I live a very busy schedule so I'm unable to cook at home like I would want to, so I tend to eat out a lot. Doing that, I spend crazy money on food and it's not always the healthiest choices. I decided to give BeFit Nutrition's meal prep service a try and I am so happy I did! GAME CHANGER. Not only do they have so many yummy options to choose from, but the fact that it's delivered to my home the night before, it's fresh and QUALITY food makes such a difference. I'm saving money, saving time and eating healthier, this is the best decision I've made in a long time and would highly recommend their service. I've tried their breakfast, lunch and dinner options and everything has been absolutely delicious and fulfilling. Not to mention that it's cheaper than eating out. The bpa free containers that the food come in are amazing and you can reuse them as tupperware and I love the insulated bag they're stored in. It's little details like this that go a long way for me. Any questions I had, their team answered promptly and you can tell the pride they take in the service they give as well as the food that they make. I'm giving this 5 stars which is RARE for me, but this company is worth it and really wowed me. read more

This company is definitely a gem. Fantastic quality meals that are packed with flavor. I've yet to have one of their meals that isn't tasty! The ingredients are fresh and the portion sizes are very satisfactory. I love that they have breakfast options available as well. The variety of meal plans they have are quite convenient! They even have a create your own meal plan which is especially spectacular for those with allergy restrictions or even for those who just have food preferences. Additionally, they have a nutrition specialist available to assist in selecting the optimal meals for you based on your goals. The food is tasty I must say and I was very excited about this company. The staff is polite and was accommodating to send out extra meals when meals were missed. I have dietary restrictions. As I don't eat pork...It became quite tiresome after calling the company 5 times to let them know there was pork in my meals weekly and Sometimes I wouldn't receive my meals on Sundays for next day. My breakfast for Monday's would be delivered in the afternoon. Wish they would label the food on the containers like the photos on here...so you know exactly what you're consuming. read more

Unfortunately, my service lasted barely a week. The first ever delivery never showed. Contact was made and delivery was promised by 6pm Monday-- never showed. Finally at 10:00pm it showed up. Gave them a chance. This past Sunday, which would have been our second week never showed. We called and were told Since it sounded like we were disappointed (on monday - when we called about the first delivery issue) on the phone he took it upon himself to cancel our meal plan for the following week. After the call ended, I decided to check on my account I realized I was charged twice for the same week on 9/10 and 9/13 -- to start on the 16th which never showed! Befit won't be able to keep clients with this terrible service. (I put this comment on Instagram and they deleted it) read more

The best in the game. The only meal plan company I will use as the food is very healthy and taste amazing. Big plus is the service. I have a food allergy and they always exclude the seafood from my plan. Highly recommend them and I have seen an improvement in my fitness journey thanks to them. read more

For those times when I'm either: 1 - too lazy to get cooking in the kitchen, 2 - find it too time consuming to think up new savory meals, or 3 - just need someone else to calorie count for me goddamnit Befit has been awesome lol. My friend and I are doing the Slim lunch and dinner portions for the hell of it, and it's been great. Food is tasty, AND you can list out a few things you don't like (i.e., if you're picky and hate cilantro, like me!). Each lunch is about 400-500 cals, and the dinner is about 300-400 cals. I make my own breakfast and have a snack throughout the day, on top of those meals, and I'm satisified. :) NOTE: You can start/cancel a week's set of meals up until the prior Wednesday. So, if you want to start (or cancel) next week, get your order in by end of day Wednesday. They're extremely accommodating, and their customer service is lovely. After my first week, they checked in with me. I'd had one meal that seemed a bit off, but wasn't planning to mention it until they called to check in. When I did, they apologized and were happy to send over one of their breakfasts for me to try (which was delicious, btw). Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to slim down, count calories, or hire a "private chef" lmao. read more

The ancho chipotle shrimp kale salad was so good, despite the fact that I don't like kale that much. But the hint of cilantro made the whole meal. Breakfast was so refreshing and far from the usual as well. Thank you again BeFit! read more

A few years back, I was looking for an easy and convenient way to eat healthy during my busy schedule so I would order my meals from Befit Nutrition. As things slowed down I decided to go back to the good old cooking myself. This passed year, with the birth of my youngest son, things got back to busy (maybe worse than before) so I once again decided to get my meals from Befit for conveinience sake. Let me tell you that the food is just as good as it was before, if not better. The food is amazing and the customer service is unmatched. For those of you who know me or even see my yelp pictures, you know I'm a fat ass. When people ask me what are some of my hobbies, I say "eating food and going to new restaurants." That's how much I LOVE FOOD! However, in order for me not to look like shamu, I go to the gym and also implement meal plans when I'm starting to look like I'm pregnant. Thank god for BeFit! They help me slim my midsection while satisfying my craving for delicious food. Yes, delicious food! I know, I myself didn't know healthy can taste this good. Well, let me tell you, BeFit is hands down the best meal plan I've ever had. I've tried several in South Florida, many are good but none can compare. What I absolutely love about BeFit is that they deliver daily. Yes, daily! Many meal plans deliver twice a week. That means your food sits in your fridge up to 3 days... gross AF! Besides the food being fresh, it's also very tasty and always different!. On top of that, the service is top notch. I have driven them crazy numerous times and each time, regardless of when I have a question or need help, Marcos (the owner) is always there to help. I must be there favorite client ::sarcasm:: So, if you're like me, you love to eat but also don't want to turn into a whale, call BeFit! If you're also looking to get in shape, (80% is made in the kitchen), call BeFit! And if you're always on the go and never have time to cook, call .... you know! read more

Love Love Love them. I've only done a couple of weeks and in between I eat my cooking but for the price, this is the best food delivery service I have ever seen. Its healthy yet tasty with savory to it. Like someone in the kitchen there is taking their time. I bite into one of there tomatoes and over filled with fresh juicy flavor. Love it! The food always comes fresh and best of all, its delivered daily. Can't beat that. I've actually referred a girlfriend over to them already and she loves them too. I will defiantly keep ordering. Don't change! read more

Amazing fit meals service. The food is spectacular, tasty, fulfilling, and perfectly portioned. The customer service is fantastic and the delivery is always on time. I always look forward to my meals and the innovative recipes the cooks always bring to the table. I highly recommend this service, the flavorful meals help cut the cravings and keep you on track. It doesn't really feel like you are on a "diet" because the food is fresh and delicious. Every meal is exciting with BeFit Nutrition. Thank you! read more

I've been receiving lunch/dinner for 2 months now. I really enjoy the way foods are prepared and served, for the most part. The seasoning is a bit repetitive after a while, who's isn't?. I eat all of it cold, because I hate reheated food, and still find it enjoyable, and then there is the ease of not having to defrost, cook, etc.... it's a time saver!!! My one suggestion would be to tweak customer service hours, so that someone is available later in the PM. read more

I've tried numerous meal services over the years. This company is probably the best one yet in the Miami area. It's delivered fresh daily. They offer different plans depending on your dietary needs. I highly recommend. read more

Highly recommend this meal prep service. The food is really tasty and fresh. They have great variety of meals to satisfy all needs.

I would like to start off by saying that I have tried several places from which I've ordered food previously (4 to be exact). Not one can compare to Befit Nutrition, the quality of this food has no comparison. It is fresh, tasty, and 100% for presentation. The portions are perfect and the creativity of every single meal leaves me speechless every time. When it comes to delivery and handling the most professional company I've ever tried, always on time and delivered with care in lunch bags with the company logo and clean to perfection. I couldn't be any happier with Befit Nutrition staff and management which is excellent and always eager to help the customer. read more

Befit Nutrition - Nutritional facts always included in all meal plans - Food Delivery Services Near Me - Miami, Florida

Honestly I'm super disappointed in having to write this review because the food in itself was really tasty and good portioned however the customer service not so much. After looking through review in Yelp I decided to go with this company as I have a newborn and two small children and spending time in the kitchen was not my priority. I went online and signed up for a week of meals I got an email reiterating I would receive meals for a week only if I wanted to make it a permanent arrangement to email or call them after the week of loving the meals I email and said I wanted to continue I got a reply back from Marco Rodriguez acknowledging it and saying thank you this was 07/01. The following week I missed a call the voicemail said they had questions about my meal plan I called back and left a voicemail didn't hear from anyone, I called again like 3 days later someone answer I explained what happened he said he would relay my message nobody ever called me back and I never received any meals after the initial first week meals. Very sad and disappointed because I was set on going with this company but they didn't want my business read more

I've been wanting to sign up for a meal plan for a while to shed some pounds but I was very indecisive as to which places had the best options especially when it came to the meals, taste, etc. I finally decided to join one to try it out and I decided to go with BeFit since a friend recommended. I must say... I love it. The meals have been delicious and the quality is great. My schedule is very busy and I often find myself eating out (not the healthiest) and now not only do I have my meals ready to go but I'm starting to see a difference. I also feel great! Thanks BeFit! read more

Again still waiting for my delivery at 1:30am. Was supposed to be here by 11 pm. No one has bothered contacting me about the status and there is no one I can reach. Also one of my meals today was wrong. That makes 3 meals that were wrong in 1.5 weeks read more

This is my favorite meal prep delivery service in Miami! Their food is delicious, and they always have a variety of meals. I also like that they put nutrition labels on all of my meals. Highly recommend!! read more

Honestly the best decision I've made this year!! I searched all over for a good meal plan that was reasonably priced and had good reviews. It's been almost a month and I can't recommend it enough. The meals are delicious - seriously I get excited to open the bag every night and see what it is. Not just that but I love how each meal is nutritious with veggies and complex carbs and not just a basic protein meal. I also had an issue with one delivery and sent them an email and got a call back right away. They went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and I really appreciated their responsiveness and customer service. Overall this has been one of the best decisions I've made because I've saved time going to the grocery store, thinking about & preparing meals, doing dishes, etc. all while eating healthy and feeling satisfied. If you're on the fence you really should try it out and there's no contract so you can see if you like it read more

Love their meal plans! I wouldn't post a review unless I absolutely loved them, I've been buying their meal plans for 3 week now and I can see a difference in my body already.
