Went to pick up a simple order a sausage McGriddle and I got a sausage with the bread - no egg or cheese. Why? I am a bit disappointed because everytime I go they miss something or forget to give me something. All I ask double check the orders, because we trust that when we are in a hurry that you are giving me what I ordered. Just do better! read more

Don't know what's up with this McDonald's. There are extremely slow..... always..... Today I got an oatmeal for breakfast and instead it was oatmeal soup. There was so much water in it that no matter how much stirring, it remained soup. When I went inside to get my money back, a lady who said she was a manager handled my return poorly. There was zero apology or want to fix things and she reluctantly gave me my money back. They need better management to make the place run more effectively. read more

As most of the other reviews said. I wouldn't normally Yelp a fast food restaurant but this one is definitely worth it. Every time we have come to this McDonald's (over 10 times) at all hours the food is always fresh and hot. The staff is very nice and never in a bad mood. I've tried other McDonald's in the area and they never want to make the burgers or the fries are old. Not at this location. They are my go to and never have disappointed. The low reviews don't do it justice. The most recent reviews are accurate. Either way whomever is managing this McDonalds keep up the good work it is being noticed. Came to eat inside the restaurant. There was only one family at a booth and only 2 cars in the drive-through. The manager took our order - no cups for drinks. Our meal was served - no Mc flurry, no bbq sauce. We sat to eat - ALL of tables were dirty, ketchup dispenser empty, fries unsalted. At that point the only other family sitting in the dining room shook their heads and said their order was jus as bad. I never really expect stellar service at any McDonalds, but this was poor overall. read more

Horrible customer service and being unreasonable with customer .After order she didn't want to give me my food. The fries were not at a crispy texture and the nuggets did not meet my expectations. The cashiers were friendly and got the order 100% accurate. Now comes the part that I believe has the most value. I sat at my seat and my order was brought to my table; you don't get this type of service at many fast food restaurants. The person asked me if I wanted any sauces and proceeded to deliver the sauces. Great service! Mid way through the meal the same person followed up and asked us how everything was going. The guy at the drive-through had a passive aggressive attitude like he didn't even want to take my order and when I got the frappe they really just served me an inch of frappe missing from the top and dazzled it with caramel like it was all good... then he left immediately to avoid any of my complaints cause he handed the frappe last so he could pull that slick lame stunt. I typically don't write reviews at your common fast food franchise. However, this is my neighborhood McDonald's and every time I visited I have always been welcomed with a smile and a nice greeting. Most mornings I visit this McDonald's for my morning large coffee with cream. Going thru the drive thru is always quick, easy and with great customer service. I have to give kuddos to the manager for doing a great job hiring staff that puts the customers first. It shouldn't matter if your going through a drive thru at a McDonald's or eating at a gourmet restaurant you should always have a great experience. I am a stickler for customer service. I was unsure exactly how many stars to give to this location. I decided to go with what I think is a half way. This location is relatively new to the area. Since it is a new location everything is very new and it is truly a beautiful restaurant. I have had a couple dine in experiences and they were both excellent to be honest. My food was made fresh in the moment both times and it was brought to my table by a server. The service is excellent and the employees are friendly. I have also had more than a few drive through experiences at this location since it's right up the street from my house. The employees are friendly at the drive through as well, very polite. The food experience at the drive though isn't always so great. The fries more often than not are stale and overly salted. This can be a problem considering their signature item is their fries. The burgers are usually very fresh and the breakfast sandwiches are always super fresh but require a tiny wait of around 3 minutes when outside of breakfast hours. read more

Unfortunately this isn't the first time things don't go smoothly at this particular restaurant. I stopped coming here although it's closer to my house. It just so happens that I placed my order (which wasn't anything out of the ordinary) it's been 17 minutes and I'm still parked in front of window 3. They make it extremely difficult for the customer have a good experience. Don't want to except coupons from the app through drive through after the first window even though I had to wait for ever to get my food at two more windows and spent way more then a dollar on my order to redeem my free fries on Friday. They wanted me to go around the drive-through again and spend more money. Shame. If their Wi-Fi actually worked in the first place and I was able to load my coupon to begin with there wouldn't have been a problem. read more

This store was great when it first opened, however it must have undergone new management because now it is absolutely horrible! If I could put zero stars I would. They are slow, and extremely rude and nasty! I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger the other night, in store. I started eating it and after a few bites I realize there were no mushrooms! Not for my husband either. We went and told them, the girl takes our half eaten sandwiches and was like "ok I'll ask them to add some mushrooms"... umm no, how about you make 2 new ones correctly? So she agrees, and no lie, after that we waited 30 minutes for our new sandwiches. After 15 minutes I go and ask what is the hold up, and this girl rolls her eyes at me and states "well you wanted new sandwiches right??"... umm yes, but since you all messed up, our food should be made next. Mind you during this time my 3 kids, grandpa, everybody else finished eating. 15 minutes later I finally see 2 sandwiches come up, and sit there behind the counter. I'm motioning to whom I assume is the manager, and she has them sit there 2 more minutes, ignoring me, while she gets another girl who was taking an order on the drive through to finish so she could speak to us in English to ask if we wanted French fries or apple pies for the inconvenience. So the manager couldn't even after all that say French fries in English???? Ok, maybe we week later I go through the drive through to get my daughter a happy meal, spend 25 minutes waiting with only 4 cars ahead of me. Now today was the last straw, again went inside, ordered 2 more mushroom Swiss burgers to go, get home, one is burnt to a crisp with one half an onion ring on it, all the sauce on one side. The other is barely cooked bright pink in the middle. This place is trash and garbage, the new management has ruined it, please, if you see this review run from here! Go to any other McDonald's, this place might look clean and new, but the staff will treat you rudely and the the food will be garbage with a long wait. read more
