There's no doubt that I'm a HUGE fan of Pincho Factory! I was happy to see this location in Pinecrest. Finally stopped at this location with co-worker who was visiting from outside the US -- I thought this was the most perfect "Miami" place in the area to take him to. It was a weekday during lunchtime so it was busy, and beware, this place is tight! But we were able to place our order rather quickly and fortunately, we were able to snag a table as well. When our food came out - YUM - definitely lives up to the Pincho name. I had my usual amazing caesar chicken pita wrap (add papitas!) and wow, it was absolutely perfect. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the pita wrap was so warm, the papitas and croutons gave the perfect amount of crunch...mindblowingly good. My coworker had the Pincho burger and the bacon ranch fries and he too was incredibly happy with his meal. I've had this restaurant bookmarked for quite a while and although the Pembroke Pines location is fairly close to my house I kept missing out. I just discovered this location in Pinecrest and today finally had a chance to visit during my work break. Its in the inner corner of a nice plaza off of busy US-1. Easy to get to and found parking right away. No line or wait at all. I orderes the special of the week (or month can't remember) which was the vaca frita tostone. I also ordered a side of cajun fries. My friend ordered the famous tostone burger. Food came out pretty fast and restaurant itself is very cute and clean. The vaca frita tostone was ok. I really really wanted to love it, considering it has two of my favorites foods in one, but I wasn't impressed. The vaca frita lacked some flavor and the burger itself was very messy to eat. I resorted to eating it with a fork and knife yet still made a mess. The cajun fries were also ok, a little disappointed that I wasn't told they were covered in some type of sauce and carmelized onions. They were not horrible but I would have much preferred the sauce on the side. I was expecting regular fries with just a cajun seasoning on top. Overall not as impressed as I was hoping, but I would absolutely love to give this place another try. Not giving up just yet! read more

I am sorry but Pincho Factory is 3 stars for me. I ordered the vaca frita tostone and it was ok; small and difficult to eat. The vaca frita had a lot of flavor but the tostone was greasy and hard. My husband ordered the single steak pincho and although it was tasty it was small and $7 with no sides. The sweet tots were pretty good. Originally i went to the location on kendall and 122 first off terrible impression the floor was dirty sticky just gross.. it was pretty empty no music on and not even a welcome so decided to get in my car and come to this location on pinecrest and me and my kids loved it super clean welcoming and nice ambience.. the girl at the register was quick and friendly the cooks looked nice and served us fairly quickly. We ended up getting the regular pincho burger and we added a fried egg in one and they were delicious!! Cooked perfect everything about it was fresh and yummy! The music was good the ambience super chill i love the decor and Simpson's playing on the tvs ha total chill night. Ive been going to pincho Factory for a while now and they never fail to disappoint!! Amazing food and wonderful staff. I went recently on Thursday and it was ridiculously packed, with only one girl (Maria) handing out all the orders. I must say she handled it like a boss! Although there were some rude customers that are entitled and failed to understand she was alone, I want to give a huge congrats for maintaining a positive attitude and a smile throughout the entire time :D Anyways love this place and I will keep coming back! It was 3 of us tonight. We ordered 2 tostone burgers, hotdog and a frita burger. My tostone burger came out 15 minutes after everyone and fries 5 minutes later. The employees catered to all of our annoying special requests with a genuine smile and came over more than once to check on us (but never in an intrusive way). I've been to different pincho locations before and even this one in the past, but my visit tonight really stuck out to me. The food was delicious as always but the customer service was out of this world! The dude who took our order was so dang friendly and personable and multiple other employees went out of their way to be super nice and check on us thru out our meal. My husband and I both commented to each other that we felt like the employees and customer service was amazing here. We decided we needed to stop and leave a glowing review when on our way out, every employee behind the counter stopped and acknowledged us, thanked us for dining there and told us to have a great night- with huge smiles on their faces and great attitudes/vibes. We get there and there was Latin music, the place was clean, and the employees were immediately very attentive. It's was fresh and delicious. We also order a side of fries and fries with cilantro and caramelized onions. Overall amazing!
