappointing. read more

Chick-fil-A service is a hit or miss. Some of the menu prices inside the restaurant is not updated with their register systems and the app. That's very misleading. But the food is always good. My frequent orders are the sandwiches, nuggets, and ice cream. I was really impressed by no matter how long the drive thru lines it flows pretty fast. The customer service really makes this place stand out. Chick-fil-A - ows a person holding a paper bag with a drink in it - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

I never made the line here because everytime I would come here the line looked like a parking lot of cars. This time I was hungry and the line looked a TAD shorter so I went for it. So the line is just a mirage. It goes REALLY fast. The best part of it all while it goes extremely fast, everyone is so nice. The customer service is really top notch. The girl greeted me at the beginning of the drive thru line and took my order. I felt like it went by in minutes. By the time I almost arrived to the drive thru window a pleasant lady was already approaching me giving me my food. In no fast food place do they offer this. Incredible. I made it all the way home and the food was hot as if it were freshly made. I got the chickfila sandwich with pickles and tomatos and my son got the nuggets and fries. Everything was great as usual Chick-fil-a is like the best chicken out there or at least one of them. This location is great and I had no complaints!!! read more

Love Chick-fil-A. This is one of the newer locations. It's usually very busy but decently run. The only downside was that drive thru on an early morning weekday for breakfast was very slow, but service was friendly and courteous. It took almost 15 minutes to grab an order to go. Food is delicious as always. Love that they have healthy options too, such as the Egg White Grill meal. It comes with coffee and hash browns. Of course for lunch and dinner, shakes and chicken sandwiches are always my go to. They also have the best waffle fries! read more

First of all, the wrong orders. If you order a salad, they don't bring you the dressing. If you order coffee, they don't bring you the cream or the sugar. Then, the chickens are brought to you in small pieces and you pay a lot for the food. In the end, it's a loss for the customers. That's why I don't recommend this restaurant. read more

Can't believe I waited so long to eat here but I finally went with my bestfriend and Holy moly the food was amazing!! We got a little bit of all her recommendations: chicken sandwich, waffles fries, grilled chicken wrap with avacado lime ranch, and Mac and cheese. The chicken sandwich was plain but tasted so juicy and flavorful, I dipped my half in the Chik-Fil-A sauce which took it to the next level tasty (obviously), the waffle fries were crispy and yummy, the mac and cheese was so creamy and delicious and the grilled chicken wrap with the avacado lime ranch was sooooo good I will definitely be getting it again. Next we're planning to go for breakfast, I'm really looking forward to it. Highly recommend. read more

In my opinion Chick-fil-A has the best chicken sandwich because the chicken breast is the perfect size not too big & not too small just perfect. Their fries, shakes, salads, wraps, & breakfast are the best. I definitely recommend this fast food restaurant all the time. read more

I was craving something sweet and this Chick-fil-a location was the closest thing to me at the time. I remembered that Chick-fil-a had decent shakes, so I ended up ordering the in-season Peppermint Chocolate Chip Shake. I certainly didn't love the flavor since it tasted similar to mint toothpaste, but it tasted ok enough. I should've opted for the Frosted Lemonade instead. What caught me by surprise was that you could order ahead on the Chick-fil-a app. We ordered ahead on the app as we found out that we were eligible for a free chicken sandwich. We approached the drive thru and found this location to have a double drive thru lane! I've never seen that before at a Chick-fil-a. We notified the associate standing outside that we had ordered ahead. She acknowledged that she could see our order in her device and then advised us to proceed ahead. It took a few minutes as the drive thru was pretty busy. Our order came out correct. We ended up paying cash as they noted that our credit card in the app was expired. Service was smooth and polite as we always experience at Chick-fil-a. read more

I am a regular here and the staff is great. I am picky with my order as I like to always get a grilled spicy sandwich with no cheese or cilantro sauce with a honey packet on the side and a half unsweetened tea/diet lemonade with some splendas and they never get my order wrong. The place is always clean and amazing customer service. read more

Chick-fil-A - Grilled Spicy Chicken Sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

Dear Chick-fil-A Flagler location, I love your fries when they are not soggy, I love the sauces, I love the grilled chicken when it's hot. But, 7 out of 10 times the order is incorrect. Either the wrong nuggets, missing panko for the Lemon Kale Caesar Salad (which is a great addition to the menu - I hope they keep it!) concerns: cold grilled chicken, ran out of panko (we were not advised and went back inside the store to request it) if staff advises they are out it's fine - it would be nice to het the heads up and lettuce have black tips. Now on to ordering Nuggets, there are Grilled and Chick-fil-A. When ordering I specify grilled and still get the Chick-fil-A..... got to get them changed. Could staff double check Grilled or traditional ones? If it's on paper it should be easy because it's on the order. Since mistakes have happened with the orders we have chosen to enter the store, order, CHECK THE ORDER before you leave to ensure we are getting our order correct. They have lots of people working here. read more

A great spot to get Chick-fil-a, notice I didn't say "grab". Many others mention long waits as well, it isn't bad by any means but I was in for a late lunch so that may explain it- every table inside was full! And the drive through line was insane! Mad props to this owner as he's definitely banking the bucks but I think they need to rethink the drive through scenario as the line blocks in patrons who have parked (not me, as I parked further out) but I saw many struggle when they were ready to roll out. Overall, I'll take Chick-fil-a anywhere and anytime I can get it :0) read more

Came by here to get a free chicken sandwich for teacher appreciation day with my wife and kids. We were immediately told that the promotion ended at 7. We showed up at 720 but we had taken a screen shot of the promotion and clearly said the promotion ended at 8. The manager came up with some story about they weren't doing the free sandwich thing but they decided to honor some to be nice but that it ended at 7 and there is nothing they can do. Now I know it's a free sandwich and we aren't entitled to anything but come on! Teachers deserve any little bit of recognition and gifts they can get. This manager could've easily honored the promotion and out of the kindness of his heart let alone the very real screen shot of the promotion that said it ended at 8. read more
