Eggwhites catering recently did a fabulous job catering my wedding. The food was delicious and my only regret is that I didn't have a chance to eat more appetizers as I was busy getting married! Luckily thanks to Eggwhites service I was able to have the appetizers brought to me at the bridal suite onsite but still, if I could go back to have some of those mushroom risotto spoons right now I would. Luckily, I made up for it by indulging in as many mac and cheese bites as I could during late night bites! On top of that, the presentation was absolutely beautiful. The guests raved for weeks afterwards about the quality of the service. The staff at Eggwhites are a team of outstanding professionals and I would trust them to handle any event big or small. Sarah worked me with throughout the process to choose the best menu and deal with big and small changes and I really appreciated that I saw her helping out the wedding planner deal with something that was really important to me during the wedding and completely unrelated to the catering. Now will anyone please invite me to their wedding catered by eggwhites so I can focus on the food and pretty presentation this time? :) read more

Unprofessional service that waits till the last minute to give you an insanely marked up quote leaving you with no option. It sounds based on reviews that they've done this over and over to multiple clients. They give excuses like "we can't give you a breakdown of the cost" or giving you an ultimatum to decide or find someone else. They then become aggressive when you ask them basic questions and lose their cool. So glad I figured this out one month before the event so I can find new and professional caterers to go with. Trust me on this: don't waste your time. Craaaaazy overpriced and very unprofessional read more

Eggwhites catering did a fantastic job! The level of service provided was above and beyond. Many thanks to Ann and Chef Gary!

I have been using Eggwhites as my primary catering company for over three years. Our office has events at least once a month and we have never been disappointed. In fact, we have been blown away by what they have been able to pull off. We have had emergencies over the years and Chef Gary and his team have ALWAYS found a way to show up and impress our guests. We are loyal, happy customers. read more

We are so deeply thankful to the Eggwhites catering team for all the work they did to make our wedding beautiful, and we give them our absolute highest recommendation! We first heard about Eggwhites through a recommendation from The Historic Walton House. When we first started planning our wedding, COVID-19 hadn't completely turned our lives around. There was a lot that we couldn't control for our 2020 wedding, but Eggwhites helped with so much and really played a key role in making our day special. It began with a fabulous tasting - which included not only samplings of the food we were interested in, but also a brainstorming session that helped us pre-plan some aspects of how the event would run smoothly - and this experience convinced us that Eggwhites was absolutely the company we should hire. After we ended up changing out plans from a 150-person event to a 29-person backyard gathering at a smaller home venue, the Eggwhites team did EVERYTHING to help us make sure our day was in good hands, amidst all the chaos of COVID, the presidential election, and even an incoming hurricane. They were communicative and helpful throughout everything that was thrown our way, and we really owe a lot to Sarah and Chef Gary for all the work they did to help us in problem-solving and making sure that our event was a success. Sarah, our amazing catering manager and day-of coordinator, proved that she is truly an expert professional in her field: she went above and beyond, helping in ways and details that were unexpected but made such a big difference. She helped with everything from the bridal party getting ready to the after-dinner drinks, and she even saved our ceremony by quickly closing a few doors and windows when a loudly-crying toddler could be heard wailing inside. It's hard to put into words just how grateful we are for her organization and dedication that day/night. Chef Gary was also hugely helpful in finding alternative solutions to new and unique problems that arose in the days leading up to our event. They both spent lots of extra time working with us (and for us) after hours. They didn't need to make those sacrifices, but it shows their deep commitment to providing the absolute BEST all-around service. And finally, an important detail that cannot be overlooked: the food...Eggwhites has an incredible selection of excellent dishes, and their team of chefs and wait-staff is an amazing group of professionals who genuinely care about making sure that you and your guests have THE BEST time! Everything from the hors d'oeurves to the main course was delicious and the service was impeccable. We still get compliments on the food and quality of our catering. We could not be more pleased with our choice in Eggwhites, and we give them our absolute HIGHEST recommendation! read more

Ordered catering for an entire conference weekend, and i have to say, this team went way above and beyond. Sarah worked with our budget, and the chef baked fresh desserts in addition to SPECTACULAR food every night. Could not complain one bit, and would recommend them every time. My team was left speechless and could not stop eating. Can't wait to work with them again! read more

We had a Faculty and staff appreciation brunch event at our University and we couldn't be happier with the attention to detail, professional service, fresh & delicious food as well as the very friendly staff at Eggwhites! Starting with Sarah's patience at the time of quoting all the through to the time they exited the building after the event!! All attendees were commenting on the delicious made to order omelets! There was plenty for anyone wanting seconds and many did! Ayo and Jessica were fantastic! The omelets were made on a timely basis and they helped make sure the tables cleared and looked fresh. Café Cappuccino's coffee cart was very impressive! Clearly, Bennette loves what he does! He was friendly, professional and made great coffee drinks!! Thank you Eggwhites for exceeding all expectations for our small 50 person event!! read more

Eggwhites provided their catering services for my April wedding at Thalatta estate and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! When I began planning my wedding, picking the right caterer was the hardest decision (along with Bridesmaids dresses, lol!). Not only was I worried about pricing, but quality of food/service were just as important. Finding that perfect middle was definitely a big challenge! Before making my decision with Eggwhites, I was in the negotiation phase with 2 other vendors. However, once I did the Eggwhites tasting, it was a sealed deal. Their food options definitely cater to a more sophisticated palate without breaking your wallet. It is that perfect middle of quality, presentation, and not over-priced. Sarah was phenomenal to work with. She was able to tailor everything to what our vision was for our wedding day. From signature cocktails and incredible food, I still hear praises of that day. Even when I had concerns on any cost related items, she would continuously work with me until it was perfect. To Gary, Sarah, and staff, you all were truly incredible! I thank you for everything, cheers! read more

Had Eggwhites do Thanksgiving dinner for me this year. They did another amazing job. I asked to pick the meal up. My husband said they were very organized just put the bird and all the trimmings packed beautifully in the car. Everything was perfection. We had some very complex food allergy at our holiday table,no gluten, no dairy, no problem. If you need some help with an event please call them this is a special catering business you will be thrilled with the staff and the food. read more

My office had a party that used eggwhites to cater to a big group. Everything was organized and well planed, the food was great (thanks Chef Gary!) and the service was amazing. A special thanks to Ashley and Sarah who were especially helpful. We definitely plan to use them for our next event because of how easy it was on our end to have a nice event with minimal effort. I highly recommend them. read more

I used this company for a surprise party I held for my husband. I had never used them before, my only reference was their display at the Wine and Food Festival. They had, by far, the best setup, so I called them up. I entrusted them with my party and was not disappointed. From Lindy, who helped me figure out what I needed, to the whole staff the day of the event, they were extremely professional. Their food (the most important aspect) was absolutely delicious. My guests were raving about how good everything was for days. They were very willing to help with anything I needed for my party, and always did so with a smile. And, after everything was done, they cleaned my kitchen up so I didn't have to worry about anything! I can't say enough good things about Egg Whites. Highly recommended for your next event. I'm not one to leave many reviews, but I was compelled to do so because of how pleased I was with their service. A+! read more

I recently hosted an engagement party at my home. I had not before used Egg Whites Catering, but decided to give them a try after reading the raving reviews on Yelp. They were all true! From my first phone conversation with Sarah till the end of the party, everything was perfect. Sarah understood my party thoughts immediately, took the ball and ran with it. The food, the staff, everything from A to Z were all perfect. For a worry-free, guaranteed to be great catered party, I am happy to recommend Egg Whites. read more

I have gone to several parties that Chef Gary has catered, and they have been amazing nights! He is so creative and clearly loves what he does. Sarah is friendly and always on top of things. Recently, he threw a low-key Chinese food-themed family party for 40 people complete with chopsticks and fortune cookies. The decorations were classy, and the buffet was delicious. Then, he created an out-of-this-world Hollywood Classics-themed party for about 150 people. When you entered, there was a red carpet, step-and-repeat, and actors pretending to be photographers. The food spread was fantastic! There were servers with appetizers, main plates, or desserts anywhere you looked and with such variety! Chef Gary arranged for an over-the-pool dance floor and dance acts throughout the night complete with a fire belly-dancer and Marilyn Monroe singing happy birthday. Everyone was raving that this was the best party they have ever attended. You won't be disappointed. read more

Eggwhites provided complete Bar and Dj services for our office inauguration cocktail. The quality of service provided was absolutely outstanding. The staff was very friendly and professional. I am very glad we chose Eggwhites; we couldn't be more satisfied! read more

Bait and switch...agrees to a contract, then turns around and has you sign something else--not to be trusted. I would like to share the e-mail string to anyone who may be interested. It is very easy to get your friends and family to write fake reviews. But I have actual experience with this so-called caterer with the e-mails and bait-and-switch evidence. read more

My husband and I worked with Sarah, Chef Gary, and the rest of the Eggwhites catering crew on our January wedding at the Ancient Spanish Monastery this year. We reached out to Eggwhites and booked our contract six months prior to the wedding date. Every step -- from the contracting, to the tasting, to the finalizing of the menu, to the execution on our special day -- was handled deftly by our catering manager Sarah, who remained our principal contact throughout the whole process. We knew from the reviews on this and other sites that we were getting the best possible service from Eggwhites, and they did not disappoint. Our guests had endless compliments for the delicious food and drink (we had pre-ceremony appetizers and drinks, a wonderful dinner with table service, a cake, an open bar, and even some late night snacks). There are probably dozens of things that we'll never find out about that Sarah and her crew did for us to make that day so unforgettable, but here are a few we do know about: Sarah helped put corsages and boutonnieres on the wedding party, marshaled the florist / sound equipment guy / string quartet during the prep period, got some last minute party favors neatly placed at each table setting, and swiftly moved our guests from garden to loggia to cloister as the program progressed. We cannot thank Eggwhites enough and we will never forget our wedding day and night because of them! read more

I worked with Eggwhites at one of my recent events and was impressed by the quality of the food provided. I recently got married. We wanted a small wedding in an intimate setting. We did not know if our vision would be possible. After talking to and interviewing countless companies, I finally found Eggwhites. They came highly recommended, and after talking to Lindy Robinson, the coordinator, I knew I was in excellent hands. She took what I wanted and made it happen! My parents' backyard was transformed into a spectacular setting. She organized the tent and our menu was amazing. Everyone at the wedding complimented the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the service. I would not hesitate to recommend Eggwhites. It is an honest and professional company that made me and my family look good on our special day. They were on time and delivered with perfection everything they said they would do. Also, I had some last minute requests and Lindy graciously made it happen.Everything went so smoothly and my guests were very impressed! read more
