The service was great. My lychee rose martini was great. The food was only okay. I didn't think there were enough Brussels sprouts to justify paying $16 for them. There were options for ambiance. Outside on the patio seemed nice and bright. There was also some tables under shade. Inside, there was a nice place for happy hour. I would recommend to meet up for drinks here for happy hour.

Cozy, intimate, and buzzing with the right energy. Started with a sip of a perfectly shaken Pisco Sour crafted by none other than J, the absolute cocktail maestro. Smooth, balanced, in a Peruvian consistent drink form! Spotted a burger that looked burgeliscious but I had lunch before, so it is in on my radar for my next ktichen 57 hang out..... The vibes? On point, thanks to Ben spinning those 80-99 beats, keeping the crowd lifted all afternoon. And ladies, here's the insider scoop: Thursdays from 4-7 PM = bottomless champagne ... yes, you read that right. It's the perfect excuse to rally the crew and toast to a good night. Kitchen 57 mixes great drinks, music, and NYC-style cozy charm. Definitely worth bookmarking.

Had the pleasure of meeting the chef owner Michael Altman and his lovely wife Cari at the Coral Gables Tour Of Kitchens and they were wonderful, we had to go visit them and of course we went for brunch and it was excellent! Drinks: Fizz Peanut Butter - super creative! Chef Altman said "it tastes like a peanut better jelly sandwich"! It does!! And wifey had bottomless mimosas (her usual) Feast: 57 Migas: sunny side eggs, crisp white corn chips made in-house, black beans, chorizo, roasted tomato picante sauce, sour cream, scallion, Mexican blended cheese * Short Rib Truffle Benedict: Braised beef short rib, bacon, grilled tomato, two poached eggs, English muffin, truffle hollandaise - the truffle with the sauce and everything, ufff! Popovers: fresh baked explosive bread with maple butter (made in house) and their berry jam 'Two Chocolate Bread Pudding: served with vanilla bourbon crème anglaise This might be a new family ritual monthly!!! And dinner is next!!!!

What a pleasant surprise Kitchen 57 was. I didn't have any expectations coming in, but left super impressed. I'm not the biggest fan of American fare, but that changed after today! Each dish was different than the last and everything was phenomenal. The food was amazing, Sebastian, our server was just as amazing and the speed of service was phenomenal. I left STUFFED and I was happy about it. The cocktails and mocktails were amazing too. Check this place out asap!

Be sure to check out this gem in South Miami before there's a line around the block. Mouthwatering food at reasonable prices with amazing service is a rare find in Miami. The buffet salad is good enough to be a meal on its own. I also tried the veggie pizza with a cauliflower crust. It was thin and crispy and perfect. The key lime custard was a delightful end to the meal. It was tart and creamy and absolutely delicious. The other delight was our server, Carlos, who went out of his way to take special care of us. I'm definitely coming back!

Amazing! We came here with a group of ladies and it was fabulous! We started the evening with a French 75 and all of the courses were paired with different wines. The chef created a special dinner for our group and it was really great! If you are looking for an exceptional meal, this is the perfect place!

We ate here for brunch and sat outside, as the weather was still nice out. Our server was friendly and the food was tasty. I had the sourdough egg sandwich which was yummy. Hubby got the burr-avocado toast which he liked as well. My son had the challah french toast and devoured the entire thing. Will come back for brunch again!

The short version: Nice new place in a corner that has seen more than 3 restaurants in the last 5 years. Delicious food and very accommodating staff, they take reservations and make you feel welcome. Hope it survives the corner. The Experience Well, we had a birthday event so we had reservations for 12 and a couple of us went early to put on some table decorations and warn the servers we may very possibly have a "complainer" among the guests. (you know who we're talking about: always finds something wrong with everything.)... and, by the way, we're each getting our own check to avoid issues... We were greeted by the host, and who would be our server, Noelle, who thanked us for the heads up and was really, really helpful both with the setup and through the brunch itself (spoiler alert, our "complainer" behaved so well that the heads up was unnecessary, but I just needed to let you know you are not alone: every group has -at least- one). Anyway, back to the Brunch. Everyone said their dishes were good, but I can only speak for mine, which is the only one I tasted: Short rib eggs Benedict with truffle hollandaise. It was delicious. I would have liked a bit more meat on the short rib part, but it was good. The music on the restaurant was low enough to let you talk, and sweet enough to create ambiance, Noelle and the rest of the staff were awesome throughout the whole affair, and our birthday girl had fun and a good meal so we all left happy. Overall, a very good experience. Will come back!

    Chicken parm!

While we ended up sitting outside because the noise inside was deafening, the server Carlos never forgot about us! Food was solid with a mammoth chicken parm that had to be taken home and good chicken wings. Top of the line cocktails too!

This is my second time here! First time I came in I sat at the bar and was taken care of by Jay and by Abraham (the bar manager). They were so friendly and outgoing , I came alone and they kept me company and held a great conversation while still attending to other guests. I tried a few cocktails and was highly impressed. My first cocktail was the Hibiscus margarita, not sweet and not too bitter , just right ! Second was the Beer highball ( I was super intrigued by this cocktail and had to try it because it was paired with beer reduction pistachos) lastly I finished with the Old 57 , which contains chocolate bitters, the balance was great, it was very exquisite. As for my second time , Yoli was my server , very attentive , friendly and recommended a lot of great dishes. I sat in a table outside in the far corner where I can see other guest interactions and she was so sweet to all her tables and made them laugh a few times. Great service! Overall , I'm getting great vibes overall- food runners and bussers were on point. As for the food , this was my first time trying anything here. I ordered the shrimp pot stickers and they were SO delicious, not fishy , just right. Secondly, I ordered the wings . LISTEN, I am the queen of craving wings at least 2 times a week. By far one of the best wings I have had lately. Crispy , fresh, just enough sauce. I mean I wanted to stop eating and I could not. Overall this place is getting a 5 stars from me. I will be a frequent visitor , can't wait to see what else they have up their sleeves! Till next time. Cheers

We have been here a few times and this is a perfect neighborhood restaurant. Our first time here we were exited to see Austin working here and he took excellent care of us. His recommendations were on point, and I have to say it's very refreshing to see that they offer an excellent salmon dish. Most restaurants salmon option is usually an afterthought, a plain grilled salmon with broccoli. Not here, the Miso Salmon is highlighted with a delicious green papaya salad. You can also request the temperature you would like your salmon cooked at unlike most places that serve it well done and dry. The Rigatoni Pomodoro and their Thai Chicken wings are also amazing. As I mentioned at the start, we have been here a few times and we have found the staff to be friendly, on point and very familiar with the menu. Sunny is hilarious and gave us new recommendations that were delicious. Marlin rocked it with the Chicken Melt and shoutout to Jacob for his attention to detail and hospitable service. The only miss we have had so far was with the Garbage Salad. It was swimming in the dressing so you could not taste anything but the ranch dressing. All that said, we can't wait to come back.

So far we have been pretty happy with the food in this place except that they are extremely stingy with their full priced drinks. They call this a full drink even when it's obvious they only poured less than 2oz when martinis are always 3oz.

We waited almost 10 minutes just to get acknowledged while he was chatting with another customers at the other end of the bar. When he finally took our order, he barely listened. I asked for a classic Old Fashioned and he brought me something that tasted like watered-down whiskey with too much bitters and a random orange slice thrown in. My friend's whiskey sour was unbalanced -- definitely not worth the $18 price tag. I politely mentioned to recommend us another drinks options he just shrugged and said "we don't have that" Not offer another choice or an apology. The drinks were mediocre at best, but his attitude made it worse. He ignored us most of the night and acted annoyed every time we ordered. Zero professionalism. The place has a great vibe but with service like this, is not worth to spend almost $200 dollars there for few drinks. I don't remember his name but he was tall, Latin and maybe from Colombia. We just wanted to report his behavior to management but in a Saturday's night you just don't want to ruined more. Next.

The foie gras crème brûlée appetizer alone tells you exactly what kind of restaurant this is. The decor inside is gorgeous, very elegant and upscale without feeling overly flashy. Service was outstanding from beginning to end. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable, polished, and genuinely professional in a way you don't see often anymore. Be prepared for this place to be busy. Even on a weekday night, it was completely packed. We only waited about 5-10 minutes past our reservation, so nothing crazy, but there's really no designated waiting area, so you kind of stand near the entrance until your table opens up. The wine list was extremely impressive, and the Wagyu special we ordered was phenomenal. Perfect crust and sear on the outside, cooked flawlessly inside. One of those steaks you keep talking about after dinner. Biggest surprise of the night was the steak tartare. All three of us agreed it was one of the best tartares we've had anywhere. Absolutely excellent. Desserts were the only part that didn't fully wow us. The cookie skillet is basically a giant warm cookie with ice cream, and the chocolate cake was tasty but enormous. Good desserts, just not nearly as memorable as the savory dishes. Overall, Daniel's absolutely lives up to the hype. Beautiful atmosphere, top-tier service, incredible food, and a more sophisticated European influence than most Miami steakhouses. Definitely one of the top steakhouse experiences in the city.
