Came to the new location for an event and everything was awesome! The staff were working hard for such a large crowd and you could tell they had their act together. People were coming around asking how everything turned out and everyone was really attentive. The place has a nice look to it. I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and the sweet potato tots. I waited a little bit due to the large crowd, but the wait was worth it. The chicken sandwich was yummy but the tater tots.... Now those were AWESOME. This place is so yummy! Planned to have a dinner with my younger sister (love ya babygirl..she's a Yelper to!) She decided we should come here and satisfy my tostones cravings (she knows me so well). I had never been to this location before and before you know it,it got seriously packed,. Guess location is truly everything! I got lucky as I got parking in the front of this eatery in this small plaza. This Pinecrest location I noticed had alot of family and young teenagers hanging out and enjoying the food. It's smaller then other locations but their quick and friendly. I wasn't in the mood for red meat today so I opted for the tostone chicken. It was freaking so perfect and left me satisfied without that overly stuffed feeling. The tostones were a perfect size,not thick but not so thin either (I worry some times that it might scratch the roof of my mouth when to thick and fried to much). They were lightly salted and inbetween placed a huge peice of juicy chicken breast with that sauce..ahh that sauce. My sister went with a fresco steak bowl and heavy on the sauce. She says its her favorite dish off the whole menu! Dinner went so well and even though I was tempted for fries as they are my preferred side or heck even meal(lol) I decided it was best to skip. On my next visit I promise to go all out and order their cajun fries which I hear comes with grilled onions and again some great sauce! Never disappointed by their food. I always go for the toston burger which is phenomenal!! My favorite thing on their menu by far. Today, my family and I tried their fried chicken sandwich which they have been promoting. It was very good. My reason behind the 4 stars is their customer service. The girl at the register was just so blah. I ordered online for pickup at 12pm and didn't get my food till 12:15pm. I asked for an extra dipping sauce and she said I had to pay extra for it - meh that sucks! After paying $55 for lunch. Since I had left my left purse in the car, I was like forget it. The only thing I wish; there needs to be a way to order online for pick up instead of having to call in. My friend is vegan and I don't eat meat so we obviously always get a veggie pattie instead. Combined review. My first visit was a 5. Stellar service, food and tasty brew! So much so that I raved about the place and went back the same weekend. Food was still ok on the burger side, but overall the sides and service were not comparable to the first visit at this spot. Fast forward a month or so. Ended up back on a weeknight and found my same perfect work crew and food- even early enough for a happy hour! So their food is always good. But if you want the staff that make it that much better, and have some good tunes while you eat, make sure you are there weeknights instead of weekends. I am so terribly sorry to write this review. I'm all for supporting small business but I also want to enjoy my food. I usually eat at the one in kendall but the wait time was 3 hours and pricing on website kept changing. I understand this was a promotion for 420 burgers but I will never be back to this location due to the quality of the food. The burgers were burnt and we didn't ask for well done. We were really looking forward to some good food and we were terribly disappointed. We are also struggling during this time without working and unfortunately threw away most of the food. I love this place!!! I have been to most of the Pincho Factory's around Miami and I have yet to ever leave unhappy and not completely full and satisfied! You can change any burger and get it the way you want (ie add fried cheese and bacon or quesadilla on burger or substitute quesadilla for bun)! Its a fun place with very friendly and engaged staff. I've stalked Pincho Factory online for quite a while, particularly because their pics pop up on my Facebook feed as a good friend of mine is a regular. It's quite mouth watering to have a Pincho Factory pic shoved in your face and like the supermodel of photogenic burgers that it is, there is no bad angle for this burger! I dropped into the Kendall/Pinecrest location off US-1. Friendly service, clean establishment and plenty of seating. My husband and I stayed on the beaten path and ordered regular burgers with loaded fries. Outstanding! The cherry on top so to speak was that we paid around $6.95 per burger, a STEAL in South Florida. Win! Burgers were perfectly cooked, nice bread pairing and the fries disappeared within minutes. The friendly staff came by several times to ask if we needed anything at all. The cooks were also excellent, busily crafting burgers as you could see them in the open kitchen. I will MOST definitely be back to Pincho Factory, this time to go off the beaten path and have some of their more unconventional items, which look very promising. Btw, as a side note--the decor is absolutely beautiful for a burger place. They have captured that casual, modern, rustic elegance that is so very..... Pinteresty. I don't only write reviews, I make up new words too. Beautiful wood pallet walls are a back drop to banquette seating and ceramic wood tile floors fill the space. Nice touches are everywhere..... Outrageously bad experience today with my delivery order! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE! According to the Pincho employee, they use Postmates and that driver decided today that my order was not important or convenient enough to deliver because it was at a school. This means that once he took my order from Pincho Factory he was able to cancel it and drive off with my food!! All I got was an email after my delivery time came and went! THIS IS ABSURD AND UNACCEPTABLE. I am a teacher, that being said, we are not at liberty to drive out and pick up food. So, delivery is extremely important for us. ALSO, I have a classroom full of students who do not need to be put on hold while I listen to the ridiculous amount of excuses for an order I have already paid for and expected!! Today, I don't get to eat lunch. Wow! Pincho Factory has completely lost me as a customer. Maybe if they stop using Postmates, I'll think about trying this again. read more

I ordered the veggie patty (beans on beans on beans) and instead of the bun, I wanted to try the tostones. It was good but I'll definitely try something else next time. My abuela, however, had a GREAT meal with the rice bowl, shrimp, and chopped salad (tomatoes and cucumbers). I tried it and it was definitely great! Overall a great place to get a quick bite that is delicious. The tostones are made to perfection and they have some great sauces and pico de gallo as ad-ons. A friend recommend this place and I thought Pincho ? Awesome, food on a stick. Not what I thought, more traditional burgers with a few updates on the bun and also on the toppings. I definitely enjoyed the sweet potatoes hash browns, those were great. But the price on them, not so much, $5 for a small portion of them. When you think of 5 Guys, MOOYAH, and a few other popular burger joints, this is a little more. I've come twice and can't say I've been disappointed. The burgers are good, and like I said if you don't want a bun, get it with a tostone ( friend plaintain). You also have the option of getting an egg on it to make it even better. Fries are good, nothing over the top. Fountain drink is just as good. Will come again eventually read more
