I'm doing this to lose weight and my husband's doing it to maintain maybe lose a couple of pounds but nothing major. That' is consistent with all the other companies we are trying. I make our breakfast and we would eat just their lunch and dinner. This was the only company out of the three that I did not lose any weight the whole week. Because me and my husband got the exact same food, we weighed the meals and sometimes there was a huge difference in the weight of the meal, but the calories are the same You do not get to pick any food on this plan although you do get to pick some dislikes and other than that you getting what they give. They state that it' is an organic farm, so you will get local and fresh. I found their meat to be very chewy. And their vegetables were not cooked or severely undercooked. I like my vegetables al dente and I had to put the spaghetti squash in the microwave for six minutes just to get it a decent texture. Also, the first day we had broccoli rabe or broccolini, and it was literally raw and not good. Their broccoli was very under cooked as well. Plan on cooking the veggies most of the time separate from the meat due to veggies being pretty raw. So if you want to eat organic food, that's grown local - so they claim, this might be a good way for you to go. I found the food macros to be off significantly and no consistency in the meals. They also say they only get local or wild caught, and one dinner they had salmon. It was not sockeye salmon, nor did they state where the salmon came from or what type it was Out of the three meal companies that we tried, this one was the worst. They delivered a little after midnight and they do not put an ice pack in the bottom of the bag, just on top which was thawed by the time my husband woke up to get the bag at 5am.

( I should have known it was not going to go well at that point, but I said let's give it a chance) Before we even got to the table she asked "What do you want to drink? I have not been in a Denny's since my mother pasted away in 2012! I said let us see the menu and we will let you know. So she sat us, a little bit later she came back to take our order. I order a Slam with pancakes I had to repeat my order 3 times because she was not writing it down and was getting it wrong til the third time. With my husband order she got it right because he showed her the picture and he also ordered the doughnut holes, that never came. When the food came out it looked very good until you tasted it it was cold! Scramble eggs cold, bacon cold, hash brown cold and the pancakes were cold! I also had a long black hair under my hash brown. That totally grossed me out! My husband food, scramble eggs were cold, bacon cold, sausage cold, hash brown cold, English muffin was hardly toasted and the doughnut wholes that she did not bring. We had ants walking on the table, the window next to our table looked like it has not been cleaned in months if not years. Now I knew why I have not been to Denny's since 2012!
