1st time trying Jersey Mikes. My nephew loves the place and asked to go there. I was unsure but went anyways. I'm so happy I went. I was able to customize my own sub. Was in the mood for a sandwich last week but not wanting the usual popular places. Found out this place had opened close to my job and looked online to check the menu. I have heard of Jersey Mike's but have never been. Looking online to checking out the menu I was impressed. The sandwiches looked fresh and I liked the variety of sandwiches and fillings. Some of the cold cuts I wasn't familiar with so being intrigued I decided to go with The Number Four. What I really liked about placing my order was you have an option of bread, a wrap, or for less calories the tub option. The tub option just means it comes in a container with no bread so sord of like a salad but I like "the tub" better. The sandwich options all have names and numbers to make ordering easy. They all come with lettuce, onions, and tomato or you can simply say have it Mike's way which means onions,lettuce,tomato, spices(oregano, salt n pepper), and vinegar. This was a quick pick up and when I finally opened by sub tub I was surprsied to see how generous they are with their portions. It was truly filling without bread and although you can't see it from ny non picture taking skills the tomato was covering the generous portion of cold cuts. My Only complaint was that they went overboard with the vinegar,it was way to much. I just poured it out and ate the tub. Next I definitely want to try a hot sub in a tub. Love love love the Chipotle Chicken Philly. It honestly may be my favorite sub in Miami. Jersey Mike's makes awesome subs every time I go, and their staff is extremely welcoming. They do both hot and cold subs. For the cold subs, you've got all the basics plus some other unique options. If you get it cold make sure to get it Mike's Way (delish). But for the most part I always get one of the hot subs, because that's just my preference. My all time favorite is the Chipotle Chicken Philly, if you didn't guess by the start of the review. I've also got the Chipotle Steak Philly and Chicken Bacon Ranch. The meat is flavorful, and covered with melted cheese and other yummy toppings from the grill. All subs are highly customizable. You can choose your toppings, and whether you want regular or large. The regular is about 8 inches and always fills me up! You can also get a wrap or your sub in a tub if you are trying to save on calories. Definitely check them out! read more

Ok, so being from Jersey originally, seeing a Jersey Mike's makes me super happy! Being a pescatarian I love being able to get a great tasting tuna sandwich. Most of you may be saying it's just tuna, but no no no, the bread and the amount of tuna makes a world of difference! Oh by the way, might I add, they have gluten free bread and cookies for the win!! My baby boy who is allergic, was super happy! One thing my hubby and I love is to support business owners! And come to find out, one of the owners, who is a young man, works right behind the counter. He is extremely personable and provides stellar customer service! Definitely a man who's trying to build his brand! The owner also threw in a gluten free cookie on the house for my son! I mean really, 5 stars, I think so! The prices for a great sub (depending on the size) range from $5 to $14. I have been a shore member for years. Once this location opened I made sure to let my co-workers, friends and family know. On 10/3/18, my job had a celebration/ recognition event for our agents. We decided to have Jersey Mike's cater our lunch. Everyone was impressed with everything from the presentation to the engagement i experienced with the Manager and Assist Manager. They were so helpful and friendly. They set up the "Juice" as individually carts, which allowed our later agents an opportunity to have an amazing (not soggy) sandwich. Since they opened in July, i have been to this location once a week. I could not tell you how amazing every experience I have had with this crew. I have been to Jersey Mike's in NY, NJ, CA, Tampa, FL, Winter Park FL, MD, and a few more. I have never had such excellent service as i did with this team! Got my hot sub incorrect after I confirmed with the manager that it should be correct. Isn't a big deal, I could tell they were having a busy hour. Problem is, I work at another jersey mike's and was cringing at everything they were doing wrong. Some employees had no hats/hair coverings. Grill staff didn't change gloves when touching raw meat (ew). Basically the entire staff had the same gloves on the entire time. Only one girl was on sprinkle board while the everyone else was just standing around with the exception of the person on the grill. During a busy hour it isn't your job to just take orders and pull receipts from the POS. You wouldn't be as busy if everyone was actually working.
