I was searching for a personal chef who could cook healthy meals without sacrificing taste. I found him. His name is Chef Eric. He's been cooking meals for my family for four weeks. Everything he makes is so delicious that my 8 and 13 year old sons don't even complain about meal time. We are always eager to see what our next dinner will be. Today Chef Eric cooked for a small luncheon I was having at my home. Everything turned out perfect. The food taste great and the presentation was beautiful. I used Chef Eric while my husband and I were on vacation in Miami. We had a rental house and were hosting two other people, one of whom was a vegetarian. We also have 2 young children, so having a chef come to the house was much easier than going to a nice restaurant with kids. Chef Eric was wonderful to work with. He showed up, set the table, came prepared with his own plates and cookware, stayed out of the way, and served a delicious 4-course meal. He also did clean up! It was as if he had never been there. This is one the healthiest places I've ever been too. I'm not such a Healthy eater but there something about the way the chef puts the ingredients together that I feel like I can eat anything here.the food is amazing and the decoration inside is so nice. Its environment makes you feel good entering and leaving. I had the King miso salmon and it was delicious I will keep coming back. P.S they're catering service is amazing as well . I called Chef Eric on Wednesday and told him I needed a chef to cook at my house on Saturday for my husbands birthday!!! He went full force to make sure I was happy with the menu.
