so happy to have found a great chinese restaurant in the area. good ambiance, very fresh, and generous portions. the broth was delicious, clean tasting with a deep flavor. the shortrib pieces in the soup were a bit chewier than I prefer, but everything else made up for it. they are super generous with the amount of meat and seafood in the lo mein noodles, and they were all perfectly cooked. the pork xiao long bao was my favorite thing - so flavorful and soft! definitely coming back. btw, to the guy who left a low review saying that soup dumplings are hard to mess up... please make your best attempt and report back! ;) read more

Another one bites the dust. Once again, I tried a place recommended by an influencer, and unfortunately, this one was a disappointment. The food here lacks so much flavor. The noodles may be freshly pulled and made in-house, but the dishes they're paired with do absolutely nothing to complement them. The Dan Dan noodles were especially disappointing--basically just noodles with a side of protein, and the presentation and execution were honestly embarrassing. The soup dumplings were probably the best thing I ordered, but that's also a dish that's pretty hard to mess up. The Kung Pao chicken was extremely bland and lacked the bold flavors you would expect from the dish. I've had better food from small hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurants that completely blow this place away. For all the hype surrounding it, I just don't see what the excitement is about, and I honestly don't see this place lasting very long. read more

We had spicy Dandan noodles with peanuts and a pile of minced beef, which kinda looked like a pile of dirt, but was extremely delicious. The noodles were chewy and fresh. I could've done more chili, but I have no complaints. I think the dish was great. We also had the chicken soup dumplings and they two were delicious biting off the caps sucking out the soup popping the rest of the hot dumpling into my mouth - just great. We look forward to trying more of the menu For a fast food, Chinese place I give this a 4.7. read more

Too good!!! Dumplings were soooo good! I can't wait to go back!! I mean come on, hand pulled noodles!?? How can you pass on that! Rare find around here. Don't be a chicken, go check it out. You won't regret it!! read more

Run, do not walk to this place! I am from LA and one of my favorite restaurants is Din Tai Fung. I have been on a HUNTING for a good dumpling spot and this one is such a great supplement. We got SO much food! Like an unreal amount, check out the photos. My favorite things were the cabbage and the general tso's chicken but honestly the whole spread was great. Service was top notch, our waitress was really great and super hospitable. The store feels a little new but we love that they have anime playing in the background. It feels like a quick service for sure! We can't wait to come back. 10/10 read more

Cashier and waiter were very nice and caring! They had cool movies playing and watching the chefs at work was a cool experience! They had my food coming out fast and ready! The crispy wontons was great by themselves but I think it was sweet and sour sauce made it even better! The noodle was really well made the meat was tender and flavorful! The noodles robust with flavor and springy. The broth was full of magnificent flavors coming together! Awesome place to grab some noodles read more

Stopped by Tastigo for takeout after a family recommendation, and I'm glad I did. Parking is limited behind the restaurant, but I was able to find a spot without much trouble. The restaurant wasn't busy when I arrived, and I was promptly greeted by the cashier and invited to the counter to place my order. I ordered the hand-pulled noodles with spicy boneless short rib soup and the hand-pulled noodles with sliced beef shank. Ordering was quick and easy, and the soups were packaged exceptionally well for takeout with no worries about spills. One of the highlights is watching the chefs make the hand-pulled noodles fresh in the open kitchen. The noodles are on the thinner side, which worked well with both flavorful broths. Both soups were delicious, with tender meats and satisfying flavors that held up well even after the trip home. The dining room has plenty of tables, making it a comfortable option for dining in as well. Based on this first visit, I'd definitely return the next time I'm in the area. read more

We ordered hand pulled noodles, soup dumplings and mapo tofu. The noodles were clearly the all star dish: delicious broth, springy noodles and great meat and veggies. Dumplings were very good as well. Mapo Tofu is very authentic and more of an acquired taste: very oily and very spicy, not for everyone. I would suggest ordering it with double rice. read more

This place is good! We went on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm glad we did. Parking was a little tight but there were spots in the lot available when we went on a Sunday afternoon. The place was pretty busy, we were a party of two and they made us sign in on an giant tablet and wait for a table to be available. Once seated, they brought us some water cups; these were a kind of ugly plastic, felt really cheap and were unpleasant to drink from. Would have rather had glass. The vibe was also a little hectic, a little loud and busy. Finally, we got to the food! Which was excellent. We got the popcorn chicken, which came with a lot of spicy peppers and had a good bite to them. It came with white rice and a small amount of broccoli. We also got the short rib soup. The broth looked like it would be thin (very light colored) but it tasted great and full. The only real vegetables were the bok choy, I would have appreciated if there was a little more, but there was plenty of short rib and noodles; I was very full by the end. Overall had a great experience, would definitely go back if we're in the area again. read more

Even Better the Second Time! This was my second visit since they opened, and the flavors have leveled up significantly. Everything tasted even better than I remembered: * Soup Dumplings: Absolute perfection. The broth-to-filling ratio was spot on. * Fried Rice: Deliciously seasoned and perfectly cooked. * Ramen: The stars of the show--incredibly fresh noodles and a rich, flavorful broth. Beyond the food, the service remains great. The staff is consistently attentive, and the food comes out fast. It's rare to find a spot that improves this much after the grand opening, but they are definitely doing everything right. Place is simple and tables are long so you might share with others not bad at all. read more

I was so excited to try this place and was reading Yelp reviews and looking at their entire Instagram. Well you walk in and they don't have working AC and they have a bunch of junk in the corners. You need a code to use the bathroom and the view is all traffic. They should figure some way to decorate the windows so guests could look at something pretty. Their parking lot should be converted into outdoor dining and build some grass walls and garden features so we have something nice to look at besides junk in the corners and traffic. There was no music and no beer or wine so maybe they could convert this to a BYOB? We ordered 2 soupy dumplings to get In and out since no AC. The dumplings don't have a thin or delicate wonton like wrapper and have a thick dough skin like a ravioli. Some had soup and some were over handled so the soup leaks onto the plate. Both the shrimp and pork dumpling and the pork dumplings both had the same problem of lacking soup inside of them. The dumplings are as big as golf balls so imagine shoving a big meatball into your mouth with no space to chew or breath because your mouth can't open any wider and it is full of a gigantic dumpling. When you can finally manage the gigantic dumpling in your mouth and you bite down if the dumpling does have the soup the soup squirts out of your mouth. I suggest making them smaller and more manageable... read more

THANK YOU Yelp... you did it again! Ya'll lead me in the right direction and did not fail me!! OMG... I'm rather speechless of how good this place is but instead I'm going to share how wonderful of an experience I had. First and foremost the service. The service was FANTASTIC! I immediately felt welcomed. My server (whom I'm going to assume is a manager or even the owner) was spectacular. He took his time to explain the menu in detail and even made suggestions on how to better eat the dumplings with a combo sauce! I had the Dan Dan Noodles, spring rolls and the shrimp/pork soup dumplings. Everything they make is fresh! And proof is in the pudding. WOW!!!!! I was all by myself and still managed to eat it all. I was FULL but I didn't care. This was about a week ago and I'm still thinking about my delicious meal. I told all my friends about TastiGo and I'm planning a trip next week with a good friend! I'm over the moon excited about coming back!!! read more

Wow! This is quite the upgrade to the corner of 27th and 27th. We went a few nights ago and it has a very casual vibe with communal tables. Oscar seated us right away and we had a clear shot to watch the noodles being made in the kitchen. We both had the short rib noodle soup and shared the shrimp and pork bao. I didn't catch the gentleman's name but thanks to the staff member who came by and gave us the recommended ratio for the sauces 80% vinegar sauce, 10% soy, 10% chili it was a perfect complement to the baos, 10 out of 10 would recommend! There was not a lot of meat on the short rib noodle soup but the broth and noodles were so good it wasn't an issue. I didn't finish mine and wasn't sure how good it would be the next day. Fast forward, it was divine. All in all, I'm so glad they're part of the grove now because I will absolutely be going back. Maybe tomorrow. It's so good. read more

Finding good or even decent Chinese food in Miami always proves to be difficult, but my Chinese friend who lives here had us come here since he's already been before and thinks it's decent enough to return to. We both got beef noodle soups and shrimp dumplings (they were out of pork and beef sadly). The flavors were all pretty good overall. Definitely a little bit pricier than usual, but I think they can get away with it based on flavor and scarcity. I actually really liked the dumplings, however I wish they gave us a bit more quantity in the soup and more meat in general. read more

Having recently moved in the area and being so close to this restaurant, I knew this spot was going to be a fast favorite with my family after our first visit. Knowing we were going to return multiple times, I decided to try a majority of this menu before writing my review to really capture how great the food is here: -Hand pulled chicken breast / sliced beef shank: very soft noodles! You can watch them being made from scratch through the open view kitchen window. Bonus: free noodle refills are available if you ask! -Pork soup dumplings: delicious! The quality of these soup dumplings is similar to others I've tried at other restaurants. -Crispy wonton: very delicious, so crispy on the outside with steaming hot and delicious meat on the inside -Orange chicken: this seems to be a very popular dish and rightfully so! The chicken is lightly breaded and the sauce is not overpowering. What impressed us is that there were orange peels included in the dish! The orange fragrant notes are very obvious in the dish and it's quite delicious -Stir-fried green beans: easily one of their best dishes, this is such a simple dish but the seasoning is perfect everytime we order and small pieces of meat are included! -Chicken fried rice: a favorite that always gets reordered, it's also a simple dish but the flavoring is quite savory -Chicken lo mein: same seasoning as the fried rice but with noodles, also tasty! -Mapo tofu: this is a very fragrant dish, plenty of tofu provided as pictured. I was given a heads up that the spice level of this is around a 5/10, but to me with low spice tolerance this was more of a 8/10 for me. This is still delicious nonetheless but since spice levels can't be adjusted with their dishes, I would rather try other dishes. What I would like to try but cannot with a low spice tolerance: spicy popcorn chicken. I was told the spice level of this dish can only be handled by customers who really enjoy spicy dishes, as this is seasoned with a type of spice that lingers in your mouth and cannot be quenched with water. The service is always friendly and quick, and since their opening earlier this year, we have seen numerous improvements to the space (including upgraded tables, chairs, cutlery and cups). We noticed a new beverage bar being set up so we're excited to see what's new and upcoming with their menu in the future! This restaurant is always booming with business, with rush hour seemingly always starting around 6pm. It's wonderful seeing so many customers stopping by for a visit because their food really is worth trying out at least once! read more

I must say, the wait was crazy long, I had to wait 35 mins to be sat because they were so busy but my server Omar was friendly and attentive and turned around my wait time. I'm happy they called me back after I had signed up on the waitlist, I was beginning to think they were so busy they forgot. I will start with the spicy wontons, Omar's recommendations , which were super authentic as I love chinese food, and don't get me started on the Ms. Piña, the cocktail was so Miami, I am coming back for another one. The vibe of the place was very Miami as well, Caribbean music playing , and people dancing on their tables as they ate. I must say I want more meat in my noodles but the portions were shareable for two. I want to say thank you to Omar and the TastiGo kitchen team, they were busy till the end and made us feel VIP the whole time. I will be back on a weekday, as Omar recommended, I know I will be craving some noodles next week. read more

Food was great! Loved the spicy wontons, crab Rangoons and the short rib soup. The hand pulled noodles were great! The orange chicken needed some more seasoning but overall we really enjoyed our meal. The service left something to be desired. A gentleman took our order but once the food came out, he never came back to our table. He cleaned and greeted tables around us but we were clearly done for some time. Eventually I went up to the cashier to ask to pay our check and ask for to-go containers. It was our first time so we were watching what was happening around us... I don't know it was strange. read more

This is a nice new spot for authentic Chinese food, they make handpulled noodles. I ordered the Spicy popcorn chicken and it is to die for, crispy, well seasoned spicy and leaves your mouth with that szechuan numbing deliciousness, that makes you eat more and huge portions, I ended up taking home. Also tried the beef shank soup with the fresh pulled noodles. Very subtle flavors and clean broth, noodles were chewy and delicious woud come back to try their other menu Items. no.. no first of all they dont have anything to drink besides water and soda then they dont. have any dumplings till after 5 so i ge tthe dandan noodles. something i get almost everywhere.. there is barley any meat at all? go look at my profile at every other noodle place. NONE of them give such little meat. then to add insult the beef is BURNED. no not crispy. burnt. like tiny little specs in my mouth. i left my bowl uneaten. waste of money. i only give stars at all for the service being good and the place being so clean edit: my friend got a minced beef and he said "it was flavorless. just like if i added noodles and chili oil to a pot and cooked. nothing else but it was edible" read more

We heard the noodles here were really good. They weren't! They were EXCELLENT! The chicken hand pulled noodles were silky smooth, broth was light but flavorful. Bok choy was cooked perfectly. We also had the cucumber with garlic. Wow! What an interesting combo of ingredients. So delicious. Crispy wonton were so thin and delicate but had just the fight amount of filling. House made dumpling are a must have. We also had the house special lo mein. So many things chicken, beef, lots of shrimp and mussels! We realized we were in the middle of their soft launch. Although they've only been open 2 days the level of professionalism and attention to detail is incredible. They are impressive to watch behind the glass. We stopped in for lunch after Mass today and were blown away! We ordered the soup dumplings, orange chicken, fried rice, and the short rib noodle soup. The soup dumplings were hands down the best I've had since Joe's Shanghai in Chinatown, New York--a high compliment in my book! One thing that immediately caught our attention was the open kitchen. You can watch the team preparing everything, and it was absolutely spotless. The manager came over to chat with us and shared that the cooks were brought directly from China, which certainly shows in the authenticity and quality of the food. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. And the best part? We enjoyed all of this for less than $100. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. You won't regret it! I had diner there on a Thursday bowl of soup with beef shank shaved. Pricing is similar to vietnamese places or other pan asian inspired but taste was not so bueno. The soup had an oily quality to it, very little protein and not a lot of taste with just some scallions and chinese lettuce. Other cuisines make this soup way better with more veggies and more taste. Also when i asked for a container to take the rest home the guy brought me just that. No bag! The food at TastiGo is mediocre at best. The beef soup dumplings and short rib soup lacked flavor depth, but the service is the real dealbreaker. The dining area is cramped, and the staff spent the entire meal hovering and trying to clear our plates while we were still eating. It feels like a "churn and burn" operation where they care more about the next customer than the one currently paying.
