Subaru was having a party at their dealership to introduce the new 2019 Ascent. I love Subaru and I was happy to be invited to join the celebration. Besides getting to see the star of the show, the Ascent, there was music, a raffle, and a barbecue. The barbecue was catered by Exquisite Catering By Robert. The food was outside under two canopies. The barbecue was being cooked under one of the canopies. The food was set up under the other canopy. Chaffing dishes had hot dogs, cheeseburgers, ribs, chicken, mac & cheese, baked beans and all the fixings. There was also a beautiful big salad with dressings. Soda, bottled water and sweet lemonade were the beverages. There was also a variety of cookies. A nice man served the food. There was plenty, so people could have as much as they wanted. I like that someone was serving the food. I've been to other barbecues where people stuck their forks or hands into the food dishes. I gave Exquisite Catering By Robert five stars because the food was delicious, the area was kept very clean, they didn't run out of food or drinks, and in spite of it being a very hot day everyone was friendly and helpful. read more
