We usually enjoy coming to this BurgerFi location in Pinecrest, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience today. The manager on duty, Nicole, was rude and passive-aggressive throughout the interaction. I explained that I wanted to use my rewards, which is set to expire soon, and also pay the remaining balance with a gift card--something I've done at this location without any issues in the past. Nicole insisted I couldn't do both because it would count as "two rewards," which doesn't make sense. A gift card is a method of payment, not a reward. On top of that, she also denied me the option to use my birthday shake reward, with no clear explanation. It felt like she was simply being difficult for no reason. To make matters worse, Nicole took it upon herself to complete the transaction using my gift card and removed the reward from the purchase without my consent. She then crumpled the receipt and told me, "I removed the reward so you could use your gift card"--completely disregarding my request and leaving me unable to use a reward I earned and now will lose, since I'll be traveling. This kind of behavior from a manager is unacceptable and unprofessional. Nicole does not reflect the friendly service we've come to expect from this location. Unless there are changes, I'm not sure I'll be returning. read more

If you're looking for a quick style burger that packs a punch look not further! These burgers are not only delicious, but so fresh and creative! Usually when you think of a fast food burger your are ready to be underwhelmed. I am happy to report that this is not the case here! These burgers are juicy, flavorful and overall delicious! There are so many option of flavor combos and their burger-fi sauce is a MUST! The fires here are also so good, thick cut fresh potatoes with the perfect amount of seasoning make them a home run in my book! Definitely try the urban style for some extra flavor!! Service wise they have transitioned to these large touch screen monitors where your place your orders your self, but they are extremely easy to use and give great visuals for all the different options! There is a staff member who preps the order once it comes out of the kitchen and in my experience he was very sweet and made sure we were set with sauces and napkins! FYI this place does fundraisers!!! My son's team had one here last night and let me say we packed the place! The shakes put smiles on all the kid's faces. This place used to be good even though a little pricey. Last two times have been a total disappointment. Last time I ordered a BurgerFi burger and onions rings. Burger was ok but the onion rings were over cooked. This time ordered burger and fries (just under $20 with tip). The Rodeo Burger was greasy and the fries looked like the pic. Can't tell you if the fries were cooked right because I couldn't get past the ton of salt on them. Tried wiping some of the salt off. No luck. BurgerFi you guys better step it up! read more

Had been to a location in the Gables and I thought it was ok, but my son really wanted to come here and I gave it another chance. I am glad that I did, this particular location, not sure if it varies, but I was very impressed with how clean and friendly and how quick the food came out. We ordered the BurgerFi burger, the bacon cheeseburger so good, it was pretty cheesy so if you don't like cheese maybe say no cheese, the fries were super fresh not oily at all and perfectly salted. And then got the Oreo shake which was delicious! all in all great place will definitely be back when I'm in the area. read more

I traditionally get a Chicken sandwiches but they offer nuggets and fries for the younger crowd. I never get any of their drinks because of their dairy content. We love this place! The food is always on point. We have been coming here for about a year now and had never been disappointed, until yesterday! We never had any issues getting extra sauces for our meals. Yesterday we were told if we wanted sauce we needed to pay for it. I'm ok with paying for extra sauce or paying more for our meal, our issue was that the service. Maybe have your cashiers ask if you want to pay for sauce with your meal? My husband walked to the gentleman up front to ask and pay for sauce and he was told to go back to the end of the line, now he's there waiting and the food is getting cold!
