I used to love coming here. The burgers are good and the fries are well seasoned. Love the toppings bar and warm cheese sauce! However a regular burger is $10 then it's extra for cheese or bacon and it's $5.49 to make a combo with fries and a soda.... I got an elk burger for $14.59 with grilled mushrooms for $1.99 and made it a combo for $5.49. That's $22.07 before tax on a single meal. For two combo meals I paid $48 that's just wild to me. Got delivery. A picture is worth a thousand words so here is a photo of my $24 "blackened mahi mahi platter" with a side of macaroni and cheese for which I paid extra. Not shown in the photo was a piece of tomato and a piece of lettuce wrapped up in cling wrap. The fish was a small portion for that price, not over cooked but hardly blackened, the macaroni and cheese may have come from a box. You can tell how small the piece of fish was by comparing it to the slice of lelemon and the small container of mac n cheese. Ambiance was good while picking up; as for the food the hamburger was good as usual, their fries amazing like always - but we all know that. is their signature; as much as I don't like my next comment I have to make it - I got hooked on their chicken wings flavor and is been pretty good until yesterday that we ordered them again and to my surprise they were pigeon wings they were so small it was scary - couldn't really understand when I open the box - I understand economy itself is not that good but taking advantage of customers by charging them the same price for goods that are smaller is unacceptable. I haven't been to a Fuddruckers since I was a kid! Decided to stop in with my family and I'm glad we did. I love a good burger but on this particular day I was craving a crispy chicken sandwich. My daughter and I both ordered one of those, a cheeseburger from the kids menu for my little one which comes with fries, drink, & a cookie, and my husband had the grilled chicken plate with a baked potato and baked beans. Unfortunately they got my order wrong and gave me a grilled chicken sandwich and I decided to just keep it. I had a bite of my daughter's crispy chicken sandwich and it was good. My sandwich was good, but rather plain tasting. I also had a bite of the kids cheeseburger, which I liked a lot. Hubby said his chicken was also plain, but enjoyed the baked potato and baked beans. Fries were good. For dessert we tried the cookies and an Oreo shake. The shake was good, but I felt the consistency was rather watery. I'd have preferred a thicker shake. The cookies were hard and seemed stale, and we will pass on them next time. I loved the fresh toppings station - which comes included. They had everything you could want to dress up your sandwich as you'd like. Toppings were so nice and fresh and well-presented, too!! I felt prices were reasonable, but the $2.50 upcharge to make the sandwich spicy was absurd. They gave us a tinyyyy little side cup of Buffalo sauce and I can't believe I was charged 2.50 for that. I will also pass on that next time. Service was good. Everything came out pretty quickly. The place was pretty big and spacious, and easy parking. It's not surprising that most of the restaurant chain has closed. I walked into the Kendall location, with no one in line, and no one behind the counter made eye contact. I walked up to the cashier and asked, "Are you working today?" She gave me a brief smile. I placed my order. While I waited, the floor manager barked orders to the workers around him. The young man who was refilling the ice machine was wearing clothes that hadn't seen a washing machine in years. And, this was the guy putting his grimy hands on the ice that was going in your drink. Even when picking up my food, the manager just handed me the bag without even as much of a "Thank you," or "Enjoy your food!" This is what you get when you pay minimum wage. read more

Recently I went to Fuddruckers & was extremely disappointed for the first time ever. Decided to come back again like I said to see if I could give it a better review & indeed I am able to. Ordered again to go. The kids wanted burgers again & we said fine let's give it one more shot. Extremely happy this time around. I did do something different I used the salad bar when picking up my order. When I got home the pre packed lettuce / tomato did come in better shape but wasn't trying to risk it. I did not try it, but overall appearance it looked fresher. My burger was the bourbon specialty & it was delicious as always with lots of flavor. My kids got the regular & bacon cheeseburger they had no complaints. My husband had a regular bacon cheeseburger & he said it was delicious as well. You must try the 1/2 burger combo with fries and a drink.. with the BOURBON TOPPING which comes with caramelized onions, bourbon sauce, and blue cheese. (; Absolutely my fav combo out of their entire menu. My boyfriend ordered the southwest burger which comes with guacamole, cheese, and bacon. Sweet potato fries are fresh and crispy as well. All the condiments are on the side so make sure to ask for additional toppings as well due to COVID guidelines. My friends and I used to come here often to chat and work, because, as my friend said, the staff pretty much leave you alone, and while the seats are a bit old and worn, it's still a pretty comfortable and quiet place for gathering. This location does feel more worn out and poorly lit compare to the other locations, so I don't like it as much. Whenever I go, I always order the milkshake. The taco salad is HUGE!! The wings a lil spicy but delicious either way. The burger was also good. The bread is a little to much for us, but good regardless. The have a condiments section where you can add many items to your salads & burgers etc. Comes in handy!! Also included is a dessert station. They have many options from pies to cookies. They're delicious and they offer some really great deals like the number 3 combo that brings a burger, fries, and shake all together for a little over $10. Then you can customize these burgers by going to the condiment bar and putting anything you want on it. The place is very clean and always has been any time I've come here in the past. The service was definitely good enough, nothing to complain about, they got the job done nice and quick. The atmosphere is focused around classic rock and there's always a place to sit immediately. Last Friday (Black Friday), I accepted the challenge from my youngest niece to try these burgers. While she only eats plain burgers due to her specific preference, she insists they are higher on her list. I entertain this fun notion only because we were at a competitor not too long ago having discussions about best tasting and was mentioned Fuddruckers has Buffalo and Elk Burgers (OK stop there.) Buffalo and Elk readily available in Miami!? I'll bite! Now, I have not been to a Fuddruckers in a very very long time for two reasons. Way back when, a few locations had closed. Secondly, I jumped into the food world sampling everything including burgers and a burger challenge. Finding eclectic and surprising flavor combinations blurred the memory of this restaurant experience. Off we go to find out. First Impression: Average American ambience as this is a national chain, no 'trendy feel' or frills. Average family place to eat. Bread is freshly baked on the premises as are the burgers freshly prepared (100% fresh not frozen beef, no antibiotics or hormones). The order line is a fairly quik rope/divider line. The menu straight forward. Choose the meat, choose the type of burger, sides, food, etc. The cashier fairly friendly. Upon paying you are given a device to wait for it to buzz and illuminate. We did not wait long. Seating area had a 'dated look or feel to it', the salad/condiment bar had a good variety of items, however the other side to get ketchup, mustard, etc was quirky. Only 2 folks pumping their sauces into small cups seemingly taking forever and blocking the only 2 pumps for ketchup which they were not using at all. I patiently waited, but felt like logistics could be better laid out better (more space between pumps?). Eating time!: I ordered a 1/2 pound Buffalo Burger prepared medium rare with 'The Works' (Smokehouse Bacon, American Cheese, Grilled Mushrooms.) No sides for my order since the other persons in my group got fries and onion rings to which I will gladly borrow from them :). I also went to the salad bar to get a side of lettuce wedges, tomatoes and pickles ( balanced meal ya know ;D ). The size of the burger impressive, the bread soft, a generous amount of baby bella mushrooms and two real good sized bacon pieces. Oh and that smoked bacon was a nice surprise! They did good with that. When taking a bite there are many things going on between, the smoke, the bacon, the sauteed mushroom flavor, 'ok' american cheese, ketchup but most importantly the burger. The Buffalo was cooked correctly medium rare, soft yet not dry. The flavor definitely better than a standard hamburger. Aside fromt the toppings, the meat flavor good but not epic. It is almost on par with a competitor. Definitely better than I had expected it to be, with a good volume of meat at 1/2 pound. I often had to put it down and switch to my 'salad' to refresh my palatte, returning to the burger to once again freshly enjoy the flavors. I rate it better than average. Onto the sides I sampled. The fries were average and the Onion Rings were, well, average if not underwhelming. The rings were greasy, the consistency and flavor muted. Not a fan favorite as the competition blows them out of the water from another place we were recently at. Verdict? While the burger was enjoyable and satisfying, and someone checked up on us at the table to ask if any items can be removed from the table, I find the other areas on my checklist as 'average' including a quirky small area in the corner offering games to play. Again, an average American experience. Buffalo and Elk definitely set this place apart from the competition, and alas could never expect this place to win on a 'plain burger' alone. I'm more for a burger that journey's in one's mouth with flavors blending and melding ooo's and ohhh's. One last note though! I definitely will go back to experiment with the Elk flavor. Apparently it's a favorite of another family member. Let's see! read more

Last time I went to the Fuddruckers on US-1 and never went back after noticing that the server that had handled our food used the bathroom and left without washing her hands. OVER 15 years later, I decided to give this newer location a try figuring things might be different.... Used the bathroom and not one , BUT TWO servers used the bathroom and didn't bother to use a sink to wash their hands either! Fries are more like potato wedges. Unlimited toppings from the "produce bar" were kept neat and fresh. Did not have an on-site butcher, unlike the old US1 location had years ago. Didn't have to wait long as the line moved quickly. Reasonably priced milkshakes. Upsell you on the combos and add-ons, they will try. Clean. Kid in pajamas tells me this place is super family friendly. Employees were friendly and constantly working. Ratio of syrup to water was weak on the soda machine. We have been wanting to try this place out for a while now. I remember the original ones that were open 10 years ago, so was curious to see what improvements were made if any. We parked, walked in, and waited a short line before we ordered from the display above. I ordered the half pound burger medium and my wife the same with a side of fries and an Oreo shake. We found a seat and placed our number and pager down as we patiently waited for our food and drinks to arrive. We received our shakes and our pager went off shortly after. We topped our burgers with the topping off our choice from the toppings bar and went back to our table. The burgers were well cooked and the fries were good also. I didn't get a stomach ache like the prior locations used to give you 10 years ago, so that was a plus. My son ordered Hangover Hamburger and it was spectacular, with crispy bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, sauces and accompanied with fries. When I tried it, the sauce was dripping from the sides, the meat very juicy and the bread had absorbed all the flavor; delicious.
