The owners are always so warm and welcoming and genuinely enjoy interacting with us and their other customers. Their hospitality is a big part of what keeps us coming back. The food is also spectacular. My usual is the Eggs Benedict with extra crispy hash browns and a cappuccino, while my daughter almost always gets the chocolate chip pancakes. We've also tried the chicken shawarma wrap, chicken pesto wrap, omelettes, waffles, and French toast, and everything has been delicious. We always look forward to coming back, seeing the owners and staff, and enjoying the wonderful customer service. Pesto Cafe & Grill is truly a neighborhood gem!

The sandwich was absolutely amazing. The pork belly was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a slight kick to it that added the perfect amount of spice without overpowering the flavors. Now let's talk about the fries. Hot, fresh, crispy, and stringy in the best way possible. They were so good they could stand on their own, but paired with the sandwich, it was a perfect combo. Mr. & Mrs. Bun, I'll definitely be back the first chance I get. 9.5 out of 10

This used to be my go-to spot, especially for the lomo al jugo sandwich, so I ordered my usual. I was honestly shocked by how much prices have increased. The sandwich alone was $18, and a drink was $5. My significant other and I ordered the same meal, and our total came out to well over $58 for two people. That's restaurant-level pricing -- if not more. The food was just okay, nothing memorable. What really stood out was how empty the place was. There were about four staff members working the truck, yet every chair was empty at what used to be a very busy, high-volume spot. Unfortunately, the reason is clear now. At nearly $60, I don't see the value in sitting outside to eat food-truck fare when I can go to a full restaurant for the same price. This will likely be my last visit. Very disappointing

As loyal customers who have supported Bonjour Bakery for a long time, we are extremely disappointed…read moreby the customer service we experienced today. After being regular customers for so long, we simply asked for a replacement because the drink we received tasted awful and did not meet our expectations. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or accommodate a reasonable request, our replacement was immediately refused without any effort to help. It is very disappointing when customer loyalty is not valued, especially after consistently supporting a business over time. A simple gesture could have turned a negative experience into a positive one, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The lack of customer care, flexibility, and appreciation for loyal customers has led us to make the decision not to return. In a city like Miami, there are countless places that offer not only great food and drinks, but also exceptional service, where customers are always treated as a priority. Sadly, this was not our experience at Bonjour Bakery. No matter how good a place may be, customer service is what truly builds long-term relationships and keeps people coming back. We hope Bonjour Bakery reconsiders its approach to customer care in the future.
