Our server was Ignacio. He was very personable, attentive and professional. What was ordered: Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass - Melt in your mouth goodness! Peppercon Steak Filet - Outstanding! Earls' both the food and service are consistently excellent. I started with the ahi tuna tataki, and I'd definitely recommend it. It was fresh and really tasty. For my main, I had the blackened chicken. It had great flavor, and I liked the mix of textures from the coleslaw and pesto. It's a little on the spicy side, but not too much. We went on a Friday night to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant seemed like it was the place to be. The music was a little loud but it wasn't unbearable. Over all good vibes. I made a reservation for 16 and they put us at a cramped table for about twelve. There were not 16 place setting at the table. After making the waitress aware of the table situation she quickly found a resolution. She was able to set a larger table for us outside. This would've have been great but t some of the cushions at the outside table were wet. Party of 16, I get why it took a while to take our order but all of our food came out at different times. By the time I got my food half of my party had already eaten. Some of us loved our food while others received cold steaks. When I arrived to the restaurant I asked the hostess to store our ice cream cake in the freezer. She ensured me she would do so. I even reiterated, the freezer, not the fridge. When it was time to sing happy birthday we were met with a melted cake. The cake was dripping. Needless to say I was rather annoyed. Another wonderful experience at Earls! We came back to try their dinner options and loved everything that we ordered!! Our server was very friendly and quick to get our order of drinks and food in! Although the restaurant was busy, we did not wait long for our drinks or food! I got their Espresso Martini which was classic and delicious! I loved the espresso that they used! We tried their Crispy Rice Sushi with spicy tuna and I really enjoyed this! the rice was very crispy, which i love and instead of the tuna mixed with a spicy mayo, it was mixed with jalapeños and other flavors that I really liked! It felt fresh and light! I also tried their spicy calabrian pasta which was so flavorful and had just enough spice to not feel over powering. The burrata added such a delicious creaminess that i didn't know I needed!!! We got the Nashville Crispy Sandwich which I tried and thought it was so amazing! the chicken is very crispy and the flavors were amazing! Earl's Kitchen + Bar on Las Olas delivers exactly what you want from a night out downtown: polished service, great energy, and food that hits when you keep it simple. We had a small seating mix-up at the start--partly on us because we arrived late for our reservation, and partly because the team was trying to reach us at the wrong phone number... even though we were sitting just a few feet away at the bar. That said, Amber at the host stand handled it with professionalism and grace, and still found a way to get us seated. When we got to the table, there was a thoughtful note waiting for us, which immediately changed the tone of the experience in the best way. Our server, Moe, was incredible--warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. Even with the initial hiccup, the staff stayed composed and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. The menu is broad--burgers, tacos, Italian, vegan, sushi, steaks--so it's not immediately clear what "lane" to pick. We decided to go classic and were glad we did: the Deluxe Burger was cooked perfectly, clean and balanced, without being overloaded with extras. We paired it with a Caesar salad and added the grilled garlic jumbo shrimp from the à la carte steak section. The shrimp were plump and flavorful--garlicky without being overpowering--and they were the perfect addition alongside the salad. Bottom line: vibrant bar scene, upscale-but-approachable service, and a staff that shows real care. Definitely worth a visit on Las Olas. read more

I had the steak appetizer, which was acceptable but nothing exceptional. Service was efficient. It was good, but not the best crispy rice I've had. my bf had the Spicy Calabrian Pasta. I had a bite and thought it was good. Earls is a great addition to the vibe and area in the Miami World Center. A nice restaurant with plenty of outdoor space and a beautiful bar inside. It's a nice place to grab a bite with friends and enjoy the nice dark cozy feeling inside. The staff are super friendly and aim to make your visit as smooth as possible. They will work with you to make sure anything you need is taken care of. The food is totally fine. The Caesar salad was really mostly lettuce and lacked some extra flavors that would have taken it to the next level. The veggie burger was also good but still needed that extra something. New Year's Eve disaster. Overbooked, overwhelmed, and poorly executed from start to finish. We were seated by the kitchen (in all fairness the manager did try helping us obtain a different table). We were never given appetizer plates or utensils, had food cleared while we were still eating, and struggled all night to get basic service. The kids' food was bland, and the $60+ steaks had the texture of pot roast - completely unacceptable at that price point. Server was friendly and charismatic, but pushy and inattentive. there was confusion over the NYE champagne service. Our bill was over $400 and the experience didn't come close to matching it. We've dined at so many times Earls for years, which makes this especially disappointing. My husband and I had also come by a few weeks before and the service was equally slow and inattentive. If they are having an issue with understaffing, then they shouldn't be filling up their tables, which has clearly resulted in a decline in quality and service. Two stars only because the manager made an effort and the staff was polite, but service and food quality did not justify a $400++ bill. read more

I recently visited Earls restaurant for my birthday. In the past, I had some mixed feelings about it: the food hadn't been particularly impressive, and I'd once been served wine in a less-than-clean glass. However, I want to update my review because something quite remarkable happened afterward. The next day after my review, the manager of the restaurant contacted me. She apologized sincerely and offered to make up for the misunderstanding by inviting us back to dinner at the restaurant's expense. Yesterday we visited Earls again and were amazed. We were served two appetizers - avocado dip and dumplings with shrimp and pork , we also tried fries with truffle sauce, and we already chose a couple of wonderful main dishes for ourselves. The service was simply impeccable. The attention we received turned an ordinary visit into a real celebration. We even had a mini birthday party again with dessert, a candle, a postcard and an incredibly warm, sincere approach from the staff. In the end, I was thrilled: the restaurant not only fixed the situation, but also turned it into an unforgettable experience. Now I can say with confidence that Earls deserves the highest marks, because they have turned a neutral review into a reason for delight. read more

We had such a great experience here! The calamari appetizer was perfectly cooked crispy, tender, and absolutely delicious. My girlfriend's sushi and steak were spot on, with the steak being melt-in-your-mouth tender. I went with a burger, and it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I really liked that the restaurant gives you two different vibes: inside has a lively, bar-like energy, while the outside is quieter and more romantic perfect for date night. Prices are very fair for the quality, and the service was attentive and friendly throughout. The only small disappointment was the oysters. We had our first visit to Miami this last week. 01/31/26 thru 02/04/26. We stood at the AC Marriott adjacent to the mall. The hotel bartender recommend Earls. I don't usually patron chains restaurants. My pallet is not a friend to Chili's or Denny's, etc. although, they have their place but not on vacation. ended up at Earl's for their late night happy hour on Saturday. Had a great time food was great! Service was exceptional. The ambience was very lively and fun. In fact, we enjoyed it so much Monday afternoon we decided to have lunch there. That's when everything.CHANGED! A completely different vibe. I can't explain it, but it was just as much fun but more intimate. That made our experience completely different than Friday night. Food was just as incredible ...crispy rice with spicy tuna was exceptional. The thing that really really changed the vibe of the restaurant was our server. Amanda spent so much time introducing us to the beauty and culture of Miami explaining so many things that we should see and visit. By the end of the meal, she was like a friend. So my wife and I ate here last night, Labor Day Monday. It took about 20 minutes to be seated, and then we were promptly greeted by our server Alana. To start things off, the appetizer that we wanted, the charred corn and avocado dip, was sold out. We put in an order for a couple of drinks, and an appetizer of sticky Korean ribs. It took a while to get the ribs, and when they arrived they were cold. Alana was very nice, and offered to get us a new order, but honestly we were so hungry that we just ate them, cold and all. She did remove them from our bill though, which we appreciated. For entrées, my wife ordered the Poké bowl, and I ordered the steak frites. We enjoyed our drinks while we waited, and waited, and waited, and waited .... After about 45 minutes, our entrées arrived. My plate was nice and hot, and I was looking forward to digging into my steak. Unfortunately I had no silverware, and Alana said she would be right back with a steak knife. The poor girl obviously forgot, as we watched her go back-and-forth throughout the restaurant getting lots of things done, but it was obvious that she forgot the steak knife. By the time she realized the mistake, my steak was cold, and I had lost all desire to eat it. She offered to take it back and get it fired up, but I don't like sending back food. She offered to remove it from the bill, but I told her it was OK, I would take it home and eat it the next day. She was very apologetic, and she was truly very nice. I know what a tough job it is, and everyone has a bad day. When I went to pay my bill, she insisted that I not tip her, but I don't have the heart for that. My wife did enjoy her Poké bowl, but overall it was a disappointing experience. It's too bad, because I've been there a couple times without any major issues (other than long waits for a table), but last night was probably the last visit. read more

I've been to Earls in Boston and Chicago and always had pleasant experience. It's not the cheapest place to dine but the service is great. Miami World Center is the newest addition and I got to go to the lavish grand opening. The space is amazing and the food they served that night was delicious. As expected, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I tried their cocktails and the buffets spread including some lobster tails. This is definitely a good addition to downtown Miami considering the uber expensive development but not will be able to splurge here cause the menu is the pricey side. Does the food justify the price you'll pay? Is this place considered fancy or casual? I'm still on the fence on what Earls target demographics. I guess you'll just have to try and judge for yourself but I'm a fan cause the service it's pretty much consistent to the ones out of Florida. Another note, if you don't want to pay for parking and live nearby, then take the Metro Mover or otherwise pay the 25 bucks at the lot. read more
