Never experienced one location NEVER get an order right, at least one thing is always missing or wrong. It's almost like it's done on purpose since the order is literally written out for them but it's probably just carelessness and a lack of checks & balances. When they planned and built this new location, I'm not sure the company (or franchisee) was realistic with the prediction of the volume of customers they are facing now. This is the busiest and craziest fast food restaurant in Pinecrest. The wait is absurd. The drive thru line wraps around the building and I sit in park for the majority of the wait; even with the double line going. Grant it, I am here at peak time...7pm! I'll have to consider eating earlier or later? Before leaving with my order, they had to correct three mistakes and, to top it off, they ran out of dark meat and I had to settle for chicken breast. So we parked, walked in, and ordered for dine-in. At first everything was fine, we noticed some of the tables were closed off due to pandemic 6-ft rule which is great. We sat and our order was called rather quick, I picked up my tray and returned to my table then went back for our drinks; took about 5mins but not an issue. My real problem started when I continued to stand at the counter, drinks in hand waiting for someone to attend me with something as simple as 2 straws, mojo sauce and fresh salsa sauce... my first encounter was with the man who gave me my drinks, he said he only handles the delivery/pickup orders therefore he does not know where some of the items are located but he was very polite and apologized. I continued to wait at the counter for 15 more minutes in hopes someone could finally attend to me. During my 15mins of isolation I decided to stay silent and observe the kitchens cleanliness and jesus christ...... the man who was in charge of cooking and cutting the RAW CHICKEN has touched a multitude of kitchen appliances and touch screen displays around the kitchen and has not changed his apron once. Me and my mother have been sitting here for just a little over 40mins and have not even seen him change his gloves & raw chicken infested apron!!! He is also switching from station to station, prepping take out and dine-in containers and trays with the same gloves and throwing out the trash with yet again the same apron and gloves.... Yes the drive thru line is long, but you can literally order in advance or just go inside.... didn't think that would be rocket science but who knows nowadays. I have gone on 4 different occasions at different times of the day and have had to wait 10 minutes at most. For a fast food restaurant very good. Clean, quick in the drive through and cheap for the amount you get. We always get the family meal with the whole chicken, black beans and rice, fried yuca, and balsamic tomatoes with a side of creamy garlic and yellow curry sauce.
