The young lady working the drive-thru had an awful attitude from the start. I tried to ignore it, but then she got my order wrong, so I went back to have it corrected. When I returned, her attitude became even worse. What crossed the line was that she blew her nose while handling food. That is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I told her politely that the attitude was not appreciated and that blowing her nose while handling food was not okay. She completely ignored me, gave me more attitude, and then closed the window on me. I ended up throwing the food away because it was extremely disgusting. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager, but the same young lady answered and acted like she was the manager -- which I truly hope is not the case, because if it is, that is very concerning. Save yourself the time and frustration. Do not visit this location. read more

Taco Bell - Mold on the bottom of my Mexican pizza!!!! Second time this happens do not eat here!!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

Went to this fast food joint at 3:30 PM, no customers dining in and three cars lined up the drive thru lanes. In other words, Not busy at all. Yet no one was available to take my order, until I asked for help and was told to place my order at a kiosk. I've always assumed that kiosks are there to help alleviate the order lines typical of peak hour traffic, but no one dining inside? Really? Horrible service. First and last time I patronize this place. One star is one too many. read more

The employee customer service was unbeatable. That alone is enough for me to give 5 stars.

Taco Bell - Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Miami, Florida

The food was not well prepared, there was not even an attempt at decent presentation and the service was awful. We ordered a Cheesy Chicken Crispanada and got a Cheesy Roll Up instead. Honest mistake, right! When we went to the drive thru window to let them know, instead of just correcting the order, they started arguing that there had been no mistake. They went as far as saying we had eaten it and wanted a free one now! That was absolutely on called for and so rude and disrespectful. I wish they would hire employees that have the vocation to work at a service company and not just the first person that fills out an application. We've lived in this area for 15 years. That USED to be a great place to have a quick bite, but not anymore. Go somewhere else for your food unless you want a side of mannerless impolitenes with you taco to ruin your day. read more

I didn't get to eat here because when I went to the restroom there was no handsoap, Wich to me means that not only me, but the employees that handle the food don't have clean hands. The place was empty at 1:30 PM a Saturday. read more

I just want to say I love eating Taco Bell , I've been eating here at this location since it open , it's not to bad for fast food , other than a couple cold chalupas, the food been good specially the burritos, and my all favorites double decker tacos Mexican pizzas..But some are no longer available, I'm so mad about this , and now they are taking out another of my favorites, the Mexican pizza, this burns me up people....What are they thinking , I hope the people in upper management , re think what they are doing , they need to leave some menu items alone , I don't visit as much , anymore , sometimes I would go by twice a day , and if you all keep taking peoples favorite foods out of the menu , we all suffer , keep this up.. And you all as a company will loose many more business..Don't loose another customer..BRING back the double Decker, and don't take out the Mexican pizza.. read more

I have been to numerous Taco Bell's in Miami, but this Taco Bell is the best one yet. I started coming to this one back in 2012 and cannot get enough of it. The customer service is top notch. The employees always greet me with a smile on their face. They always provide me with napkins, straws, and utensils as necessary. The quesadillas are made to perfection. The tacos are graciously filled with enough of each ingredient. I could go on and on! After a decade of coming to this Taco Bell, I finally decided to write a review. read more

This is the ONLY location that seems to get my order correct EVERY time I go, which is pretty impressive. Not only is my order always correct, but the food is fresh & the staff are pleasant. I love how this location never seems to run out of its key items (especially condiments so kudos to you guys). I've been coming to this Taco Bell for as long as I can remember & will continue to do so. read more

As other reviews have said, not sanitary. Eat here at your own risk of food poisoning & bacterial infection.

Never opens at 7:30am for breakfast , they always make you park and wait till 8 am and everytime u go pay they make you put your car in reverse and back away so the sensors wont see how long they make u wait read more

Wow how nasty is this Taco Bell they threw a whole bunch of other items in my bag of peoples food that been sitting there probably since the mourning nasty how they play with people health like that mind you my order at the drive through was for me my wife and my 2 kids so it was 4 simple orders he probably though all that food was for me so he just stuffed the bag with a bunch of stale items no one should go to this Taco Bell they play with people food read more

I placed my order through the app to pick up through the drive thru. When I got to the drive thru, I gave the worker my name and she told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window I was there for 10 minutes when the manager came and told me I had to pick up my order inside. I asked why and they gave me no reason. They refused to give me my food until I went inside. Website and app clearly states you can order and pick up through drive thru. I've done this multiple times but today they didn't feel like doing it. read more

Don't waste your time or money here. Bunch of young workers that obviously aren't properly trained, starting with management which have no common sense and all lack valuable customer service skills. I've used they're drive thru twice and indoor dining, and it's Always been a disaster! They mess up your order, give you the wrong food, leave you waiting for service forever, or Never take your order or respond at the drive thru window and when you finally decide to just follow the long ass line of cars to the window, the employee tells you, "Oh so nobody answered you at the speaker. Well we're super busy, so you're just going to have to go back around to the end of the drive through line and try again." Me: "WHat!!" How about taking my order here & now! I've been on this crazy long drive thru line forever & your answer is to go to the end of the line?! Nope, idiots work here. Had to leave a star to post this, but they deserve a zero. read more

Ordered a Nacho Bell Grande and found a hair right on top .. in the cheese. I am disgusted to say the least.

I placed a very simple order. Four fresco bean burritos to eat in the dining room. 20 minutes later I had to walk up to the counter and ask where my food was and they completely forgot about me. Had it been extremely busy I would understand. The dining room was completely empty. I was the only one sitting down waiting. That is completely unacceptable. It was not busy at all they just forgot. read more

I ordered my order and when I got home and recieved it it was wrong. I went back and got there at 10:40 only to find an employee had parked their car in a way to block the drive thru entrance. There was a line of cars that would enter and then leave upon seeing the blocked drive thru. At 11, the manager comes out and moves the car. When I pull up to then rectify my order and get my food fixed, they tell me "There is no food, we are closed" , I then state that online you close at 12, and that I was just here but you blocked the entrance for 20minutes. They stay silent and then respond with "We have no food, leave, we are closed". I asked for the manager and employee names and they refused to give me a number or name to call until I asked again, to which they gave me "STORE 016100 MANAGER OSCAR CHAVEZ". Super disrespectful and horrible service, I dont understand how this is allowed read more

I love coming to this Taco Bell compared to other Miami locations--or Florida locations. Because they have the best nacho chips! You'll order they all the time! Plus, the costumer service is really good. When they miss up your order, they give you a free caramel apple empanda. So sometimes you want them to mess up to get something free. But they honor their costumer service. I've been going to this Taco Bell for ages, so I know them at their lowest--which is rarely. read more

I'm not basing my review of this place on the quality of the food because if that's what I cared about then I wouldn't be coming to a place like Taco Bell. What I am basing the review on is the service and the way the food (more specifically burritos) are made. I personally love taco bell. I know its horrible and all that but it's one of my guilty pleasures. Cheesy double beef burrito. Grilled stuffed burrito. Always the same thing. Seeing as this is the closest location to my house you would think that this is where I come but you would be wrong. When they make your burritos they just throw everything in there and when you bite, you get a section of meat, a section of rice, a section of cheese, and a section of veggies instead of everything together. It should be that hard to make a decent burrito. And everyone here is extra rude. Oh well. I still love taco bell but I will not be returning to this location. read more

My review is based on the new Cantina Bell steak burrito. It's the nastiest thing on the menu! No flavor and way too much rice! They need to fire "Chef" Lorena Garcia! I will stick to the baja style chalupa and steak tacos! My faves! read more

When we don't feel like cooking and want fast tacos and burritos, we go to Taco Bell. It's cheap, filling and they even use semi-maybe meat (who knows). When ordering through the drive through I would highly recommend to look at your order before leaving because they tend to mess up the order. Trust me that I had a time where I didn't check and they left stuff out of my order so I went back and the workers just argued with themselves on who's fault it was. All I wanted was my food, but they just bickered until I interrupted and told them "Can I just have my food now". Well, I guess that's why they work at Taco Bell. read more

This place always gives me the wrong food when I go through the drive thru. They can't seem to understand when I order a mini CHEESE quesadilla. They will either give me chicken or give me beef. One time they did give me a mini cheese quesadilla but the cheese was still cold (it didn't even melt) and it didn't have any chipotle sauce, which is my favorite part of the quesadilla. It's like they do it on purpose. I shouldn't have to open each packet to make sure these people are doing their job. read more
