I typically enjoy a Pincho factory, but today was just an all-around bad experience at this location. It was quite clear that there was no manager on site. The tables were dirty, the floors were wet, the used trays full of leftovers were stacked up on top of the trashcan, and there were no napkins anywhere (I had to walk down to Papa John's to get a few napkins). There were plenty of employees, and we were the only people eating in, so this wasn't an issue of the dining room being a mess because of a massive rush. I ordered my burger medium well, and it came out almost raw. My friends' burgers seemed slapped together as well, like they were just trying to get our order through. Few places are able to get burger temperature and presentation right, but the expectation is that when you're paying a premium price for a burger, that you will get a premium burger. I don't blame the employees, they were working as hard as I would if there was no one there to manage me. read more

It weighs on me to give 3 stars because I wanted to love this place and have been dying to go since it opened. I hope since they are still new that they improve. They were out of hot dogs and still no liquor license to serve me up their draft beer as advertised. There were no open tables but an older couple were hogging an extra table for two with their belongings so I politely commandeered it. The staff should have done that for me. The shrimp pincho was well seasoned but they came out luke warm. The Croquetesa special burger had great tasting ingredients but for $10 I was expecting a bigger patty - it was as thin as I was back in high school before Fuddruckers opened across from school and we were chowing down one pounders on the regular. The sweet potato tots with apple butter were amazing but also on the luke warm side. I'll come back but come on guys. Finally got to try Pincho Factory and I'm soo glad I did! They added this location in a semi empty shopping strip but its now starting to fill up thanks to Pincho! I visited with my boyfriend for lunch, both of our first times. The place is verrryyyyy small but layout is great and the ambiance is nice and casual. The staff welcomes you upon entering and they were very patient and helpful while we were choosing. I went with a Steak Mediterranean Pita Wrap and my boyfriend had a Fritanga hot dog plus sweet potato tots to split with their amazing apple butter. They have burgers, hot dogs, and pinchos, and they offer custom entrees where you choose salad, rice bowl, or pita wrap and then chicken, steak or shrimp, and they have about 6 or so different "styles" to make your meal. Theres always lots of variety here due to that. They give you a number and you sit and wait for them to bring the food to you. When the food got to us we were in awe at the portions and how delicious it all looked. Presentation was great and when we bit in the flavors did not disappoint. I'm not sure how they do it but I can tell how fresh and delicious their food is by the way I felt at the end! Deliciously full with no issues. My stomach knows when something is too seasoned or processed so I know Pincho is doing it right! Some of the yummiest food I've had in a long long time. I definitely recommend those tots! The prices are average and the portions really make it worth it. They have so many options in food, I can't wait to return. I went yesterday to the Pincho Factory in Pinecrest. It was my first time ever at this restaurant. To begin with the local in Pinecrest its quite small. If you go in rush time you will be standing. So you might want to get it to go. The place is amazing as far as service and quality of food. I had the Toston Burger and it tastes great. My wife had the Toston Burger, she said it was alright, that my Burger was better. We also had the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Fries, great fries let me tell you. This place is fire as hell. I love Pincho factory, so I was very excited when I saw that one was opening just 1 mile from my house. To my wife's embarrassment, I even checked to see how the progress was coming upwards or 3 times since the sign went up. So I was very disappointed on my first trip to the Pinecrest location. We waited over an hour for a to go order of 3 burgers, fries and tots. It was very disappointing. However, Sandy, the franchise owner, was very apologetic and asked us to come back for a 2nd shot. The second trip to Pincho went much better. It was very crowded, so you have to be accepting of waiting a little bit for a table. The staff was nice and friendly. I ordered the Cartel Burger. It is delicious. Brioche bun, Mango sauce, pink sauce, fried onions, bacon, cheese, all go together perfectly. The first time around I got it on the tostone, and it was also a good choice. My son and wife each got the pincho burger and were very happy. My daughter is Gluten-Free, so pincho is great because she can have the tostone burger which uses fried plantains instead of a bun. The Cartel burger is my favorite, but the sweet potato tots are a close second place. They are so good. Next time I think I'll try the Buffalo Chicken sandwich or the Black and Blue burger, they both sound really good. Also I'm really hoping they get the approval to sell beer and wine. read more

I'd been anxiously waiting for the day the Pinecrest location would open, and I'm ambivalent. I waited 25 minutes for one toston burger to go. I understand that it's early on so it was packed, but there was also no waiting area. The floor design was poor...they should've paid me for being the one to direct people to the end of the ordering line. Also, I was prompted to download the app from the promotions team but when I tried to use the $2 credit they gave everyone, the cashier had no idea how to use it, and the other employee (appeared to be a manager) very rudely dismissed the app. It seems to me that if an eatery is going to push a platform, everyone be informed about how it is used. What the manager ended up telling the cashier to tell me was "the more money you spend, the more goes back into your account." Yeah...idk what that means either, and neither did the cashier. I can't begin to express how happy I was once Pincho Factory opened in Pinecrest. It was added to our arsenal of lunch time restaurants to enjoy. I've been to this location a couple of time already. The last time I was there I brought my entire team to eat lunch and celebrate a job well done! How do you feed a bunch of grown men and keep them happy? With the mother of all burger and pincho joints in Pinecrest, Pincho of course. We were 11 in total and strolled in about 11:30, which was great because we took up about 1/3 of the seating. It's not a huge place but does well to accommodate seating. The cashier was super friendly and took the time to offer the monthly special to every one and make suggestions to most of who were first timers to Pincho. Our order came out fairly soon, some of the sides were mixed up but the server did a great job of sorting it out. Customer service was very attentive. I think between the 11 of us we ordered a good variety of what was on the menu between salads to burgers and pinchos and a variety of sides that had us passing plates up and down to taste it all. They were in heaven and by the time lunch was over they were anticipating a food coma once we got back to the office. I also want to make a comment on how affordable this place is. While its easy to make a good $14 burger, it takes talent to make a great burger for about $8 depending on what you get. Pincho would normally get a consistent and exuberant 5 stars from me. The only reason I've giving 4 starts is because during Covid one of the cooks was wearing his mask on his chin and mouth only...leaving his nose exposed. Otherwise the experience was amazing as usual. The staff was friendly and well organized. All of my extra sauces were in the bag!!!...something sooo many places struggle with. When I picked up my food it was ready but had not been sitting there...very hot and fresh! AND they didn't close the fry container allowing them to vent their steam...nothing worse than soggy wet fries. I'm sure they will address the mask compliance issue which will keep me going back. The beef patties are nicely seasoned, cooked well done, and is advertised as 100% humanely raised and antibiotic/hormone free. My favorite thing to get is the Tostone Burger- with the burger patty in between to pieces of tostones, the Pincho Burger is really good too and the burger buns are really soft and perfect for the burger and its toppings. I have yet to try the burger with the fried cheese, but I definitely will soon. Usually they have some insanely innovative burger creation on special for the month, so look out for that. Today, they forgot to include the queso Frito I ordered with my bowl. The manager on duty who is a young black male, with tattoos. Sounds like anybody, right? No, not really, go in the restaurant and find the kindest human being there. You'll know who I'm talking about. While waiting for our food, the restaurant suddenly got busy. We've always loved Pincho and have been wanting to support our favorite businesses during this time so a few nights back we ordered with Ubereats and the driver called us that the order never made it to the restaurant. After the second time asking why it was taking that long they gave us a ridiculous answer that because they changed shifts they kind of misplaced our order.
