It as my first time dining at Sunny's and it was everything I had hoped for. The bar area was bustling of happy hour and I got there a bit early so I decided to order a wine while waiting for my friend. The bartender was super friendly and engaging. When my friend showed up we were seated on the upper patio. We started out with the octopus ceviche which was tangy and delicious, then we ordered the Parker house rolls, the crab Agnolotti pasta and the Chitarra mushroom pasta. The Crab pasta was to die for and I would definitely come back just for that, but the mushroom pasta was lacking in flavor and salt. Overall, it was a nice experience and lively place for happy hour with awesome music and chill vibes.

Still thinking about my meal at Sunny's Steakhouse!! The hanger steak was rich and cooked perfectly, the Parker House rolls were unbelievably soft and paired with that honey butter was so yummy. The duck came out crispy and beautifully balanced and the crab agnolotti surprised me in the best way it was light but still indulgent, and the corn added such a unique touch. The ambiance is vibrant and stylish with a gorgeous outdoor space, and the service strikes that perfect balance of attentive and polished without feeling stuffy.Definitely make a reservation... even with one, we still had a bit of a wait. Worth it though!

Long time coming to visit this Miami legend. The expectations were high and the place didn't disappoint. I generally don't like to sit outside but their courtyard has a really nice vibe especially during sunset and at night. We ordered quite a few different food items to try, and some of them were great, some were okay. Food I liked: flat iron steak, cacio e pepe, beef carpaccio, ice cream sandwich Food that I wouldn't order again: octopus, very sour. When we called out the octopus they took it off the final check, so that's very good on them. Overall really enjoyed our experience here and would definitely come back.

I had the best time at Sunny's with a group of girlfriends for a bachelorette for dinner. Our waitress Sam made sure we were taken care of and was very helpful & attentive. Originally we had to make 2 reservations because we were a bigger group but they made it work and were able to get our whole party seated together in a booth, which we were very happy about. The overall vibe of Sunny's is great. Every spot in the place is aesthetic , notably the coastal decor, the warm low lighting, the silver serve ware. Even the playlist was great. I am still thinking about the martini I had, it was perfect. I am also still thinking about the flat iron steak, Bernaise sauce, and fries. Oh and how could I forget the Parker house rolls, to die for. Go to Sunny's, you will not be disappointed.

There's a reason this place gets the recognition and attention it deserves! Went for dinner with friends, and it was definitely a memorable experience. Beginning with their delicious drinks..beautiful alfresco chic entrance for happy hour, ordered two dirty martinis that were simply sublime and something called a Pendennis club(Gin, apricot, lime, peychauds, and orange bitter) my second fav!seriously worth going for drinks. Happy hours is pretty great. Ordered some oysters as well and they were definitely delicious and fresh. Once we got to our table server, Brandon was amazing so kind helpful and explaining the family style dining that fit our party. We started with their famous Parker House rolls, soft pillowy bread, whipped butter...so fresh and warm. It's a must. Then, we ordered the Chitarra mushroom pasta...phenomenal! and angelottis with blue crab. Oh my God delicious! Then we got down to business with the prime hanger medium rare..omg! And the dry aged ribeye. Both were perfectly cooked, so delicious. We ordered some side dishes he recommended the crispy potatoes, asparagus, and the Gems salads. Everybody ate really well, and Brandon hooked it up with an extra dessert. We tried almost all of them. Kouign- Amann Ice Cream Sandwich(soft bread the outside cold creamy ice cream on the inside so Yum)· Pineapple Upside-Down Cake (surprisingly really good) · Banana Toffee Cheesecake (everybody's favorite spectacular!!) · Chocolate Cake (really delicious. You could taste the authentic chocolate). And key lime pie..very nice! All in all five stars can't wait to go back. Will definitely go back for a happy hour again love the elegant laid back vibe. Everybody's super kind you feel like a queen one of my favorite places in South Florida. Pricewise you get what you paid for definitely worth it. ** Sorry for the quality of the pics martinis were hitting **

The elusive Sunny's. Finally snagged a reservation (same day) and we made it. I was so excited to try them for the first time. My dining bud and fellow yelper had been here before so she was commenting on the must haves. Our waiter was so much fun. Our choices were all so great (see pics) and my goodness still dreaming of those Parker rolls. The banana toffee cheesecake dessert was so dreamy too! Lovely ambiance and area. You can take pics everywhere. Love the courtyard outside. It's great to go at golden hour so you can see a bit of day and night there. I highly recommend this Sunny's . It really did live up to the hype. Can't wait to return again.

One of our favorite restaurant experiences - despite a couple missteps. The overall effect was of casual, welcoming elegance - and that's a really rare achievement. Sunny's Steakhouse deserves major kudos. You know about Sunny's Steakhouse if you've been paying any attention to the food scene - it's gained national acclaim. Wow, and the experience sure shows why: every single person working there (managers, servers, bussers, hosts) is gracious and friendly and pitching in wherever needed to ensure that clients have a great experience. The room and decor are lovely; the patio is lovely; the bar is lovely. The pacing of food and drink is lovely. Frankly, all that is just glorious. Drinks are fantastic. Sides were quite good. Steaks - well, we had a couple of the "prime"-level ones, and they were quite good (next visit, I'm planning to go a little deeper into the menu; I was a bit nervous this trip, given that it was our first experience with Sunny's). Some wires were crossed and the doneness level of my hanger and my wife's filet were reversed. One of our sauces wasn't the one ordered, but what was sent was so spectacular that we delighted in the error. Not a convenient area and not inexpensive, but it was just a lovely time. We managed not to overeat, and we're eager to return the next time we're in the region. Outstanding.

Food here was very good. Everything we ordered had so much flavor...from apps to salad to main dishes. The camel bread and butter tray was a fun and different presentation!! The vibe is great and staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Sunnys is definitely the Premier Steakhouse in Miami not only because of the steaks but all the appetizers from Caesar Salad Wagyu Carpaccio to the Agnolotti with Crab. Let's not forget the extraordinary service and Banyan Tree setting

Decided to come here as a valentine dinner. The food was delicious! Caesar salad has a fancy elevated taste to it. The Meat was tender and almost melts in your mouth. And the fries were perfectly crispy with a nice crunch on every bite. The only dish that didn't sell me was the grouper. It tasted good, but the dish overall was underwhelming. The location is elegant, and the lights are very dim, giving a romantic feel. Although, it was so dim, I could barely read the menu. The service was good, but a bit slow on our table. Overall a good night with pretty good food. Parking was a hassle. The "dedicated" parking lots were full, so I had to drive 2 or 3 streets down and park in a shady secluded area.

I'll happily add myself to the long list of people who love SUNNY's. Even as a vegetarian who has never tried any of the meat options, I genuinely enjoy coming here every time. At the very least, come for the bread and the cocktails -- trust me!! but honestly, the pasta dishes are phenomenal and the service has consistently been top-notch on every visit. There's something special about the atmosphere too. Somehow they managed to recreate that iconic Jaguar Sun energy in this new location, which isn't easy to do. Little River has quickly become one of Miami's go-to neighborhoods for amazing restaurants, and SUNNY's only adds to that momentum. And if you're vegetarian, don't let the "steakhouse" label intimidate you. I've never experienced it that way -- there are plenty of options and the overall experience stands on its own. Below you"ll find several pictures of the multiple times I've gone- yeah I like this spot

First of all. Let's talk service, never have I had such a welcoming staff at a restaurant. Additionally, the way the staff is clearly trained in not just knowing the proper mannerism but also the menu. There's a good reason they're on the Michelin guide and service is a key factor. Second, the overall beauty of what is the restaurant. Gorgeous outdoor seating, soothing interior, and guess what neither choice is a better or worse, both have their own perks. Additionally, there wasn't a moment that the staff left anything that could be considered disposable out or in view. Lastly, the food. Oh. My. God. It's as if they were graced by the nectars of another world. Everything and I mean everything, drinks, appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts. There wasn't anything that left you with any form of disappointment. My recommendations would be as follows... For apps, the bread is a must. Super soft, super fluffy, and to top it with a honey butter is just amazing. Two more things we gotta talk about. The Hokkaido scallops and the beef carpaccio. Now before you judge thinking Wah Wah it's raw sides, give it a try and thank me later. Regarding entrees... at the table we had the hanger steaks all around with the exceptions of lamb, the ribeye, and grouper. Let me tell you something. I ordered the grouper and it was out of this world, easily the best bite of fish I've had in a LONG time. I also tried the other meats and my goodness. I wanna know who is cooking these meals so I can give em a kiss. Everything was PHENOMENAL... Now we get to the sweet part. It's simple. Get the ice cream sandwiches or regret you didn't that's all! :D

We were lucky enough to get seated quickly even though we had no reservations. The ambiance was really good and the food amazing. We tried the bread and honey butter, the Caesar salad, the KC strip (special) and the pommes puree. Honestly, there wasn't a bad bite. It's worthy of the hype.

Our friends had a variety of drinks including beer (e.g., Monopolio Mexican amber lager). Pint glasses were served iced over which is certainly nice in the South Florida heat. Service was good. The restaurant is conveniently located right on the downtown strip with free street parking nearby, which is always a plus. The atmosphere was inviting from the moment we walked in. The host welcomed us and told us we could sit anywhere we liked, so we chose a quieter table away from the bar area. There is also a stage section that looked perfect for live music nights, although there was no entertainment during our visit. Overall, the ambiance was trendy, relaxed, and had a great neighborhood feel. They also appeared to have some very good happy hour specials for those who drink. Our server was very sweet and offered several recommendations. We decided to share the burrata appetizer and the skirt steak dinner. The steak arrived first and looked absolutely beautiful. The quality of the meat itself was outstanding and cooked very well. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable charred flavor from what seemed like a dirty grill, which took away from an otherwise excellent steak. It was disappointing because the quality of the meat was truly superb. The fries were also surprisingly good and almost tasted closer to sweet potato fries. At that point, we realized our burrata appetizer had been forgotten. Once we flagged down our server, she immediately corrected the mistake and brought it out quickly. Thankfully, it was absolutely delicious and ended up being one of the highlights of the meal. The fresh burrata paired perfectly with the heirloom tomatoes and tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. Toward the end of dinner, service became difficult again. We were ready for more water, a box, and the check, but our server was nowhere to be found despite the restaurant not being particularly busy since it was still early in the evening. I eventually had to get up and ask the bartender for assistance. Overall, I really enjoyed the ambiance and appreciated the quality of the food. There were definitely some service inconsistencies, but the restaurant has a lot of potential and several dishes that stood out.
