Galentine's night to remember! Service and ambiance is 5 stars however some dishes are hit or miss. The apps are amazing! The ahi tuna, burrata, Brussels sprouts wow! Steer clear of the pasta - the gnocchi with butternut squash was disappointing. How do you just have a watery puree and not add pieces or stuff the gnocchi with it? The short rib risotto was too salty. Also looked too watery. Salads looked good but I didn't try them. Wines - Blanc the Blanc and the Red blend are a must! Caramel Macchiato brownie is to die for and not overly sweet or oily just perfect! Wish is was on the regular menu. Run to get it before the weekend is over! ;)

Always great food and service. The decor is very elegant. They have a great wine club membership. However, although the staff is friendly and attentive, it is extremely slow and even a lunch or dinner will take over two hours. Parking is a hassle. However, they offer valet parking.

Always loved Coopers Hawk and their wine bar and store front a dining areas but this experience overall was underwhelming and disappointing. We love the sweet chili calamari as it's my favorite dish and it never disappoints. My son's first time trying it based on my recommendation and he loved it as well. Service was lacking at this location as it was a late Friday afternoon and it was not as busy but service was slow for what ever reason. It took some time for our appetizer to arrive. Our waitress was hardly anywhere to be found. We had to remind our waitress for the check twice and for water refill twice. She seems little overwhelmed when it was not as busy as it usually can be at the restaurant in general. We ordered the mahi mahi blacken sandwich and as you can see in my photos it was lacking. The lemon is placed for comparison on the small size of the mahi mahi served which is disappointing. Granted it was two pieces but even when putting the 2 small fillets side by side, it barely made up the size of the bun! Always loved Coopers Hawk but this location was lacking and disappointing for me this time!

Busy restaurant so definitely make reservations before stopping by. With that said, we were sat down almost immediately when we arrived and our waiter came over with pretzel bread and water. This restaurant has the dining space divided into multiple areas so it doesn't feel over crowded. It's always a must to sample some wine before getting a bottle or a glass! After that we ordered the chicken giardinera which is a fav! For dessert we tried the new dessert of the month Milk Chocolate & Whipped Mascarpone Bombardino which was really good. I did find the milk chocolate base to be overwhelming and too sweet. I scraped up a little bit of that stuff to go with the Marscapone and the cunchy topping. The top portion was the best for me. They have a great tasting area with a large bar at the entrance. It's very inviting to get some pre- or post dinner tastings. Of course if you snag a spot. lol

Last night we came here for my wife's bday. We shared Dana's chicken, which to date has never failed us. Flavors are amazing, and the plate is big enough to share. The server was kind and funny. The place was extremely busy this Saturday night, but understandable as this place rocks!

Wine is one of the best ways to close out Sunday Funday, and this weekend, my lady friend and I did so at the Cooper's Hawk in Doral. I've become a fan of this chain thanks to her introduction and we are members of the wine club. This membership also gives you complementary meals on your birthday as well as surprise specials. We of course, started with the wine tasting! She had her dry wines and myself the sweet ones compared to the last one we went in August. This was actually a much better selection. The dry ones were dry enough that I was making faces :) Jefferson, the bartender, was helpful and education on the different types of wines. Once we went to the dining room, we had the pleasure of being served by William, who was also very pleasant. We started by sharing their chicken potstickers ( I love the teriyaki sauce) while she enjoyed the usual Chicken Caesar Salad. Myself, of course ordered the spaghetti and meatball dish with extra pasta sauce. The dish was well prepared, the meatball juicy and the pasta sauce, robust. We also had an extended birthday dessert to celebrate with. The space is very inviting and the lighting just right for a fun dinner. They also have sell wine related clothing and decorations.

Great location for a date day/evening, brunch with the girls or gathering with the family. We joined the Wine Club member that includes 1 free wine partying, 1 bottle to be enjoyed at restaurant or to go and discounts. Each month they offer new wine selection for tasting. They offer tasking in 3 options. Sweet, variety and lux, We great selection of food. We were pretty hungry. So we ordered potstickers as appetizer. We received complimentary bread. Which it was delish! I always order the chicken Caesar salad. The dressing is so yummy and rich flavor. My gentleman friend ordered spaghetti with meatballs. He requested an additional side of tomato sauce. Which was very good! Our meal did not disappoint! As a club member you are given a free desert on your birthday . So although it was a month ago . We enjoyed a nice little desert with a candle! Our waiter William was excellent , friendly and attentive. Jefferson at the wine tasting was friendly too! My gentleman friend purchased for me my new favorite sweater "wine girl" it's so cute and comfy!!! I'll be using it as much as possible this Winter!!! The restaurant has items to purchase that even non wine lovers wanna snag something! Dan So like mentioned great spot for any gathering ... day or night... great ambiance, food selection and taste and service. I do recommend to make reservations. Especially on high peak days and evenings. The Doral location offer valet at a discounted price when you din in the restaurant.

First time to this CH location and we were blown away by the friendly atmosphere. As soon as we walked in through the door we were greeted. It was a Tuesday night and it was hoping. A large majority of the people there were for the CH 20th Anniversary cruise. The Doral team was staffed and ready. Our server Amanda was especially awesome! She was so attentive and knowledgeable. We split the prime beef sandwich as we weren't very hungry and it was perfect! Well done CH Doral!

My friend has the wine membership and has invited me to wine tasting a few times at this location. Of all the times I've gone, Nathalia gave exceptional service and was very nice. I love that the wine tasting provides different options and you're not limited to just the ones listed on the menu. There was an interesting sweet wine that had Tabasco in it, this wasn't on the menu but it was awesome to try it. I tried some food before and everything was delicious. Parking is very limited during busy hours.

I've been to another Cooper's hawk and really enjoyed the wine and food. This coopers hawk was also very good. We enjoyed the wines and the food. The filet mignon was good and so was the bacon. I like that you can customize your wine flight. I've had the chocolate and wine pairing at the other location and it was very good. So I took a box of chocolate home. The chocolate alone without the pairing of wine wasn't as good. Also when you buy the pairing you get wine and chocolate vs when you buy the chocolate alone it cost about $30 for 6 chocolates, the chocolate and wine seem like a better deal to me. My favorite wines are the sparkling wines.

The ambiance, food, and atmosphere is great! The waitress was very attentive always checking in on our party of 10! The wine was great as well! Definitely recommend it !

Anyone have experience with the wine tasting post-COVID? I'm looking to go tomorrow. I see it's limited to 45 minutes per group. Anything else to know?

We went last weekend. It's much better now that they require appointments. Less people at the bar and they can really take time and talk to you about the wines, if you're interested. I hope they keep it this way.

    How is parking?

It is quite a shame that such a nice restaurant has horrible parking. We got there and it was pouring rain. The valet told us to park up front in the only space available. He forgot to mention that it was VIP parking for $25. No where are the… Read more

Everything is organized by region and the prices vary so you can easily find something that fits your taste and budget. Every staff member we encountered was fantastic, and everything we ate and drank was just as good. We started with a red Pinot noir bottle we loved so much that we ended up ordering three more for the table. For food, we ordered several dishes to share: The Marinated Olives which i didn't try these because I'm not an olive person. The Bacon Wrapped Plantains which was such a unique combo, and surprisingly delicious. The Local Burrata which was absolutely delicious. I've never met a pan con burrata I didn't like. The Manchego Croquetas were my absolutely favorite. manchego is one of my favorite cheeses, so I already knew I'd love this. Perfectly balanced, not greasy at all, crispy on the outside, melty and creamy on the inside. The honey sauce on the side was the perfect touch. We also got the Steak Frites & Chicken to share which was super tender, flavorful, and the fries were perfectly crispy, just how I love them. They were out of the yuca bravas, so we couldn't try these but they sound phenomenal. And we couldn't chose what desssert we wanted so we went with all three. The flourless chocolate cake with icecream, the key like tres leche and the guava tiramisu. Alll delicious !! And lastly , i have to highlight Thalia, our server. She was exceptional! Truly a five-star experience for our first visit. She handled our group of eight with ease, was always on top of refills without us having to ask, knew the menu inside and out, and gave amazing recommendations. She made the whole night even better. Can't wait to come back especially for lunch since she mentioned they have great lunch specials. This spot is definitely a new favorite,

I've been visiting a lot recently, and even joined their wine club which offers two curated wines a month. As soon as we sat down, I politely asked if we could be moved. The manager then told me that I had booked bar seating, which is simply not true. Why would anyone reserve bar seating a month in advance for Valentine's Day? I checked my reservation confirmation myself and it never stated that, and I even tried making another reservation to verify ..bar seating wasn't even an option. He told us he would "see what he could do," and we were left waiting at the bar with no water, no menus, no service, and no communication whatsoever. Meanwhile, we watched multiple couples get seated at proper tables back-to-back. At one point, we even overheard another couple say their reservation was at the same time as ours, and they were seated at a table immediately. When I tried to politely ask for an update, the manager or owner completely ignored me. No acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. I was honestly in shock at how disrespectful and dismissive they were. We ended up getting up and leaving because of how uncomfortable and disrespected we felt. Valentine's Day is supposed to be special, and this restaurant completely ruined that experience.
