Finally made it to Daniel's for lunch. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and I really have no complaints about the food. Everything we ordered was well prepared and flavorful. That said, it feels a bit overpriced for what it is, likely because it's become one of the hottest places to be right now. I'm sure I'll dine there again at some point, but I can't say I'm counting the days until my next visit. Overall, worth experiencing once, and perhaps again, but not a place I'd go out of my way for.

What an amazing experience with the food, service and everything overall. Our waiter Jose P. Was fantastic! His positive energy and professionalism showed and he took very good care of us for our first time here. He was very knowledgeable with beef and recommended us food to try. My husband and I had the following: Brunch menu - Burrata Branzino Mango passion fruit ice cream Steak- Wagyu steak (chocolate fed beef) Dessert: Cookie skillet Vanilla soft served ice cream with sprinkles/m&ms Everything was so delicious and fresh! We raved about the burrata, cookie skillet and vanilla soft served with sprinkles!! Sooo good. Would definitely return to try more items and the dessert!

Came here with some friends on a Tuesday afternoon. Super crowded and a great atmosphere indeed. I had the burger. The burger was cooked perfectly however it was a little overwhelmingly salty. I don't know why chefs feel the need to put a lot of salt on meat. Just a pinch of salt and pepper and would have gave it 5 stars. Had a great refreshing non alcoholic drink with it because I had to go to work later that night. Great crowd as I mentioned and super packed for a Tuesday. Just what I ate needed some improvement.

Great first time experience! Had to get a reservation weeks ahead of time even for 5:30pm. And even as we stepped inside, the place was already packed. So if you're looking for a later time, make sure you do it months ahead of time. We got a bottle of wine for the table after talking for a little bit with the sommelier she gave a us a great recommendation. For appetizer we ordered the SULLIVAN STREET SOURDOUGH BREAD with Sheep's Milk Ricotta, Honey & Thyme! For entrees we ordered 2 AUSTRALIAN MARGARET RIVER WAGYU NY STRIP 14 oz with a side of twice baked potatoes and asparagus. The steak was delicious!!!!! The overall ambience is nice and vibrant also lots of staff ready to be at your service. For dessert we ordered the cookie skillet with ice cream it was just ok!

I read somewhere that Daniel's was the Sunny's for adults, which is pretty accurate! It is a stunning restaurant with a lively atomsphere and they are pumping a great playlist (great touch, extra points for playing Peter Gabriel). The host checking us in was a rude man, but our server Andres was very nice. They sat us near the kitchen and near a door, we liked the spot, but kind of annoying how the waiter and the food runner were having a loud conversation near our table as we were eating.. We started with the Sullivan Street soughdough bread and wedge salad. We loved the bread, instead of butter they used a whipped ricotta with honey. So good! Our server cut up the wedge for us. The thick chunks of bacon and crispy onions were a nice touch. We took our server's recommendation and ordered the cowboy ribeye. It was very delicious, but came with a lot of fat. The less expensive australian wagyu was MUCH better, it melted in your mouth and came with a delicious chimmichuri sauce. It was sooo good i wish we had two of those instead of the ribeye. Moving onto the sides. We had the twice baked potato, corn pudding and vodka pasta. All were very good but the baked potato and pasta were my favorites. They came out lukewarm i wish they were a little hotter. I would definitely recommend this place--just stick to the wagyu cuts, some sides, the bread, and the desserts (which looked amazing)

Formerly Fiola, joint has always been gorgeous inside. They evidently changed a few things but kept the vibes all the same. My friend and I opted for the prefix brunch menu and chose same items...wagyu beef empanadas, steak and eggs, soft serve and doughnuts for dessert and I had the white sangria to wash it all down. The sangria was in the weaker side, more like a lemonade to be honest. These empanadas were finger licking good...tender and juicy on the inside and fluffy on the outside but not crunchy. Then the perfectly cooked medium filet for me with that perfect peppercorn sunny side egg laying in top. The steak it's without a doubt an excellent high quality cut. All with a side of that bread with the a butter that would make you come back many times over. To finish, these little doughnuts with a side of Nutella and cream and soft serve with a tiny brownie that was decadent in the best way. Service is top notch here. Definitely coming back to try a few other cuts and items in the menu.

Daniel's in South Miami is truly an experience worthy of every accolade. Ranked #40 worldwide and #6 in North America, this restaurant exceeded every expectation we had from the moment we walked in. We started with the basil Caesar salad, which was incredibly fresh and beautifully balanced, followed by the Rockefeller oysters that were absolutely phenomenal. For our main course, we enjoyed the prime rib featuring Mayura beef alongside the lobster mac and cheese -- both dishes were unforgettable. Every bite was rich, flavorful, and perfectly executed. We also shared a bottle of 2020 Collazzi Toscana, which paired flawlessly with dinner, and finished the evening with the soft serve deconstructed sundae, which was as creative as it was delicious. While the presentation of every dish is exceptional, the food itself is truly magnificent. The level of detail, flavor, and consistency is what separates Daniel's from so many others. Our server, Paige, was outstanding throughout the evening -- attentive, knowledgeable, and constantly checking in without ever being overwhelming. The service felt genuine and seamless. On top of that, one of the managers, Christian, went above and beyond and demonstrated what true hospitality really is. His attention to detail and care for the guest experience made the night even more memorable. An absolutely world-class dining experience from start to finish, the ambience was as expected from a fantastic steakhouse!

I can confidently say this is probably my favorite restaurant I've been to in my 20 years of living in Miami. The service was absolutely the best I've ever experienced--I wanted to come back immediately before I even left. A huge thank you to Andres (our server) and Antonio (server assistant) for taking such great care of us. The food was just as incredible as the service. The tartare was refreshing, and the bread with the honey topping is a must-order. For the main, we shared the dry-aged cowboy ribeye, which was cooked perfectly and was the perfect size for two people. We paired it with the lobster mac and cheese, which was awesome and had a generous portion of lobster. To top it all off, the manager, Christian, went out of his way to send us a complimentary dessert, which made our special day even better. Thank you to the entire team--I will definitely be back soon.

Went to Daniel's on a Tuesday night. Double date, friends dinner. First impression was on point. Upscale and elegant atmosphere. Bar vibe was good, bar service attentive. Dirty Martini w blue cheese stuffed olives just felt like the right choice to match the vibe. Table was nicely set. White tablecloth. Black lap napkins for those that were wearing black. Server, servers asst, busboy, food runner and mgr rotating around and visiting tables to ensure experience is as It should be We had Caesar salads, Yellowfin Tuna tartar, Bread service, Dover Soles, Filet Mignons, lobster Mac & cheese, porcini mushrooms & a choc cake w ice cream for dessert. I would gladly order every item again except for the chocolate cake. It was decent but nothing to rant & rave about. My filet was a little charred on the outside but was still perfectly cooked on the in. Next time I would choose another steak, they have some great ones on the menu but we were all sharing and Filet seemed like the popular choice. We really enjoyed the Dover Sole. It is served with a nice sauce that complicated It well. Lobster Mac & cheese was very tasty as well but of course I always want more lobster. Maybe they can have an optional $10 increase for an extra 3 ounces or whatever the weight should be. 2 salads, 2 apps, 4 entrees, 2 sides & 1 dessert. It worked great for our table of four with full meals & leftovers to take home. Great spot for a business dinner or to celebrate something with friends.

I truly loved this restaurant. I made a reservation through resy, waited a little at the bat, we had espresso martini and margarita. The martini was great. The food we only had the rib eye and vodka pasta and they were delicious cooked to perfection. Can't wait to go back and try more.

I went to Daniel's for lunch on Sunday. The staff were very friendly and after finding our reservation took us to our table. They immediately placed our napkins on our lap and handed us menus. They interior of Daniel's was beautiful with bright lighting and chandeliers over almost every table. We had the option to pick the brunch menu items or lunch items. Since it was our first time at Daniel's we decided to get the staples: bread service, hanger steak, ny strip, lobster Mac and cheese, and the swirl ice cream. The bread service was phenomenal and I thought the ricotta spread was one of the best I've ever had. My favorite cut of meat was the hanger steak. I thought it was very tender and juicy. The lobster Mac was very creamy and came with large chunks of lobster. The iconic swirl dessert looked amazing and was a fun end to the meal.

It's good. If it was 30-50% less in price. I would go back. It is over priced. It's half as good and 50% more $$ than the place I ate at the next night. which had better food. Better atmosphere. Just better every thing. Now the food. Sullivan street bakery supplies their bread. Excellent choice. The best bread in Miami. But They choose the wrong bread to start the meal and CHARGE for it. A huge loaf of sour dough is not for me. To heavy. Beef tartare with caviar was ok. Tasted too much like ketchup. Lobster Mac and cheese was good. The steak was very good for $160. And I think it was the least expensive one offered. Restaurants like these don't last in Coral Gables. Daniels replaced an over priced Italian restaurant. Same concept. Charge a lot for ok food. Same owners. I think it lasted 3, Maybe 4 years. I feel Daniels will have the same run. If that long.
