Another great dining experience and this time I went on a date. Ooohhh la la. The date loved it also. I had the turkey burger with a lettuce wrap and the sauce on the side with a side kale salad. My date had a Caesar salad. He liked it but says that next time he will order it with less dressing or sauce on the side. The service was great; from the hostess, bar, waitress (Jonel) and team. I love that no matter what time of day you dine here, the service, ambiance and food are consistent, delicious and top notch. Enjoy!

Came here with my mom, a few friends & their moms. Service was decent & they had all the patience in the world with out group. While the prices were a bit high (to be expected considering the location) the food was pretty decent. They have a couple of brunch drink specials - Bloody Mary (Vodka), Bloody Maria (Tequila), a series of mimosas & a Spritz which I don't believe was worth the price point. Food came out hot & fresh. My mom's pizza w/pepperoni was very well made! I shared a plate, Chicken & Waffles w/a friend & we got our fill. Their truffle fries were pretty decent & not oily like many places. We will definitely keep them in rotation for brunch. One thing though is make sure the inside air comfort matches or exceeds the outside. It was a but humid & muggy for our crew.

Breakfast and brunch has always been great. Lunch & dinner is solid as well. Great experiences with the crispy chicken sandwich, smash burger, and the ribs. The ambiance is classy but casual enough to come in shorts or from a workout. Easy spot to have a quick bite, nothing overly fancy, just good food and service at a reasonable price.

Walked in without reservations on a rainy Saturday morning. We were greeted and sat right away. We were a party of 6. Brunch menus was outstanding. We started with the famous Candied Bacon. Wow. Don't miss this one. Super crunchy and salty/ sweet. Housemaid Guacamole delicious. Entrees we had the burger, French omelette, club sandwich and Cobb salad. Don't miss on the Crazy Beautiful cocktail. Definitely will be coming back to try other items on the menu

This is in the Miracle Mile section of Coral Gables and was pretty busy even on a Tuesday evening. There are a bunch of options in the area and this one won the battle for something that had seats available and a decent menu. After being on the road most of the afternoon, the "Char" pizza sounded pretty good. It was loaded with pepperoni, but honestly could have used a bit more char. The pizza was good, but they should take Char out of the title. Charro has more char than this pizza. One concerning thing was there was a "local artist" going from table to table trying to sell his drawings. One of the staff members saw him and promptly got him out of there. I felt like I was at a Jack in the Box in Downtown Las Vegas for a moment. Not really the atmosphere I'd say was welcoming and safe. Good Food, Good Service, but eat at your own risk!

We came in on a quiet week night. The staff welcomed us warmly and gave recommendations, as this was our first visit. The facilities were clean, and well cared for. Food and beverages were all great and dessert was a hit. It's rare to dine and not have a single complaint! Only took photos of dessert

Was here one evening for dinner with a couple coworkers. Their menu has a little bit of everything, something to please everyone. Definitely one of those "safe" options for those that aren't adventurous with their palate. For those that are though, you'll find it just ok. They have a unique wine menu for those that indulge. I got the wok out bowl which wasn't that great - my bad for getting a wok dish at an American restaurant. My coworkers got the petite 6oz steak which definitely seemed to be the better option. The service was a little cold, they seemed to be forgetting our orders. But overall a good safe option for last minute food.

On an evening to go back to school shopping for my sister-in-law, we all got the urge to go eat some good ol American food. So we decided to try a spot we've been dying to go to, Doc B's, located right on Miracle Mile. Doc B's feels like an elevated sports bar, meaning its got TVs with sports on and a bar to go along with it. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and kind and quick with everything. She offered us suggestions and modifications to make sure everything was to our liking. The food was good ol fashioned no frills American bar food/southern comfort food that is done amazingly. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. Wings, burgers, chips and guac, parm and pasta, chocolate cake. But let me say something. That chocolate cake has my heart. We ordered the Double Decker Chocolate Cake and got a side of the Oreo Ice Cream (with hardened chocolate shell), and wow. I have not been able to stop thinking about it. If you're ever on Miracle Mile, stop by this place for the cake alone if you have to. Until next time, folks! Enjoy the meal!!!

Our server Jocelyn was amazing! This is the reason for the 4 stars. She was personable, funny, and had a great attitude. I decided to try DocB's out after being influenced by @snackseatingsnackss recent @instagram post. The food good overall, but nothing really stood out to me other than the no corkage fee. That was great! Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but not in a way that I can't wait to go back. If I go back again, good, if I don't, that's ok too. The ambiance and mood was nice.

This is a great spot if you're looking for an upscale casual vibe on the mile! The service has always been great, no complaints as our experience has always included quick seating, a wonderful server and a delicious meal. All the appetizers are so good and the noodle bowl is definitely a must try. Overall a nice experience and will come again.

The music was great and people were enjoying their time. We had 1 cocktail each and went on our way because we just came to check out the spot honestly. I had the fabulous martini which has a purple hue to it, it was very refreshing. I love that they garnish it with a lavender. The espresso martini was made with Don Julio Reposado, and had real fresh espresso as per the menu. It was good but a bit strong too! We had asked for an extra shot of espresso on the side just as a pick me up. But our server told us that it comes cold, which is odd because the menu literally says freshly brewed espresso in the cocktail description. It was fine though, we still enjoyed the drinks. Overall, our experience was nice! If you are ever in the Hialeah area, you should totally check this spot out. They also have bites you can order but we were full from dinner and didn't get a chance to try anything. Definitely have to come back to try some more cocktails and grab some bites!

I politely mentioned to recommend us another drinks options he just shrugged and said "we don't have that" Not offer another choice or an apology. The drinks were mediocre at best, but his attitude made it worse. He ignored us most of the night and acted annoyed every time we ordered. Zero professionalism. The place has a great vibe but with service like this, is not worth to spend almost $200 dollars there for few drinks. I don't remember his name but he was tall, Latin and maybe from Colombia. The first location in the River is better imo because the location is bigger, there is plenty more seating than the Grove location. Although, I still enjoyed my time at this location as well. Sooo how it works is that you go inside and pick a bottle of wine from the fridges. You can also order by the glass if you aren't a big drinker or if you want to try different wines. The bottles are moderately priced depending on your selection. We chose an orange wine and it was nice, very refreshing, you can really get that citrus essence with every sip. Another thing that they have is that you can pick different cheeses and meats and they will build you a charcuterie board. I love this because it is all based on your selection, nothing will go to waste. They also have food you can order. A lot of people love the nuggets with caviar. I think they are decent imo but I'm not like in love with them. Parking can be a bit annoying... If there isn't street parking, you can also park in the garage. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The only thing that was a hassle was getting a table. We had to wait a bit in order for a table to become available. Overall, this spot is a very cozy place to hang and mingle with friends.

As others have stated, Magie is good in concept and we'll likely return here, but with just a bit…read moremore effort on their part this wine bar could be so much better IMO. Unlike some other reviewers that scoffed at the prices of the wine, that didn't bother me so much. We had a bottle here that cost $55 and it retails for about $28; I was OK with that, as all restaurants and wine bars have a markup above retail, and even when you go to spots like Happy Wine or El Carajo and pick out a bottle to drink while in their shop, they charge a corkage fee for that. What I did have a problem with is that, after the "service charge" and other fees were added on, our $55 bottle rang up to more than $73 in total, which was ludicrous. When we first arrived at Magie we were met by a young guy who pointed out the bottles and where the various charcuterie items are located in the coolers, and we were then pretty much left on our own. We really just wanted a glass of wine each, but unlike places like Vinoteca, here at Magie they had a very limited selection of wines by the glass, and the ones available all seemed to come in single-serve cans. We picked out a bottle to share, went to the register, paid and the guy opened it and handed us 2 glasses. When I returned to get napkins, the guy just motioned to where the napkins were so I could grab my own (after moving a delivery cart out of the way by myself so I could reach them). Again, though this place includes an automatic "service charge", we received zero actual "service" unless one considers the 45 seconds it takes to uncork our bottle and charge us for the purchase. We had a seat, had a glass of wine each and then re-corked our bottle of wine and took it with us. Overall I think Magie is a great concept with lots of potential. The inside seating area is interestingly decorated and outfitted with lots of eclectic furniture and items on the walls, and the relatively large patio seating out front with tables for 2 to 8 people is shielded from the adjacent street/traffic and shaded by lots of trees and greenery. The ambiance overall is really very nice. The service, however, was non-existent, especially considering the automatic charge for that, and while prices of at least some wines aren't terribly out of line, the fact that all the service charges, taxes and fees added $20 to the cost of our bottle was a bit of a shocker. Magie should consider adding more wines by the glass IMO. Not just subpar quality single-serve cans, but decent wines, poured from a proper bottle with a topper that preserves the wine between pours like most every quality wine bar commonly offers. Lastly, while I don't think anyone expects linen napkins and white glove service, the paper plates and plastic cutlery customers are given to eat with are a bit off vs. what this place appears to be trying to be and the prices charged. The "F*ck Brunch" positioning statement on the back of the staffs' shirts was an interesting touch.
