First time trying Jersey Mikes and I am shocked!! Delicious, fresh, and friendly staff! Their menu is easy to order from and straight forward. I heard they were known for their hot subs so I decided to get a chipotle chicken and chipotle steak sandwich. Let me tell, it was surprisingly very good and everything is either cooked or sliced to order. The ambience was clean and welcoming. I will most definitely be coming back to Jersey Mikes ^.^ read more

Being originally from Jersey City, NJ one thing I will always remember as kid is having the best biggie sandwiches (Italian Subs) ever. Looking at the many sandwiches franchises in South Florida gotta take our hats off for Jersey Mike's from Point Pleasant, NJ seems to have gotten it right. Located in South Kendall shopping center their location is very clean and run by a very profesional and courtliest staff. Food is delicious and fresh. Highly recommend anyone looking to get an over the top Jersey hogtie or any other sub sandwiches! read more

1st time trying Jersey Mikes. My nephew loves the place and asked to go there. I was unsure but went anyways. I'm so happy I went. I was able to customize my own sub. Best part was they have their own grill on which they chop up what we meat you ask for. The service was amazing. Their staff were the nicest people. The food was amazing. I absolutely loved it!! They had returning customers asking about their day and why was it the last day of one of their employees. One of their employees was leaving to a new store opening up in Ft. Lauderdale. Expensive but worth every Penney. It's just not something you can afford every day. Nothing beats the fresh sliced meats.

On a night when you don't feel like cooking but you don't feel like going for a drawn-out sit down dinner, Jersey Mike's has you covered. Easy ordering online or in-person and you're off to scarf down your sub. I had to wait a few minutes extra, but didn't mind if it meant I was getting a hot/fresh chipotle cheese steak. First time I've had a cheese steak with chipotle mayo and it was great! I'd recommend it exactly as I ordered with the rosemary parmesan bread. They didn't skimp on the meat and the cheese was nicely melted. The regular is a good size too, anything bigger you can probably split with someone else or save for later. read more

With only 30 minutes left to closing, customers are typically greeted with eye rolls and sighs from the staff at any food establishment. Instead, when I arrived at Jersey Mikes at this location, the night crew welcomed me like if it was opening day. What a great feeling! The guys eagerly took my order, prepared my meal to go as requested, and I was out in less than 10 minutes. No attitude, no stoic faces, just smiles and great customer service. Plus, the sandwiches here are the best!!! Thank you!!! read more

Don't understand why they would give a catering order to a driver who clearly does not know what he is doing. Manager didn't make a new order or did not report it. It's common sense to make sure your food gets delivered and this was a failure to do so on the managers behalf read more

Was in the mood for a sandwich last week but not wanting the usual popular places. Found out this place had opened close to my job and looked online to check the menu. I have heard of Jersey Mike's but have never been. Looking online to checking out the menu I was impressed. The sandwiches looked fresh and I liked the variety of sandwiches and fillings. Some of the cold cuts I wasn't familiar with so being intrigued I decided to go with The Number Four. What I really liked about placing my order was you have an option of bread, a wrap, or for less calories the tub option. The tub option just means it comes in a container with no bread so sord of like a salad but I like "the tub" better. The sandwich options all have names and numbers to make ordering easy. They all come with lettuce, onions, and tomato or you can simply say have it Mike's way which means onions, lettuce, tomato, spices(oregano, salt n pepper), and vinegar. This was a quick pick up and when I finally opened by sub tub I was surprsied to see how generous they are with their portions. It was truly filling without bread and although you can't see it from ny non picture taking skills the tomato was covering the generous portion of cold cuts. My Only complaint was that they went overboard with the vinegar,it was way to much. I just poured it out and ate the tub. Next I definitely want to try a hot sub in a tub. Definitely going to be challenging as I saw at least 5 I wanted to try. Thank goodness it's close to my job, LOL! read more

Love love love the Chipotle Chicken Philly. It honestly may be my favorite sub in Miami. Jersey Mike's makes awesome subs every time I go, and their staff is extremely welcoming. They do both hot and cold subs. For the cold subs, you've got all the basics plus some other unique options. If you get it cold make sure to get it Mike's Way (delish). But for the most part I always get one of the hot subs, because that's just my preference. My all time favorite is the Chipotle Chicken Philly, if you didn't guess by the start of the review. I've also got the Chipotle Steak Philly and Chicken Bacon Ranch. The meat is flavorful, and covered with melted cheese and other yummy toppings from the grill. All subs are highly customizable. You can choose your toppings, and whether you want regular or large. The regular is about 8 inches and always fills me up! You can also get a wrap or your sub in a tub if you are trying to save on calories. Definitely check them out! read more

Revisited the location on my birthday. Atmosphere is still very clean, friendly staff, but I was not able to take advantage of the birthday promotion. Told a member that I didn't get the points or the email and they told me to contact support. Not the worst experience, but to leave empty-handed when there was a simple solution is a bitter experience. read more

So I was having a pretty bad day today & than an awesome person gave me a coupon for Jersey Mike's Subs. So grateful she did because it led me to this awesome sub place!! On the entire street (120th) there are 4 sub places if I'm not mistaken. A Subway, Tamiami Subs, Chunky Subs, & THIS!!!!! I've been to all of them now. It is true what they say "save the best for last". I could say so much about my experience, but let's just say I'm officially a Jersey girl! Customer service was outstanding! 10+ Beyond! I asked what he recommended & he was helpful & patient while I decided. I went with a "Hot Sub" the #43 "Chipotle Cheese Steak" as it comes & wow!!! So good! The sauce, was a perfect kick of spice. Definitely asking for extra sauce on my next visit. (Definitely coming back!) If you're a bread person, know the bread was nice & soft (Some sub places have terrible bread that taste stale or old) not at this location. It tasted fresh! I got a "Cold Sub" the #10 for my little one & of course being my first time I had to take a bite to see how their Tuna was. Again so good!! Didn't taste like a canned item. Was nice & fresh with flavor. Finally save space for dessert because the cookies & brownies at the checkout look so yum. The brownie was yum, with big chunks of chocolate. You will not be disappointed visiting THIS location in Kendall! Clean Friendly Staff Quick Service VIP PARKING (Two spots right in front) Great Food read more

The food was fresh and the staff was wonderful, everyone was friendly and happy! Awesome customer service! :)

The Cheesesteaks were to die for. Also, their roast beef is Better than anything boars head could ever offer. Service was great, very welcoming, and I really enjoyed their ability to engage In conversation. In short, Jersey Mikes absolutely slaughters Publix subs, and it's not even close. Everything here is well worth it. read more

Subs are good, but a rip off. They charged me $12 for a few scoops of meat with their "tub" order and a whopping $22 for a giant sub (which equates to any "regular" sized sub at Publix). Unless they made these in New Jersey itself, their prices are outta hand...I'm sorry. read more

Ok, so being from Jersey originally, seeing a Jersey Mike's makes me super happy! Being a pescatarian I love being able to get a great tasting tuna sandwich. Most of you may be saying it's just tuna, but no no no, the bread and the amount of tuna makes a world of difference! Oh by the way, might I add, they have gluten free bread and cookies for the win!! My baby boy who is allergic, was super happy! One thing my hubby and I love is to support business owners! And come to find out, one of the owners, who is a young man, works right behind the counter. He is extremely personable and provides stellar customer service! Definitely a man who's trying to build his brand! The owner also threw in a gluten free cookie on the house for my son! I mean really, 5 stars, I think so! The prices for a great sub (depending on the size) range from $5 to $14. We went to this location around 4:30pm on a Monday and it was not packed at all. read more

First time at a jersey mikes but it was good. Restaurant and bathroom is clean and the service was fast and friendly

This place is amazing the food is top notch and feels like if your mother made it with high quality meat and veggies

I'm from NYC.... Hero's are Delish in my home town! Employees were courteous. But These are Over priced subs. Nasty, Cheap quality, weird tasting cold cuts. Precut Soggy tomatoes, soggy brown lettuce. The way they put the bread on the counter with out any paper- just made me sick to my stomach... Need proper food handling training. Get boars head subs at Publix for half the price. Wouldn't bother- read more

We are locals and always looking for new places to eat close to our Boutique. We have heard great stuff about the W.Flagler location so we thought we would give it a try. I only gave it a four because they are stingy with their delicious subs!!! Ha ha haaaa They need to be bigger, especially for their prices, but the taste?... right on!! I ordered their Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and it was amazing. Husband went for the more traditional Italian cold cuts, for he was reminiscing his NY younger years, and he said it was not the same as Jersey, but nonetheless, really good. I think its the bread. Fresh ingredients too. Recommend you try, just make sure to order the largest size, because you will eat it all! read more

I've gone to different Jersey Mike's and this is by far the best one. Best service. Friendliest staff.

I have been a shore member for years. Once this location opened I made sure to let my co-workers, friends and family know. On 10/3/18, my job had a celebration/ recognition event for our agents. We decided to have Jersey Mike's cater our lunch. Everyone was impressed with everything from the presentation to the engagement i experienced with the Manager and Assist Manager. They were so helpful and friendly. They set up the "Juice" as individually carts, which allowed our later agents an opportunity to have an amazing (not soggy) sandwich. Since they opened in July, i have been to this location once a week. I could not tell you how amazing every experience I have had with this crew. I have been to Jersey Mike's in NY, NJ, CA, Tampa, FL, Winter Park FL, MD, and a few more. I have never had such excellent service as i did with this team! I recommend eating at this location any chance you get! read more

Place reminds me of sandwiches I used to get when I was growing up in New Jersey. Fresh made sandwiches to order and fresh baked bread from that day. My favorites are the Italian and the roast beef rare! Place is clean amd well kept. They also do a couple of hot sandwiches if you're looking for some. Staff is friendly and professional. read more

Got my hot sub incorrect after I confirmed with the manager that it should be correct. Isn't a big deal, I could tell they were having a busy hour. Problem is, I work at another jersey mike's and was cringing at everything they were doing wrong. Some employees had no hats/hair coverings. Grill staff didn't change gloves when touching raw meat (ew). Basically the entire staff had the same gloves on the entire time. Only one girl was on sprinkle board while the everyone else was just standing around with the exception of the person on the grill. During a busy hour it isn't your job to just take orders and pull receipts from the POS. You wouldn't be as busy if everyone was actually working. Food was aight, employees weren't a sub above. read more

Came to this location since it's the closest one to us. Order a Chicken Bacon Ranch. Was missing the bacon and as well as the ranch. How do you miss those two ingredients of the Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich?? They didn't bother to make the sandwich in-front of me like all the other locations I've been to in the past have.
