Love SoulFitBox! I work by Miracle Mile and their salmon is to diiiiiie for. They cook it to perfection. The portion of salmon and the two sides are very generous. I always get the veggies and the wheat pasta and it's more than enough. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is two reasons: 1) they take FOREVER. It doesn't matter if I UberEats the meal or pick it up, there's always a wait. Drives me a little crazy because if I pick it up I allow about 40 minutes from the time I order to when I show up. And I still have to wait another 10 minutes to get my food. 2) I ordered the chicken once and it was absolutely INEDIBLE. Not sure if that day they just didn't have good quality chicken but the consistency was literally like rubber. I had my coworkers try it and they agreed. Had to toss it out. Was hoping this place would be better based on reviews and pics. It may have simply been the limited dishes we chose to try, however we got the Andina quinoa salad and grilled shrimp salad. The greens were not sprucey for lack of a better word and seemed limp and dehydrated. The Andina didn't seem to have the flavor that we had envisioned. Grilled shrimp was simply that. I almost never write reviews, but this one is worth my time. One of the worst services I have ever come across with. I ordered online at www.soulfitbox.com and when I arrived at the place to pick up my order, they weren't even aware of it because -in the server's own words- they don't pay attention to online orders regularly. I still decided to wait for them to prepare what I had ordered online. My order came out in about five minutes (too little for salmon + sides), completely wrong: I had ordered jasmin rice and steamed vegetables, and they brought me white rice and broccoli. I told the server they got it wrong, she went back into the kitchen and came back with white rice and steamed vegetables. Still wrong, I was missing the jasmin rice. When I inquired about it, she said that they had ran out of jasmin rice and that's why she brought me back my order with white rice, packed and everything, ready to charge me, without even asking me if I wanted to change the white rice for something else. So, I told her that I wanted brown rice instead of white rice. When she came back from the kitchen, one more time, she told me that the cook had refused to change my type of rice (as simple as that), while she kept re-packing my food in order to charge me. I just told her a couple of nice things, turned around and walked away. They messed up from A to Z, and I didn't even get an apology. All the time the server was trying to push me to just pay for the stuff I didn't order or wanted. I not only intend to never return to this place, but I'll also take care of letting my friends and neighbors know about my experience, as I live nearby in Coral Gables. This place is awesome!! My dad just had triple bypass surgery about a month ago, so we have to watch his diet. I ordered from this place as I found them on Uber Eats and thought I'd give them a shot.... Boy am I glad I did!!! He's a HUGE fish fan so got him the Salmon.... He said he hadn't eaten such great salmon in a really long time. Cooked to perfection. We got ours medium temp and that's how they prepared it! We also got a salad with avocado. Ordered delivery via UberEats. Everything came correct and quickly, which is excellent, as we had a big order. I love that this place allows you to choose your portion size and also doesn't have french fries, potato chips and other garbage even on the menu. My wife is a ceviche snob and she was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. We loved the burger, sweet potatoes, veggies, pasta, and chicken. Will definitely order from again. Completely dissapointed!!!!. If I can add a ZERO I would!!!! I've ordered from here before and didn't have an issue until now!. I ordered the Salmon with broccoli and rice. After I was almost done with my food, I find an insect/roach.....I immediately puked!!! And of course started feeling stomach sick because the thought of eating insect/roach was disgusting!!!. I called the place to complain and all they said was that it's strange because they fumigated and all they did was apologize for the inconvenience. Talk about making it up to your customers!!!
