I'd pass right by this food truck a few times on my way in and out of Town and Country plaza, but…read moreone day it was peak lunch hour, the food truck was right around the corner from where I was, so I decided to order. And since that initial order, I've gone to them about 3-4 times! They are a "smash burger" concept. I ordered their "Bricked Single", a single patty hamburger with american cheese, satueed onions, and their signature sauce. When you first sink your teeth on that burger, you get the taste of everything! The melted american cheese, the crispiness of the edges of the smashed patty, the juiciness of the center, their delicious bun, it might be a potato bun. I am a definite fan. It is a great patty, simple, but great! It really tastes like a fresh homemade burger. You don't get that slumped feeling afterwards. I also got an order of their french fries; they taste similar to a McDonalds fry but with a different cut, and to me, that is a compliment because I love them! Sometimes you just want a little McDonald's salty french fry moment with a non-ultra processed delicious smashed burger. You can now get that combo at Bricked Burgers (lol). I will say on some occasions their French fries were over-fried and had an old oil taste, I hope they've since fixed that problem. Nonetheless, if you want a good smash burger in the Kendall area, try them out!

The burger also came with a Lightly toasted bun to hold up to the burger and toppings. The house sauce just ties the whole thing together. It's creamy and a little tangy. We also got an order of fries and the chicken sandwich. These thick-cut fries are a total throwback. Soft on the inside crispy exterior. The chicken sandwich is high up there as one of the best I've had!!! Nice and crispy with a juicy interior! This unpretentious food truck is definitely worth a try!! (Too busy enjoying the burger and chicken sandwich to take a pic. But here's a pic of the fries... :))

This mall has a limited menu that consists of chicken tenders, chicken sammies, and fries. You pick the heat level. I got a chicken sammie with fries. I chose mild heat because it has been my experience to error on the side of mildness with hot chicken places because they can get very spicy, so spicy that you cannot even enjoy it. They have a decent sized dining area and the staff there was very friendly. The restaurant has a hip vibe and is decorated with colorful murals. My meal was ready in about 5 minutes and it was fresh and hot. The food was really good. The fries had a little kick to it, I could have probably took it a bit hotter, but still very good. The fries were well seasoned and delicious as well. They were so good that people come in just to get them. This is a nice casual fast food-esque spot that has delicious food and great service.

The meat was well-seasoned and moist, the cheese was melted, and the mayo was just the right amount. The bun was moist but firm enough to not turn into a mess. The fries were crisp but not dry or too thin. The cookies and cream shake was also thick and tasty. I wouldn't go so far as to say they're the best burger in Miami, but they're certainly one of the best available through delivery if you're in their area. I also appreciate they have a kids menu, which makes ordering for everyone a breeze without breaking the bank. Finally, they also stay away from Styrofoam for their packaging which is always a plus in my book!

I found the chicken to be quite dry and am hesitant about coming back here again.

It's a solid place for a chicken chop chop bowl, and to me it seems more generous portions than the original. It's a "paint by numbers" place like I call them. For me, I start with a bed of brown rice, fresh lettuce (I usually ask for more tomato than lettuce), and chicken as well as different seasonings. My favorite is the Mexican one, with black beans and sour cream. I also get their cranberry sauce to dip with the pita as well as add seasoning to the chicken.

We had heard a lot about the Master Chicken Steak at Kung Fu Chicken - FIU, so we had to give it a…read moretry--and it definitely lived up to the hype! The Master Chicken Steak is basically a fried chicken breast/cutlet that is perfectly cooked--crispy on the outside, tender and juicy inside, and not greasy at all. The chicken itself is flavorful and delicious. There are several flavors and sauces to choose from, but since I love spicy food, I went with the Szechuan Mala Powder. It was so tasty and had a great spicy, numbing kick! Personally, I prefer the Mala powder over the sauce because it gives the chicken a stronger, more concentrated flavor without making it soggy. The price is also very reasonable, especially considering the portion and quality. We ordered it as takeout, and I was really impressed that even after taking it home, the chicken was still crispy, juicy, and delicious. That's always a big plus for fried chicken! Next time, we're going to try the Savory Garlic Powder at another Kung Fu Chicken location closer to our house. Can't wait to see how that flavor compares!

I wish they had something like this in California, but we do have a lot of fried chicken places already. Anyway, the interior was cute. I loved the bright white and pink colors. It was also clean inside and thankfully we beat the rush. We ordered a bunch crispy chicken fingers, the big kick leg with rice and the signature chicken wrap. I like that there were so many sauce options. The chicken was good and the best part was it was not greasy, which made it easy to eat a lot of. I preferred the chicken fingers to the big kick leg, and the wrap was pretty tasty. I didn't get to try the sandwich, but it looked so good. I'll definitely try this again if I come across it. Since we were just visiting Florida, it was our first time and we were impressed!

The location is convenient, and there are parking spaces. Not too many, but enough to have people coming and going steadily. Everything was closed around there, except for Wendy's and Taco Bell across the street. We decided to give it a try since we were exploring the city, and how wrong can you go with burgers? We ordered bacon burgers with fries. They also have cheeseburgers and other toppings to choose from from the menu. You can replace the burger with chicken if you want. There are two vegan options too, good call, by the way--also, tequeños and different flavored chicken wings, and fries with cheese, or onions or bacon are available to order too. In the parking lot, there are a few small tables if you want to eat there or wait for your order. We chose to sit and eat there. We were not missing the experience of people-watch in Miami! We were there for 40 minutes, and cars stopped all the time. There was even a line at some point. So, the burgers were very tasty, right-sized, nothing overdone. The fries were okay too. We liked the place and the experience very much. A great option to consider for a late-night snack!
