The empanadas are sometimes nice and crispy on the outside, but there are times when it seems that they were pulled out of the fryer too soon, making them seem undercooked..nothing extra sauces won't fix... This is one of the few places that are open on Christmas Day. The macitos and cachapas are delicious. The service is quick. You can also take out if you don't want to dine in. The music was not loud. Finall,y we got to check it out on a random Tuesday cause we didn't feel like cooking. I opened for the BBQ burger w/fries and my wife got the corn cake with pork. One we were surprised by how large the serving size was. The food was pretty good and we would come back here again. There is inside and outside seating. Tuesday is 2 for 1 shakes. They have inside and outside seating area we chose to be outside since the weather was nice. I always ask for a picante and they always tell me it's 0.35 cents which is fine but they make me feel bad for asking for it. They should add it to the menu so I can add it to my order and it doesn't have to be an awkward moment. Second I ordered this week to go and the top quesadillas only had a little bit of papitas, they never add to the bottom ones. On Saturday, 5/25/24 ordered in dinning room, waitress took our order with a handheld input device. She gave us device to complete the order and we advised we would tip in cash at counter. We gave tip at counter and the order was processed.. We were not given a receipt.. We noticed bill was high on our phone and asked for a receipt.. We noticed charged $ 14 tip on the card after tipping in cash. I demanded a reversal on my tip and waitress said tip was automatically added in bill for 5 people. This automatic adding of the tip was not disclosed, ( deceitful)even after we had tipped in cash before getting the final bill processed..VERY DISHONEST and will not return their. Also a $ 5.50 charge was placed on my bill for a small 1.5 ounce on ranch sauce for a single order of Wings..Extreme case of bill padding/ price gouging.....Will communicate WORD of MOUTH to people I know that have gone there to watch Out for Dishonest restaurant over charging..Wii never return there.. First of all, it is like a take out restaurant, like going to Mc Donald's or Burger King , they bring your food to the table, give you plastic table wear and if you order water they bring to you a bottled small water named Los Verdes and charge you for it! You sign out your food order with your card you expect to get a detailed food receipt but you don't, you just get the total and expect to add twenty % tip.
