This will be the last time we order from this place. I have ordered from here many times and each time it just gets worse. They do not represent real Colombian fast food. I ordered a Maicito with chicken. The chicken was not grilled as it should be but shredded and dry. The corn was under cooked and the cheese... well let's say they sprinkled some cheese. This dish is known for its cheese pull and there was none here. It was so underwhelming that not even the sauces made it better. My husband had a steak platter that was just ok. It would be nice that they add an arepa with it but it just comes with fries and coleslaw. It's funny I've never seen coleslaw in any restaurant in Colombia. Decided to give this place a try during the day and I gotta say their customer service has improved! My son and I were the only ones there, they had Ninja Warrior & Animal Planet playing on the flat screens which my son enjoyed a lot. Food was delicious and fresh! It was a very clean restaurant, however the food and service was average at best. There wasn't anything special about the quesadilla and the server was a bit rude. He just asked us what we were getting when he got to the table, not even hello. The food did come out super fast though, so if you're in a rush maybe it's a good place to go but don't expect anything amazing from the food. read more

Got a beef burger with fries, fried yellow potatoes, and cheese filled corn cake with all 3 sauces, green, pink, and pineapple. A good amount of food. Trash. Everything was so bland. The very nice guy called LUIS, answer the phone and he asked me if I wanted to order over the phone, I said yes and I place my order since I was on my way there anyway. As soon as I got there I entered to the wrong door but then someone told me you have to go to the pick up door. I went to the door and I picked up my order which was ready in less than 20 minutes. I pay which I think the amount was reasonable for the Quality of the food and taste. The lady on the cashier wasn't that nice but she wasn't disrespectful either. I visited los verdes close to me with my family. We were a party of 5 in total. The waiter was nice and patient with us. The restaurant has a relaxing feel to it, the only thing is bring a jacket! Anytime I come it is freezing! Appetizers: We ordered the cheese empanadas( 10/10 crunchy and delicious), quail eggs with the pink sauce(delicious & my favorite), papa criolla(nice and crunchy but soft on the inside, I recommend you try it with the pink sauce)and cheese sticks (unfortunately they forgot to put in the order so we never got them). Meal: My boyfriend and I shared the mixed parilla. We only shared it because we had quite a bit of appetizers haha. The parilla itself was very good. I would recommend to get only the steak one if you are a steak lover. It seemed as though the mixed parilla we got had about 80% chicken and 20% steak. Which is upsetting because the steak was actually delicious! My little brother had the burger and finished every last bit, and ofcourse didn't let me try it haha. My dad had the patacón with shredded beef in it, I'm not a patacón girl so I didn't try it but he said it was very good. Prices are decent, and they are open till late!
