We decided to hire a private chef for my mom's 70th birthday party, and are we glad to have found Chef Anthony. He pulled everything off masterfully, from the chorizo and tortilla sampler, to the shrimp al ajillo appetizer, to the wonderful paella. He even substituted huge, beautiful langostinos for mussels in the paella since my mom's not really into mussels. We're not really accustomed to hiring chefs for celebrations, but this was a significant occasion with almost 30 guests, so all of us were able to relax and enjoy a special moment. Thanks to Chef Anthony and his crew, not just for their delicious food, but also for their impeccable service. Cheers! read more

Searched YelP and Contacted Paella 305 by email to plan a small dinner party of 20 people. Chef Anthony was prompt and responsive by phone and email. Made the proper suggestions for my party. The chef was prompt and polite and arrived at the agreed upon time. Set up the Spanish Artisan Table which not only looked great but was authentic and delicious. The star attraction, the Chicken and Seafood Paella did not disappoint any of the guests. The flavors and fresh ingredients made a 5-star meal. Dinner was served right on time, and the Chef was super professional. Was so easy to entertain, and the price was more than reasonable. Thanks, Paella 305 and Yelp for finding me Paella 305. read more

Highly recommend Paella305 which it appears is an offshoot of the rather good Peruvian restaurant Aromas del Perú. We had seafood paella, empanadas (beef, chicken and spinach) and a tapas "tabla." The chef showed up right on time and beautifully presented our appetizers. He served the guests very efficiently and with much appreciated courtesy. He cleaned up and left no waste behind. Everyone raved about the food! read more

Chef Anthony was so amazing! The food was delicious and incredibly fresh. We enjoyed the chicken empanadas, ceviche, and seafood paella. This past weekend I had 10 of my oldest friends over. The best thing we did was hire Chef Anthony to come from Miami and cook for us. We started with the beef and chicken empanadas which were incredible. Then we moved onto the lobster, seafood and chicken paella. Absolutely incredible. We had plenty left over for lunch the next day. Chef Anthony was amazing. The service was great, he came in, cooked, cleaned and left and you wouldn't have even known he was here. This was such a neat night and so different than just going to a restaurant to eat. He was great to hang out with and the food was fresh and so tasty. I couldn't recommend Paella305 any more highly and I'm very serious about my food. Don't miss out on this. read more

An absolute must if you are looking to feed a group of people. The paella is honestly one of the best paellas I have ever tasted and I've had it from many famed paella places around the globe. It was seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. On top of the amazing quality of food, the service was just as good. Anthony dealt with a lot of back and forth from me on the timing and also dealt with a big delay from our guests. He was an absolute pleasure to have at our party and worked around everything very well. I highly recommend paella 305 to anyone throwing a get together and in need of feeding a party of people. read more

Hiring Chef Anthony was the best decision my husband had ever made! We hosted a birthday party at our home for 35 people and chose a menu of fish ceviche and chicken paella. Chef Anthony arrived early to prep and set up and had dinner served at the exact time that we had agreed upon. The food was outstanding. Before leaving, Chef Anthony packaged up all of the leftovers into aluminum trays and I had nothing to clean up-perfect! The price per person was very reasonable. I look forward to hiring new Chef Anthony again in the future! read more

I found Paella 305 on yelp and read the amazing reviews, so I decided to have Anthony come for a big birthday celebration. His paella and service were OUTSTANDING!! It was a hit among my guests!!! Honestly speaking, I have eaten many many paellas but nothing compared to this one. The rice was well done, not too soft and soggy and the taste and quality was amazing. Anthony is very professional and so thoughtful he even saved me a plate that night because the paella was gone. Everyone had eaten it and had seconds, if not thirds. It is a delicious paella that I would recommend to anyone who is looking around. Im so happy I trusted all the reviews on yelp! read more
