Dry Martini and Lemon Drop Martini

We made reservations yesterday to celebrate a birthday. Thank goodness because it was really busy. We were welcomed with warm greetings and were sat right away. The atmosphere was lively. Our server was Ignacio. He was very personable, attentive and professional. What was ordered: Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass - Melt in your mouth goodness! Peppercon Steak Filet - Outstanding! Truffle Tortellini with Prime Serloin - Very tasty! Baja Tacos - Superb! Ignacio made sure to keep the drinks flowing. The Lemon Drop is by far my favorite. Overall, great service, great food and awesome drinks.

Earls' both the food and service are consistently excellent. I started with the ahi tuna tataki, and I'd definitely recommend it. It was fresh and really tasty. For my main, I had the blackened chicken. It had great flavor, and I liked the mix of textures from the coleslaw and pesto. It's a little on the spicy side, but not too much. The lighting makes it feel cozy and relaxed, and parking is very easy, which is always a plus.

We went on a Friday night to celebrate a birthday. The restaurant seemed like it was the place to be. The music was a little loud but it wasn't unbearable. Over all good vibes. I made a reservation for 16 and they put us at a cramped table for about twelve. There were not 16 place setting at the table. After making the waitress aware of the table situation she quickly found a resolution. She was able to set a larger table for us outside. This would've have been great but t some of the cushions at the outside table were wet. Party of 16, I get why it took a while to take our order but all of our food came out at different times. By the time I got my food half of my party had already eaten. Some of us loved our food while others received cold steaks. When I arrived to the restaurant I asked the hostess to store our ice cream cake in the freezer. She ensured me she would do so. I even reiterated, the freezer, not the fridge. When it was time to sing happy birthday we were met with a melted cake. The cake was dripping. Needless to say I was rather annoyed. Yes, the manager came to apologize for our experience but at this point the night had already been ruined.

Second time here and it hasn't disappointed yet! Both times we had Ignacio as our server and he was great both times. Menu is pretty large so there's options for everyone. Tables are a little close to each other but I never felt like I was too close once seated. Overall easy great food.

Another wonderful experience at Earls! We came back to try their dinner options and loved everything that we ordered!! Our server was very friendly and quick to get our order of drinks and food in! Although the restaurant was busy, we did not wait long for our drinks or food! I got their Espresso Martini which was classic and delicious! I loved the espresso that they used! We tried their Crispy Rice Sushi with spicy tuna and I really enjoyed this! the rice was very crispy, which i love and instead of the tuna mixed with a spicy mayo, it was mixed with jalapeños and other flavors that I really liked! It felt fresh and light! I also tried their spicy calabrian pasta which was so flavorful and had just enough spice to not feel over powering. The burrata added such a delicious creaminess that i didn't know I needed!!! We got the Nashville Crispy Sandwich which I tried and thought it was so amazing! the chicken is very crispy and the flavors were amazing! Plus the fries were just how I like them so definitely a great meal!! Overall I love Earls, it's a great place to go to after a shopping spree to relax, chill and enjoy company!!

Earls is a great addition to the vibe and area in the Miami World Center. A nice restaurant with plenty of outdoor space and a beautiful bar inside. It's a nice place to grab a bite with friends and enjoy the nice dark cozy feeling inside. The staff are super friendly and aim to make your visit as smooth as possible. They will work with you to make sure anything you need is taken care of. The food is totally fine. The Caesar salad was really mostly lettuce and lacked some extra flavors that would have taken it to the next level. The veggie burger was also good but still needed that extra something. Overall a nice experience, definitely a place I would bring friends to just hang out with a drink in our hands.

I stopped in during the late afternoon and was finally able to get a seat at the bar. This location gets very busy because of Dadeland Mall, and I've been shut out here more than once. I had the steak appetizer, which was acceptable but nothing exceptional. Service was efficient. If you're planning to go during peak hours, I'd recommend calling ahead to check availability.

First time dining at Earls and it was a nice time! Came here for lunch on a Saturday and we were seated immediately. (I did make reservations, although the restaurant didn't look too busy). Kevin provided excellent service! We ordered the birria tacos, spicy calabrian pasta, nashville chicken sandwich and burger. Everything was so good, especially the tacos!! It's a nice vibe inside, and I can only imagine how beautiful the ambiance is at night with the lights, and floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the patio and high rises in the distance.

While this restaurant is located in the Dadeland mall, they do a good job of making the patio not feel like you are in a mall parking lot. We started with the Szechuan Shrimp + Pork Dumplings, which were tasty. For my entree, I had the Crispy Rice Sushi with Spicy Tuna. It was good, but not the best crispy rice I've had. my bf had the Spicy Calabrian Pasta. I had a bite and thought it was good. Overall, this was a good spot with a variety of options if you are in the area.

FYI: in case you're looking for a late brunch, there brunch is only until 3! But, you could still grab some steak and eggs if desired.

The atmosphere is neat and fun and the food and drinks are delicious. I'm ready for my next visit. We had a party of 6 and enjoyed drinks, apps and large entrees. The service was prompt and friendly. We all LOVED the dumplings. The sushi with crispy rice was wonderful and my entree, the steak and truffle tortellini was FIRE. I really am looking to try the upstairs patio.

Did they stop serving creek-stone farms steaks?

How many people are they sitting at a table now?

When I went there was no restrictions on amount of people sitting at a table. It was 6 of us in my party and sat together. They just don't sit people in the tables next to you.

Do they have brunch on saturdays too?

    Yes!

Are the $5 Moscow mules still a daily ritual on Thursdays?

    Yes! :)

Do they offer corking if so how much is their corking fee?

Hi they don't allowed patrons to bring bottles from outside. Hope this is useful.

Can someone post their vegan menu? Long drive from Aventura.

    Yes

Is there bottomless mimosas on Sunday's during brunch hours? If so, how much? I know meals are $10

    Yes! There is!

From the moment we sat down, the guy looked annoyed that we were there. Zero greeting, zero eye contact. We waited almost 10 minutes just to get acknowledged while he was chatting with another customers at the other end of the bar. When he finally took our order, he barely listened. I asked for a classic Old Fashioned and he brought me something that tasted like watered-down whiskey with too much bitters and a random orange slice thrown in. My friend's whiskey sour was unbalanced -- definitely not worth the $18 price tag. I politely mentioned to recommend us another drinks options he just shrugged and said "we don't have that" Not offer another choice or an apology. The drinks were mediocre at best, but his attitude made it worse. He ignored us most of the night and acted annoyed every time we ordered. Zero professionalism. The place has a great vibe but with service like this, is not worth to spend almost $200 dollars there for few drinks. I don't remember his name but he was tall, Latin and maybe from Colombia. We just wanted to report his behavior to management but in a Saturday's night you just don't want to ruined more. Next.

So, let's get into it: I don't know about you, but the one thing I do not enjoy doing is driving and circling around, being lost, just to find an establishment. So, I love that this restaurant is so easy to find with good signage, lots of nearby parking, both street and lots. Anywho, once I parked, the manager Judd was so friendly and kind and directed me to the table where my friend was seated. He overheard that I was kind of speaking loud over the music when I barely had a voice due to losing it from another event, so he kindly turned down the music for us. Once there, service was quick and attentive. I got a Fresh Paloma for my drink and the Seared Salmon for dinner. The drink was a good size and tasted good, no complaints there. As for the dinner, WOW. This was delicious, I would get this again. The flavors were there and the portions were just perfect (not too much and not too little, I usually never get enough or leave with leftovers). Also, not overpriced for Miami in my opinion. Aside from that, I did try some of my friend's off-menu pasta and it was really yummy. Furthermore, they have great weekly specials: (Note, subject to change. We were sat immediately and they had a printed sign with our name on it on our table. That was a nice touch. The service was VERY slow! We waited at least 10 minutes before the waiter (Danny/Daniel) ever came over to offer us water. Another 20 minutes later and we still hadn't ordered our food. My friend's iced tea still hadn't arrived. I had to go to the hostess stand and tell them that we'd been there for half an hour and hadn't even ordered yet. We never even saw our waiter during that time. Eventually a manager came over and took our order. I ordered the Hamachi Crudo as my appetizer and the salmon as my entree, and the blueberry lemon cheesecake for my dessert. My friend ordered the same thing, except the cookie as her dessert. My other friend ordered the Cesar salad as her appetizer and the Beauty chicken sando as her entree. The Hamachi was absolutely delicious (but incredibly small). The Cesar salad was HUGE! It was almost 2:30 by the time we got our entrees (1.5 hours after arriving). Our salmons were barely warm, meaning that they had been ready for a while, but they had been left sitting in the kitchen. We had arrived pretty hungry, and since our appetizer was only 3-4 bites, and it'd already been an hour and a half, we weren't about to send our food back to be heated up. The salmon, although not hot, was good. I liked the sauce it came in. It was a little over cooked on the outside. But, overall and well made, tasty dish. My friend liked her chicken sandwich. It came with about 2-4 big "fries". Upon using the ladies room, I discovered that the hand dryer was not working. It was 3pm (2 hours later) when we received our desserts. We had to add more time to the parking meter. The waiter informed us that he couldn't offer us any coffee as the machine was being serviced. The restaurant looks nice. The chairs are comfortable. It's nicely decorated. The music was great- mostly 80's music. All in all, we were pretty disappointed in our experience. As a Michelin Guide restaurant, we expected more. Better/faster service, for sure! A working coffee machine. Hot food. I'm glad I came for Miami Spice. I probably won't be returning. If I do return I'll ask for a different waiter.
