The food here was delicious. They put these three different sauces on everything and it really adds a nice flavor to it. The service was quick and friendly as well. They had on a soccer match and nearly everyone in the restaurant was tuned into it and cheering when a goal was scored, so it was an exciting vibe. I've been ordering from Los Verdes' other location for years. So, when I saw they opened one closer to home I was so excited to check it out! The location is very nice and modern with a friendly staff. My fave item here has to be their chicken quesadillas. The quesadillas have the perfect ratio of chicken to cheese and are covered with a layer of salty potato chips and their house sauces. The sauces here are great too and pair extremely well with the quesadilla. They have pineapple, cilantro, and a red sauce ( which I can assume is similar to a Mayo-chup) that are all so yummy it's hard to pick just one! Los Verdes is THE SPOT in this area, their open super late which makes great for a survival restaurant(when you've had a long night, and try to scavenge any restaurant open at 1am). They have an incredible selection of different sauces that come with almost every meal you can order and it is literally an explosion of flavor. I recently went to pick up my order and they followed every guideline to make the restaurant as safe as possible. As you walk in they have arrows that tell you how to walk within the restaurant while maintaining social distancing from everyone, It kinda looks like a mini race track. I have been coming to Los Verdes for 10 years, nearly on a weekly basis and I don't know what's been happening, maybe change of ownership, maybe new cook, I don't know but the quality is simply terrible now. The Maicito was a soup, the chicken is different the papa's in the Salchipapa are either old or simply not fried enough or at all. The sausages used are definitely not beef anymore but the cheap chicken, pork hybrid as the picture shows. The quality is simply not where it once was.
