This is going to be an honest review of my recent visit here. Let me begin by saying that I haven't lived in Miami since 2010, but every time I visit I ALWAYS come here for my frita fix. My family knows where my first stop will always be. No negotiation. My order is always a frita con queso. I opted for extra papitas juliana and paid $1.99 more. Not sure how I felt about that. Maybe a little too pricey? Un puñito more would have suffice for a nominal fee. The frita today and always was AMAZING! The issue with today's visit was that I asked for a cup to get water from the machine and something black came out. The machine needs a good cleaning, the area around it especially where the condiments are. The tables where customers eats needs to be wiped down every so often and the convenient outdoor space, chairs and tables need a good pressure cleaning. I would hate to see this place deteriorate much further and it was difficult for me to write this review. I hope management reads this and bring this little gem back to its glory. read more

the worse cuban sanwish i ever hadto try to eat. horrible. that wasnt a cuban sanwish at all. super dry. had tons of cumin and vinegar or who knows what. please avoid it . got terrible stomach ache and nausea. read more

Huge portions and great quality! Got a media noche and was able to share with my husband because it was ginormous. And came with a side of croquetas?? So much meat inside that we were practically able to make a third meal out of the filling that fell out while eating the sandwich. read more

I ordered take out for the traditional Cubano sandwich with shredder fried potatoes on the side. They gave the sandwich with beef, lettuce, tomato, and potato fries inside the sandwich. This is not a Cuban sandwich.. 2 stars because service was nice, even when I called back - they did offer to replace the sandwich, but it was not worth the long drive for me. Safe to say, I will never go back to this chain again. read more

They don't really pay attention to the order, I simply requested a pulled pork sandwich and a shake. You'd think that wouldn't be so hard to make for an Uber eats order. Didn't even get my shake and the sandwich is horribly made and didn't taste good. read more

Decided to try this restaurant for a change. The ambience is good and the service was quick. Food is prepared and not delivered so you have to listen for your name. The food was good. Temperature was just right. However the shorty fries that they use for the steak sandwich were not as crunchy as the one that give that special crunch. Their menu is selective and they run a daily special. Prices are moderate. I say if you are in a hurry or just want to sit and enjoy a quick bite give them a try. read more

I stopped in for a quick lunch on my break and was pleased to find out they offer decently priced daily specials. I got a pan con lechón for $6 as it was the Monday offer. On Fridays, they have fritas for $4 which you honestly can't beat. The service is quick and although I could've ordered online I chose to come in person and dine in. The place was really clean and everyone behind the counter was bustling to bring the orders out for everyone as quick as possible so that's really helpful. My sandwich was toasted perfectly and loaded with meat which means I was full pretty quickly. It's the perfect spot for quick and casual fast Cuban food served just right for a bargain. I've been to place before a long time ago. It was good then. I Recently went and had lunch. Ordered 2 Pan Con Bistec. I was so disappointed. The bistec was marinated in some nasty sauce that made it taste weird . If that wasn't enough, the sauce was everywhere! It made the bread gooey and wet. Not good at all. I ate half because I was hungry. But had to take the rest for my dog. My son, ordered the same thing had the same reaction. 2 Pan Con Bistec, 2 fountain sodas and a mariquitas was $35.00 ! Though I did enjoy my sandwich there, I must admit it is a pretty average fast-food-style sandwich place. The open-kitchen area looks clean enough from this side of the counter, but the tables, and generally the public's side could have been better, and while the main responsible of this is the public, part of the job of a restaurant is to counter that. The environmental music was also a bit too loud for my taste, but still within what's reasonable for a food establishment, so I won't hold it against them. The Sandwich was filling and felt fresh, though I found it a bit lacking on the flavor side. I enjoyed it, but there was something missing. Other than that, the soda machine on the public side with the standard endless refills and the fair pricing make this a good place to go for a quick bite, but you can find better sandwiches around if you take the time to look for them. read more

We needed food after landing at the airport and the Cuban Guys was the perfect place on a Friday night. We went around 9pm and it was fairly busy but the food came out fast! I got the Cuban Guys Sandwich and two others got the Cuban Bowl. The sandwich was both crisp and melty with plenty of onion straws. The bowls were truly the star though. The pulled pork was flavorful and tender. The chicken bowl was perfectly seasoned and delicious. I'd recommend any of the bowls. This is a great stop for Cuban food if it's late or you're short on time! read more

The food is delicious no matter if it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The service is excellent as Alisa, Danny, all the other girls and guys who work there know us by name. We ordered via Uber eats We ordered two pan con (ham) croquette, one cuban sandwich, three pulled pork cuban bowls, and two cuban burgers. First, they forgot one of the burgers. Uber was able to refund. Second, food quality was just ok. The pan con croquette was just ok, with the bread fairly dense. The Cuban was also just ok. The size was generous and the pork was tasty and excellent. The bread again was just ok, and the sandwich didn't have any type of salami - which I know isn't traditional in all places as this version only had pork and ham. The pulled pork bowl was excellent. Our kids loved it. So, if you order the pulled pork - I think you will be happy. If not, this place is passable. read more

Came in for a late lunch with a friend. With so many great cuban places in Miami, this place did not do much to separate it from the other restaurants. The food was good but nothing special. We ordered at the counter and waited 10-15 minutes for our sandwiches and chips. The sandwiches were good, but lacked a little flavor and could have been filled more. read more
