I came here excited to try some bbq, based on the pictures the food looks enticing. I placed my order, I had some trouble placing it and the guy who works for the company or maybe the owner came out and he assisted me. It's located in a ghost kitchen hub. I wanted the jerk chicken by itself and I felt the price was a bit expensive being purchased as a A` la carte item and I had trouble ringing it up that way. I thought because I wasn't getting the sides it would be cheaper, but I got it any way. I eventually picked up my food and to my surprise I received 2 extra sides with my order. I was happy about that. I dug in and tasted the Mac and cheese since he said it was one of his best selling sides and I was hungry, after about 4 bites I saw a black long hair in my food. I was disgusted and I called in and told him about the situation and all he said was he'd let the cooks know. I don't even think I received a apology and definitely he didn't offer any other resolution to the matter besides eventually hanging up. If I was a dine-in customer I wouldn't have been asked to still pay for my order. I was disgusted and pulled over on the side and threw up. I gave the rest of the food to some stray cats at a gas station. I called my bank to receive a refund because obviously he wasn't offering one and I wasted my money but I'm guessing he requested the charge to stand as is, so now I'm leaving a review. Don't take money from customers when you have uncleanly cooking practices. I get accidents happen but learn better customer service and it doesn't matter how well intended your original customer service was, if there's a hair in someone's food there's a hair and it was long, so disgusting. I shouldn't still be required to pay for food I didn't eat.

Call it what you want but no matter the reason, the service was horrendous, the manners were unprofessional, and the energy was impolite. It left a very sour taste in our mouths.  We were seated outside and requested menus (who even has to REQUEST menus??) and for the TV to be switched over to a specific playoff bball game. We were told to head outside and someone would be right there. It took over 10 minutes to have someone come out with menus and that was after multiple attempts at asking for service. The TV was never changed to the game we requested. We watched as multiple parties were serviced before us and as workers came out and walked right by us. The final straw was when we finally got menus (they only brought them out after we grabbed some from inside after 10-15 minutes of waiting) and they took another 10 minutes to bring out water. I ordered an Old Cuban Old Fashioned, one of my favorites, and was surprised to see the bartender use his hands instead of tongs to put the ice into the glass. I ended up sending the drink back because the glass was dirty. The second drink was made by another bartender, and again, I noticed him using his hands instead of tongs to handle the ice. The food was still great, but after today's experience, I'll definitely be paying much closer attention to how my drinks are prepared. I've always had a great experience at Finka, which is why today was especially disappointing. I hope this was just an off day and not a change in their usual standards.
