    - Came for miami spice dinner - Had the osso bone marrow (not a lot), tuna tartare (didn't like the way they do it here), steak frites (very good), empanada ossobuco (meh), ube cheesecake empanada (meh) - Definitely go there for their steak! - Depending on where you sit in the restaurant, you have a view of their kitchen - I recommend sitting by the bar so you have a direct view of their oven and kitchen - Service was great. Folks were amazing about clearing the table and bringing the next dish

We came here for Miami spice on a Thursday. It was fairly empty so I don't think the reservation was really needed. The service was phenomenal, really quick. The food was amazing too, I have to say, this was the best steak I ever had in Miami and that says a lot, just the perfect consistency and the smokiness. The Miami spice branzino was also really good. The cocktail te quiero verde was not great, I couldn't finish it. The meatball was literally an Italian meatball in tomato sauce, very mid. The cheesecake was also avg.

Definitely going back! I ordered the croquetas. Very good! Also had NY Strip. Cooked perfectly and tasty. The street corn was also very good and the truffle fries as well. I love the side of coarse salt and chimichurri sauce with the steak! The aesthetic was beautiful - gorgeous bar area. All designed with taste. Cons: No WiFi (and there's no service in there) No valet

What an amazing experience. The food is 20/10. Service was great. The dinning room is stunning. I'm going back for sure.

If you're looking for a brunch spot that strikes the perfect balance between flavor, creativity, and ambiance--Ossobuco is it. We started with the Pan con Tomate, and wow. The sourdough was perfectly crisp, topped with vibrant tomato conserva, burrata, and garlic aioli--simple but elevated. A must-try vegetarian option. The Steak and Huevos was the showstopper. An 8 oz. NY strip cooked to perfection, paired with sunny side eggs, chimichurri, and a Wagyu potato that could hold its own as a main. Every bite was rich and satisfying without being overly heavy. We also tried the Hashbrown, and I wish I could put it on repeat. Crispy outside, tender inside, layered with a deeply flavorful ossobuco marmalade and sunny eggs. It's everything brunch dreams are made of. Service was friendly and attentive, and the presentation was beautiful without feeling pretentious. Highly recommend for both locals and visitors looking for a memorable Miami brunch.

This is my second time back and the food and service does not disappoint. Really don't want to leave a review so this gem doesn't become unavailable. The restaurant music and vibes are on point. The other true standout aside from the food is service. Danny O is amazing and worth the visit alone. Food, Service, and ambiance all amazing. Until next time friends!

Unbelievable in all aspects. Best service in South Florida. Professional waiters who smile endlessly. Then the food arrives and you are up for an incredible experience. The beef is unbelievable and the options as many. Try the smoked pineapple ice cream. If you are in the Miami area, you are up for an unprecedented experience. Thank you Paula, Guillermo and José.

Just 5 months in and on a special day like Valentine's Day and they kicked it out of the park!!!! Can't wait to try them on their regular menu. All pictures are from their pre-fixed menu for valentines and it was spectacular. We shared everything, but it was truly enough for the both of us, plus so tasty I will definitely repost on a later day on their regular menu, but I must say... if on a special menu they were this good, I'm more than positive they will have an interesting menu. Our server Roly was very accommodating although the place was packed.

Decided to go to dinner at ossobuco the food was amazing... the steak was extremely savory and tasty. The portions were such a great size to share and enjoy with family. The cocktails were not my favorite but nonetheless great. The food itself was great, 9/10 but the hostess when I first arrived was extremely rude. When I arrived I told her I had a reservation and she her only response was "I have no tables"... flat out no hospitality 1/10. We had to wait which was no issue but her attitude was uncalled for.

I took advantage of their 4 course $60 dinner special (not listed on their website but offered every day, including weekends) and went with the Caesar Salad, 14 oz skirt steak, fries and flan. Each dish was very good, the steak was cooked a perfect medium rare, the fries were crispy and good, and the flan was probably the best I've ever had. I enjoyed a very good glass of Malbec reserve with my meal. La Cabrera also offers a $39 lunch special. Ambiance was charming and the service was also very good. Far superior choice, food wise, to Chop.

A restaurant that still comes to mind months later is usually doing something right, and this visit confirmed what we loved about our first experience. We made reservations without any issues a couple of days before. The restaurant was clean, bright, and had not filled up yet with the busy Sunday family crowd. Upon being seated, we were provided with the regular menu and the Miami Spice Lunch menu. The Miami Spice Lunch, which has now become a daily Executive Lunch special, is a standout value. The portion sizes and the quality of the Argentinian steaks speak for themselves. As a group, here's what we ordered: Starters - Ham and Cheese Empanadas - Morcilla - Grilled Provolone Each starter delivered exactly what you'd expect from an Argentinian steakhouse. The empanadas were warm and flaky, the morcilla was rich and well seasoned, and the grilled provolone came out bubbling and perfect for sharing amongst our table with the restaurant's complementary bread basket. Entrée: - New York Strip Steak, 12 oz This was the only cut of steak we ordered. It was cooked to each of our desired temperatures and seasoned simply, letting the quality of the beef speak for itself. It is clear why La Cabrera has a reputation as one of Latin America's best restaurants. Sauces on the side, which included a BBQ sauce, and a chimichurri, were left for our choosing and were used for the side dishes more than anything. Sides: - French Fries - Jasmine Rice Both sides complemented the steak well. The fries were crispy and large in size. My father-in-law, a cuban man who's very serious about his rice dishes, thought the jasmine rice was very good. Dessert: - Dulce de Leche Ice Cream with Cone - Dulce de Leche Pancakes The ice cream was smooth and rich, while the pancakes were finished with a sugary powder coating that was impossible to resist. This lunch reinforced why La Cabrera continues to be stand out in a crowded field of steakhouses. Between the consistency, generous portions, and the value of their daily menu specials, it's an easy recommendation whether you're bringing family, hosting someone from out of town, or simply looking for a great lunch in Coconut Grove.

They really know how to make a girl feel welcome. From the moment we walked in we were accommodated at the bar and served promptly. I love how a cocktail bar has a carafe of water ready for you with two short glasses it was perfection and in my opinion, a great attention to detail. Now the bartender this guy is on point. I've never seen a cocktail be shook with such intention. Everything he (Tom) was making looked perfect and I definitely hope to come back and try some more perhaps a whiskey sour? The place is tiny, but so charming the lighting is perfect. The barstools are so chic. It's just super inviting and it's the perfect little neighborhood bar. Something that Coconut Grove has been missing for a long time. The hype is worth it. The music is amazing. A definite must visit. This crew got it right!!! Xoxo

I walked in and it was everything I wanted it to be! Small, intimate, low lighting, bar stools, fastidious bartender who heard you and honored exactly what you said! A few intimate booths that were already full; my girlfriend was sitting at the bar holding me a seat. She could tell by my smiling my face I loved it from the minute I walked in. Didn't say I was welcomed when I walked in the door! The bartender looked up and said (with volume and gusto) "Welcome to Mae's!" Now, I Am grinning! I told the bartender I wanted a Hendrick's martini, straight up, very, very, very cold; no vermouth, olives and a lime! When I tell you it was cold, it was my 3 very colds! Perfect! Now I am very, very happy! Mae's lived up to its word: it's all about the Art of the Classic Cocktail! There is no food at Mae's but they have a great arrangement with Chugs! We checked in with the bartender and he suggested we order the OG burger. Chug's offers a limited Menu at Mae's; I'm sure there might not have been 10 Items on their list. You order, you get a text, you go next door To the window and pick up your "snack." Know that you are not going to have a giant burger with the works; our OG had a patty, shredded lettuce, pickles with their sauce on a great bun $9.95; and we ordered fries which we shared. Honestly, it was damn good! The downside: I will probably not Darken Mae's door anytime soon on a Friday night. The Music was so damn loud we could not hold a conversation! A lady on the other side of the bar was covering her ears! They got up and left! Her seatmate (husband/date) saw me holding my ears, came over and said this is a great bar, try coming on a weeknight, it's much calmer. Well, I may try it again, definitely on a week night! Mae's definitely has that "old school" charm but definitely not my taste in music! I wanted a little jazz, softer sounds where we could Actually hold a conversation over fabulous Cocktails. This was not the night. We left after one drink; with a 20% tip on 2 drinks, my bill was a tad over $34; which I claim reasonable. I will let you know when I go back!
