This location is clean, the seating area is spacious and the condiments stand is always full. Upon entering you can place your order on an iPad which I personally think helps with order accuracy. Then you get a number and have a seat. They bring your order to you and if you need anything else you can ask the server. The managers at this location also walk around asking about your experience and make sure expectations have been met. Really great fast food restaurant. All tables and chairs we looked at and tried to sit in were filthy and had a very thick sticky surface. The lady was very nice and quickly wiped everything before we sat down but it's just dirty towel water, no cleanser. We dried the table off with napkins and I put a one down to eat. It stuck to the table and was glued to where it ripped when I cleaned up. I have never had that happen to me before in a restaurant. The food is what you'd expect at a shake shack. The burgers are good quality but also a little pricey for the size. I usually need to eat fries or a shake with my burger to make it a filling meal. There are vegetarian options, but not vegan. The mushroom burger is a portobello layered with cheese and then deep fried. It's very good, but again, on the smaller size as far as burgers go. The shakes are made of custard. They taste great and are very thick. The food can take a while to make by fast casual standards and no one seems to be cleaning the tables regularly. I was a newbie to Shake Shack and as a burger lover, really looking forward to it. The venue is clean and cool. It has indoor and outdoor seating which looks nice for milder weather. Ordering was quite easy, done on an iPad. So, why the two stars? The cheeseburger I ordered was good. I liked that the bun is also put on the griddle. However, it was pretty small in size. The crinkly cheese fries were not very good. At first glance they looked like they had barely any cheese. I took it up to the counter and they did promptly give me a small dipping cup with cheese. When I dug in , I realized that all the original cheese had just dripped to the bottom of the fries carton. Not their fault, but not great. Also the fries just weren't good. They tasted like the crinkly fries I make at home in the oven. I found everything to be quite overpriced given the portion sides and moderate quality. This location is pretty much staffed by young folks. Everything seems to get done and it is clean but I wouldn't say they focus on customer service. This visit is our second time and it was very quick as it was a curbside pick-up due to the current COVID situation. We placed our order via app. I must say that it was easy, the app is very user friendly. Our order was ready in no time in about 15 minutes which is wild because before the pandemic, there was always a line of people waiting for their orders. RESTAURANT: This was our second visit. Again, due to the pandemic, the dining area was not available. Inside, the restaurant have that open concept, with plenty of seating and minimal decor. The glass walls brings in a lot of natural lighting. There are tvs all over and plenty of seating outdoors for parties of all sizes. Today, the parking was empty. It also accommodates the curbside pick-up by posting signage and numbers to help guide the customers on where to park. SERVICE: What I noticed on our first visit is that this place employs a lot of young people. They had a very relaxed workplace vibe. During this visit however, we were only able to briefly interact with two staff members for the curbside pick up and they were ok. FOOD: After a tae kwon do class, my son was super hungry. We stopped by the Farmer's Market and right next door was Shake Shack where our food was waiting for us. We ordered a shack burger with cheese, hot dog and cheese fries with bacon. Since we can't consume the food at the premises, we had a long drive home, but despite that the veggies on the burgers were still fresh and crisp. It's a bit small and my son was able to consume it all without sharing! The hotdog had the texture of a hotdog that's been sitting on the griddle for some time. It was good but not as juicy as I expected. The fries was golden brown but again, the portion was on a bit on the small side. They packaged the cheese and the bacon on a separate container which I can appreciate because it did not make a mess. The entire meal was packaged as such that I believed that my meal had very minimum human contact. Overall, the food is good and quick. I was so excited to find out that they had a real veggie burger, not just the breaded mushroom. My BF is vegetarian and does not like 6 because of that, we never went. I ordered the avocado burger, fries, and a malted vanilla shake. The burger was just ok. I found it a bit salty. We've passed by Shake Shack so many times and every time we pass by I always say we should try this place. Well today we made a point of trying it out. Plenty of seating, the kiosk for ordering was user friendly and they have lots of choice for eating (burger, chicken, hot dog and mushroom) and the restaurant is as clean. I ordered the bacon cheese burger and a side of fries. The food is made as you order it so that's a big plus. When the burger got to the table I was disappointed. It's seemed so much smaller than the picture and the presentation was subpar. However the burger did taste good and the bacon was cooked perfectly (crispy but still a little chewy). The fries were standard. The sever who brought us our food (Sabrina) was very pleasant and the manager seemed to be a very sweet and accommodating person. The greeter was polite and willing to answer any questions I had. The atmosphere was pleasant. Too bad that burger looked like a kids meal. read more

I've been a regular at this shake shack location for a few years now and let me tell you I had the best service yesterday! The lady at the register was so kind and patient with me and my sister. We had her newborn baby and a dog with us so things were hectic but she stayed calmed and got our order perfect!! She brought it out to us since we were sitting outside and got us everything we needed to enjoy our meal. I wish I could remember her name she had a gorgeous face and beautiful eyelashes. She made our experience so enjoyable. It was my sister's first time out since she gave birth and her first time at shake shack so it really stood out to us how well we were taken care of. As far as fast burgers they were delicious, hot and juicy. Love the options for gluten free. My sister was impressed and happy. You know I forget how delicious the burgers are at the Shake Shack! I was in Miami spending time with my grandma and she wanted a burger. I did everything to avoid all the fast food places she asked for and so happy I did! She kept on mentioning how delicious the burger was and how "different" the fries were. Y'all they're just crinkled fries lol and she's not used to them and was raving on how creative they were for making them that way! I also want to say that the workers there were so patient and attentive to my grandma who walks with a walker, can barely see and speaks very little English. They helped her find the restroom and were patient with her to wait while she passed through them while they were trying to get food out to people. I've been here a few times throughout the years, but had never left a review. I'm pretty torn. I've always considered Shake Shack to be a kicked up fast food place. Their burgers are good and they have a selection of other items. Their shakes are great and you can get a beer if you're in the mood. So food wise it's a solid five. The staff is friendly. The one thing I was disappointed on in my last visit is the push to have you order the food yourself in a kiosk I think it's a great option for people that prefer it, and if it gets really backed up. But to force everyone to do that, just makes the experience very impersonal, and limits the opportunity to ask questions about the menu. It's almost like they're dragging the whole restaurant down a category just to do that. So definitely a three in that regard. I would give it 3 1/2 stars if that was an option, but I rounded it up to four just because of the food. read more

I ordered for takeout, and the food was ready very quickly. While they have numbered parking spaces, you still have to get down to pick up your food. Another shake shack and this time it's by my house!!! Woo hoo!!! Came here because my son insisted on some chicken tenders after soccer. I hadn't tried this location yet so decided to give it a go. I got two burgers wrapped in lettuce, fries, and two chicken nuggets for my kids. The burgers were awesome. Tasty AND juicy. Very delicious. I wasn't sold on the chicken tenders though. They taste awesome but the breading falls apart from the chicken instantly which kind of makes it hard to eat. The service was great.
