The young lady working the drive-thru had an awful attitude from the start. I tried to ignore it, but then she got my order wrong, so I went back to have it corrected. When I returned, her attitude became even worse. What crossed the line was that she blew her nose while handling food. That is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable. I told her politely that the attitude was not appreciated and that blowing her nose while handling food was not okay. She completely ignored me, gave me more attitude, and then closed the window on me. I ended up throwing the food away because it was extremely disgusting. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager, but the same young lady answered and acted like she was the manager -- which I truly hope is not the case, because if it is, that is very concerning. The food was not well prepared, there was not even an attempt at decent presentation and the service was awful. We ordered a Cheesy Chicken Crispanada and got a Cheesy Roll Up instead. Honest mistake, right! When we went to the drive thru window to let them know, instead of just correcting the order, they started arguing that there had been no mistake. They went as far as saying we had eaten it and wanted a free one now! That was absolutely on called for and so rude and disrespectful. I wish they would hire employees that have the vocation to work at a service company and not just the first person that fills out an application. We've lived in this area for 15 years. I have been to numerous Taco Bell's in Miami, but this Taco Bell is the best one yet. I started coming to this one back in 2012 and cannot get enough of it. The customer service is top notch. The employees always greet me with a smile on their face. They always provide me with napkins, straws, and utensils as necessary. The quesadillas are made to perfection. I placed my order through the app to pick up through the drive thru. When I got to the drive thru, I gave the worker my name and she told me to pull up to the window. When I got to the window I was there for 10 minutes when the manager came and told me I had to pick up my order inside. I asked why and they gave me no reason. Don't waste your time or money here. Bunch of young workers that obviously aren't properly trained, starting with management which have no common sense and all lack valuable customer service skills. I've used they're drive thru twice and indoor dining, and it's Always been a disaster! They mess up your order, give you the wrong food, leave you waiting for service forever, or Never take your order or respond at the drive thru window and when you finally decide to just follow the long ass line of cars to the window, the employee tells you, "Oh so nobody answered you at the speaker. I ordered my order and when I got home and recieved it it was wrong. I went back and got there at 10:40 only to find an employee had parked their car in a way to block the drive thru entrance. There was a line of cars that would enter and then leave upon seeing the blocked drive thru. At 11, the manager comes out and moves the car. When I pull up to then rectify my order and get my food fixed, they tell me "There is no food, we are closed" , I then state that online you close at 12, and that I was just here but you blocked the entrance for 20minutes. I love coming to this Taco Bell compared to other Miami locations--or Florida locations. Because they have the best nacho chips! You'll order they all the time! Plus, the costumer service is really good. When they miss up your order, they give you a free caramel apple empanda. So sometimes you want them to mess up to get something free. I'm not basing my review of this place on the quality of the food because if that's what I cared about then I wouldn't be coming to a place like Taco Bell. What I am basing the review on is the service and the way the food (more specifically burritos) are made. I personally love taco bell. I know its horrible and all that but it's one of my guilty pleasures. Cheesy double beef burrito. Grilled stuffed burrito. Always the same thing. Seeing as this is the closest location to my house you would think that this is where I come but you would be wrong. When they make your burritos they just throw everything in there and when you bite, you get a section of meat, a section of rice, a section of cheese, and a section of veggies instead of everything together. When we don't feel like cooking and want fast tacos and burritos, we go to Taco Bell. It's cheap, filling and they even use semi-maybe meat (who knows). When ordering through the drive through I would highly recommend to look at your order before leaving because they tend to mess up the order. Trust me that I had a time where I didn't check and they left stuff out of my order so I went back and the workers just argued with themselves on who's fault it was. This place always gives me the wrong food when I go through the drive thru. They can't seem to understand when I order a mini CHEESE quesadilla. They will either give me chicken or give me beef. One time they did give me a mini cheese quesadilla but the cheese was still cold (it didn't even melt) and it didn't have any chipotle sauce, which is my favorite part of the quesadilla.
