Demetrius, the one who i was mainly talking with, recommended so many different options after asking me a couple diagnostic questions about what I liked/preferred. I'm pretty sure Maya and Luis were the people who were making the food for my girlfriend and I, they did a great job. Great food for a good price! We got our food delivered with restaurants being forced to do takeout and delivery during this time. It was delivered pretty fast and was packaged very well (easy to sanitize). We got the Latin bowl for $10 with chicken, brown rice, pineapple...it was delicious and very filling! We also got the Latin bowl with steak for $12 and it had beans, salsa, rice, it was also delicious and very tender meat. We got a side of tostones for $7, they were good but a little over cooked. I was in the area running errands and was starving. I decided to try Pincho Factory because I already ate at Panera Bread a few times before. After browsing the pictures on the Yelp page, I was excited to try the Toston Burger. When I arrived at the plaza, there were plenty of parking available. The plaza seemed empty but there were a few customers inside the restaurant. One of the employees greeted me from the order counter and was really friendly. She offered me a paper menu so that it's easier to read the items. I ended up ordering the Toston Chicken and added an Egg. The total came out to around $10 and I added tips. I was given a number stand and instructed to sit anywhere. I got water and waited at a table. A few minutes later, the same employee who took my order delivered the sandwich. Oh maaaaaan, the Toston Chicken was delicious! I loved how crispy the tostones were. It's such a great idea! The chicken was juicy and flavorful along with the cheese. I would've gotten beer (and it was Happy Hour til 8pm) but I was already too full from the sandwich. Overall, good food. Friendly staff and pretty clean eating area. Yay! read more
