I started the plan on November 5, 2019 and on January 30, 2020 had lost 33 lbs, just short of three months. I look my best and I feel great. I have more energy than I ever have, my hair is growing longer, my skin is glowing. It's truly an amazing diet but the food is actually also delicious and filling. Prior to joining this diet, I was never able to lose weight dieting, not even with a personal trainer that I saw 5 days a week. The food and the menus that the keto kitchen puts out are the absolute best. I did my research and I also have to say that she provides healthy options - you don't feel like your clogging your arteries at all. The portions are measured out individually for your calorie and carb intake. I am a foodie. I am a 5 or 6 time elite and honestly the thought of any meal plan completely grossed me out but this food is delivered fresh daily and completely delicious.
