Good ol' Wendy's. Reliable and satisfying. This location has been refurbished so it looks really nice. The staff is friendly and the place was clean (even the bathroom!). The waiting time was a little long, but not terrible. I was surprised they didn't have WiFi. The food was good and fresh. No stale fries, or skimping on the salad in the burger. Been to this Wendy's a couple of times using the drive thru. They have never messed up my order. However this time around I got my meal. I got a kids meal and two.. not one TWO ten piece chicken nugget value meals. With all these nuggets you would think "let me sauce it up, let me make sure she has enough dipping sauce". BEEP wrong. I asked the lady for mayo and honey mustard. Guess they don't carry mayo packets here. She handed me a small countainer with barely a spoon of mayo and ONE honey mustard. ReAlly? For 20 nuggets? This place was horrible. They don't provide full Service, did a mobile order and it said to head to the counter but the doors are locked. I had to get out of the car and speak with someone at the window who had no clue what was going on. This was after me calling them and no answer. I like gbe chicken nuggets because they taste like real chicken (not fake rubbery stuff). My father-in-law loves the fish sandwich. From the clean inside, to the quick drive-thru service, you really know how to nail the concept of fast-food! Never am I disappointed when I come and never is my order screwed up. I don't know what to think, service was pretty fast and friendly, but when I got to my mother's house with the apple pecan chicken salad (which, let me warn you in case you hate blue cheese like I do, that it DOES have blue cheese in it, and a good amount too), she could not stop gushing about how cheap it was...$3.20. Wait...that's not right, I thought. At that moment, she started scolding me for eating fried chicken, and that is when I realized I was given the wrong receipt as it itemized "fried chicken". The salad was $6 and change, and I certainly did not have fried chicken. I started wondering if the gentleman behind me in the drive-thru lane was instead charged for my food, but considering my parents live 5 miles away or so from this location and it was late at night, I was too lazy to turn around and drive back for $3. We just moved to the area and got worst service ever at this location. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line just to get to place the order then get greeted by attitude from a lady that very apparently didn't want to be there. We left and won't be back here. Went to Checkers 5 seconds away and got much better service. Absolutely horrible, bathrooms are disgusting, one drink machine doesn't work and the other one is so nasty you don't want to use it. Tables are a sticky mess, floors have food one them. BEWARE of this location! There is a lookout for the towing company conducting Unauthorized tows! Going to run some errands and grab lunch, while on your lunch break..think again! You can't park in the parking lot go to do a quick errand then grab lunch from Wendy's because the minute you step out of the car and away from Wendy's you WILL be towed, even if you have someone inside Wendy's getting your order! At this point even if I were to go to Wendy's first they will still tow you as long as you walk off the parking lot. To make matters worse, when the nearby store manager asked if the car was called in by someone from Wendy's the tow driver indicated it was the security guard who called it in, BUT according to the employees in Wendy's, it doesn't have a security guard. It's ridiculous that there's a lookout because its illegal, yet I still ended up paying to get my vehicle back. To make matters worse the gentleman was charging me the full rate of the tow and he had not left the parking lot. I was present when he was about to tow my car and he was going to drive off. I did contact the police but when they arrived on site they wouldn't do anything since there's a sign. This is insane! I was told either way I had to pay, now or at the towing lot and take it up in civil court. I understand we all need to make money somehow but this is ridiculous, it was not even 5 minutes that I was away from my car and instead of picking up 2 items from the dollar store and lunch from Wendy's, my entire lunch break was spent with me trying to get my car back from a tow driver. Sorry, but I'm never going back to this location, I can't afford to be towed because some tow company is playing GOD. Florida Law indicates that: The private property owner or his authorized agent must provide specific instructions to have a vehicle towed. Instead of consumers having their vehicles randomly towed at the discretion of a tow truck operator, Authorization for the towing of a vehicle is not justified solely by the posting of a sign or a contract between the towing operator and the property owner. Signature, date and time are required for a tow to be legal. read more

Tonight was the last straw for me as a customer for this particular location. I would rather sit in a line behind 20 cars than be the first in line for a bad experience! I had to scream my order into the intercom because the cashier kept interrupting me and getting the order incorrect. I ordered two medium spicy chicken sandwich meals. I asked that the sandwiches were made PLAIN with EXTRA PICKLES and the fruit punches had NO ICE and BBQ sauce on the side. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by the crew member. I gave her my card and it took awhile for me to get it back because she sat it on the ledge and went to speaking with someone that was dressed in regular clothing (maybe a manager). The possible manager then charged my card and handed it back with no greeting, no smile, nothing. I was given drinks FULL OF ICE, with juice running down the side. I politely reminded the young lady that I asked for no ice and she corrected it and wiped the cups off. After waiting at the window, while the three "employees" went from one register to another, saying nothing to me about my food nor my wait, one lady finally confirmed my order, bagged it and gave it to me. I had to ask for an extra bag and my BBQ sauces. I was so disgusted at the lack of professionalism that I drove off without checking my food. When I arrived home, which is not a far ride, I found spicy chicken sandwiches with mayo, pickles, lettuce and tomato! The fries were stale and the lettuce was welted and soggy! This was by far one of the most disappointing experiences I have encountered with any fast food restaurant and as a former manager of a fast food chain, I can say these employees need customer service, professionalism and food service training because they failed at the bare minimum, basic requirements! read more
