Pincho used to be my go to place years ago. It has been over 6 years that I've eaten there. Today I was in the area and was hungry. I was thinking of picking up a burger when I saw Pincho. I took that as a signed and stopped to have lunch there. My first impression when I walked in is that I could not believe how much the menu had changed. Once I saw all the bowls option, i decided not to have a burger. I tried the featured dish chimichurri bowl and I really liked it. It was very filling. The only thing is that I wish it had more meat and onions. The place appeared to be clean and the service was good. The dish took a bit to come out but I did not mind it, as I take that as a sign that it is freshly made. I definitely have to return to have the burger with the queso frito, which used to be my favorite. read more

TLDR: Food is great, prefer takeout, turn the music down & be nicer to guests. As much as I enjoy the food from Pincho, after many visits I have found it to be a choice for takeout only. I like the wall decor & have found the overall cleanliness to be fine. Every dine in experience I have had has been a roll of the dice. The register staff is hit or miss with their customer service & can often give a vibe like they're being annoyed by customers existing. Recently, was trying to enjoy a nice meal & the music playing was far too loud to hold a conversation at our table. We mentioned it was a bit loud & nothing was done about it. I'm ok with music, & especially if it keeps staff & guests in a good mood but there comes a point where you need to realize it isn't a club or bar & keep it to a volume that your patrons dining in can speak to each other. I'll still give 4 out of 5 Stars because the food is actually really good. Management, please take notice & have your staff do better for your dine in guests. read more

For the price you pay, I wish it was slightly bigger. Overall, PINCHOs has always served good burgers. So if you are craving one, it's a good place to go to. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! I got the chicken pincho one is 12.99, in the picture it shows two chicken pinchos. I got my order and it litterly only have 4 small pieces of chicken. When i told the lady she told me yes its only 4 oz. That the amount was correct. Devandra is the manager and Nick the manager called her . Devandra said if i want more chicken then I can pay extra for it. The other pieces you see is cheese. The picture I uploaded is the picture they have everywhere ( menu & online orders) but that is not what they ACTUALLY serve! Love Pincho! One of my go-to places for a quick easy meal. I like to use the app to order ahead to get points and use them for rewards. My go-to meal is the pincho plate with either a steak or chicken skewer, a side salad and black beans. Because fast food doesn't mean it has to be unhealthy. So I was taking care of a few things today and started getting a severe case of the "hangries" and decided to stop in at PINCHO Factory in the Pinecrest area. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised in the great service I received. Everyone was friendly and very helpful as well. Was greeted as soon as I arrived and when they brought out my food they asked if I needed any napkins, condiments, etc. They actually swung by my table twice to see if I needed anything, which was completely unexpected but greatly appreciated. The crew here really went above and beyond and hats off to whomever is training them as well. Atmosphere is what you would expect for a burger joint but they had some nice tunes playing and everyone seemed to be enjoying their food as well. The restaurant was also very clean as well which is always a good thing. That said, I had the PINCHO Smash Burger with the Cajun fries and both were very good. The burger had a sauce on it that was very, very tasty and all the trimmings were very fresh as well. Definitely will be coming back here for more. Giving them a five (5) stars as the service provided by the whole team, really took them over the top in my book. Cannot go wrong with PINCHO Factory folks, at least at this location. Great place to pick up a quick and healthy lunch on the go! The cilantro dressing is fire and a mist try on all different types of kebabs. The kebab comes w 2 sides of your choice ranging from rice and fries to keeping it green. I haven't came in a long time probably around two years. But I was driving by and looked up their menu online and saw they had smash burgers now which I don't remember them having last time I went. I love smash burgers, so I ordered that and Cajun fries. (My order was to go) this was the messiest burger I've ever had, visually it looked good. As I'm opening the burger from the aluminum foil, it leaks everywhere, got all over my pants and bits and pieces of aluminum foil were just stuck onto my burger because of how wet it was. So there I am picking the pieces off the burger. There was just SO much sauce, all I could taste was the pincho sauce, I couldn't even taste the meat seasoning. Overall it was too sweet, big let down, the fries were okay. I also noticed that the patties are not smashed they're just regular patties. Pincho is always a great choice in burgers. We were out and about running errands until our tummies reminded us that's it's lunchtime. It just so happens that Pincho was right next to one of our stops. Hubby was especially excited for their original pincho burger and those delicious tostone buns. Our friendly cashier placed our order and called us rather quickly to let us know it's ready. Sad to say that the tostones were not what we remembered, they were overcooked and over saturated with oil. The burger was good just very surprised by the tostone. Came here by coincidence looking for a good burguer spot. After a long drive to south south florida with my wife we decided to stop here to fill our bellys. Crunch, crunch yummy yummy. Those were the sounds that we did. I had the pipos burfuer and my wife got the chicken sandwich. Fountain drink and I made mine a double pattie. I wanted it medium , received it medium well but it was so tasty. Everything it had inside, was just mesmerizing in your mouth. Those sweet plantain bites were amazing. I also did taste my wife chicken breast sandwich, which was also pretty amazing, fluffy and juicy. The bread was almighty and buttery. Customer service was great, no servers thought, kind of a self serve order and you get it delivered at your table. Little dine in space but sharp clean. Bathroom was also clean and smelled ultra clean. It was pretty quick as they are fast paced little restaurant hidden in a corner. Also, paid 24 bugs for decent food, 2 sandwiched and a double patty extra + fountain drink. I shall declare a hidden gem here, please come and try. I guess, like the saying says ...all good things must come to an end" and why do I say that well I remember when the Pincho Tostone Burger was the best hamburger ever, 1/2 inch tasty meat thick burgers, with non greasy tostones that cover the hamburger. I guess no more. Today I decide to stop by for such a tasty burger, and to my disappointment the experience was not the same I remember from before covid. As soon as I walked in towards the ordering counter I could smelled the unplesant smell of reused fry oil, maybe that's why they had the front door opened to let the oil smell out. The hamburger thinkness was 1/4 inch thick and one of the tostones barely covered the burger and they tasted greasy. I felt like I was eating a cheeseburger from one of the fast food burger places. Not to mention the cost of such small burger and that they ask for tip. Really! I am ordering at the counter, there's no table service provided. ‍ I do have to say the sauce still is the best. You have to try the Single in Havana, I'm not a usually a fan of blonde ales since I normally enjoy the bitter/hoppy flavors of IPAs but this one was full bodied and had a delicious after taste that really helped me feel refreshed after walking around in the Miami sun.
