Today was like hot mess express, but normally I like this location. The line was really long so they may have been overwhelmed. In general, the weakest link here is always the one that hands the food over.. so make sure you get your whole order.. I tried to verify that today and was in fact missing a whole meal and then had them hand it over.. I did a quick count rather than open things up, and it turned out we were still missing Apple slices in one of the happy meals and my chicken sandwhich was wrong. That's fast food for you! I've only ever gone through the drive through at this location, as it is on the way the way to work. Who doesn't love a good McDonald's breakfast?! They are generally quick and efficient. Of all the times I've been they've only had my order made wrong once and it was a particularly busy day. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have two drive through order stations which I love. At the moment educators get a free breakfast sandwich and a coffee on Tuesdays from now til December. read more

For the past FIVE MONTHS I have gone to this McDonald's in between 11-1am and the same worker is always working the night shift. I threw up because of it and it had chipped my tooth the food smells like gasoline and it also took us 30 minutes to get our food.

I was refused service at the restaurant on US1 and SW 126th Street Miami, FL, due to another customer FALSELY claiming I skipped ahead of her in line, at the drive thru. When I went to the window, the cashier told me to "get out of here, go home," and that she would not take my order. I had to ask MANY times to speak to the manager and she REFUSED to get him. Finally another employee got him. He too, refused me service. I clearly asked for the restaurant owner's phone number and he gave me the restaurant number instead. As I was speaking to the manager, the cashier was laughing and snickering behind him (with another employee) and ridiculing me in front of the other employee, manager, and me! The manager did not address this behavior! This is an example of poor customer service, poor training, and general disrespect! My family and I all love McDonald's french fries. Today I ordered on the app and picked up at the drive through. Since no one was there, everything was quick and easy! Both ladies that attended to me were friendly and my order was correct! Customer service at this location has really improved! After having a poor experience at the McDonald's in Hallandale Beach, on Hallendale Beach Blvd, my husband and I decided to stop by this location to get some coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We pulled up to the drive through machine and my husband made his order at the machine and then pulled up to the window. It was nice to be greeted with a genuine and kind "good morning" from the employee behind the window. He smiled and gave my husband his order and got his credit card. He also greeted our little girl dog, who was sitting on my lap. Then he left to charge my husband's card for the order and shortly came back to return it to him. My husband's large coffee was hot and had 2 sugars and 2 creams (just as he had requested when asked at the drive through machine if he wanted and how many) stirred in. My husband devoured the 1st breakfast sandwich and saved the 2nd one for later (I didn't want any). Service was friendly and had the items that we came here for. I don't see how that is so hard to do and am disappointed that the other McDonald's that we just came from couldn't do the same. But am glad that this location made for a quick and pleasant experience. There should be more employees like the one that helped us with our transaction. read more

I did the drive through for a breakfast menu and the egg sandwich was missing. It is just so disappointing to find out the breakfast sandwich was missing once I got home after 10:30am so I couldn't drive back to get breakfast since it is the cut off time. On a very slow Sunday morning after church, I stopped to pick up breakfast for my 2 kids. There was 1 car ahead of me and just leaving. No cars parked in the lot. Wow, someone needs to say something or nothing will get done. I go to this McDonalds because it's the closest to my house, and every single time I go, something is wrong. I went through the drive-thru and only ordered an iced coffee and a hash brown. As simple as that order is, the lady in the window told me to go park and wait for me food. Not only this, but once I went inside instead of the drive-thu, and they completely ignored me until I got their attention. Manager was incredibly disrespectful. I pulled up to one of the drive throughs to order and received no responses after multiple "hellos" as I watched multiple cars serviced in the other drive through. I decided to pull out and when I drove past the cashiers window, I explained to the manager (I asked another worker later to confirm she was the manager) that they needed to answer on that drive through when prompted, she forcefully said back that I had to wait and that now I have to go somewhere else. This is no joke the worst service you can get from any fast food place anywhere and I understand they have a stressful and un-gratuitous job but I was COMPLETELY taken aback by the vitriolic way she shot back at me immediately, without warrant. The owners of this franchise seriously need to take a look at this service because honestly it looks like everyone feels like they get a slap on their face trying to order here when all we want is just something quick to eat. We had some time before going to an appointment, kid needed something to eat, so we passed by (despite having minor negative experiences here before - enough to have us go 5 miles in a different direction). Ordering was fine, changed the kids meal drink to a large soda (initially asked for a Dr. Pepper, was told they were out, asked for a Diet Coke and told they had that). It was one combo and a kids meal with the drink changed to a large size. The first window was quick. Then we were stuck. It took about 15 minutes with only 2 vehicles ahead. I would have left, but already had paid. When we finally got to the second window, and I mentioned the wait. The guy at the window replied "everyone loves McDonalds" he asked me what our order was and I told him. He looked throughly confused. Finally he grabbed it and handed it to me. Then he tried to hand me a small Fanta. I told him we didn't order a Fanta, and he replied "we don't have Diet Coke" and I replied "I was told you did" and he said "we don't have any Coke products". Ok, but what does that have to do with giving me a drink I didn't order and don't want in a size that doesn't match my order? He had 4 sprites already made that I could see. I told him I had a combo and a large soda. He then told me that I couldn't have a large soda because I had a kids meal. Now I'm confused. He keeps trying to give me this small Fanta and I told him "just give me sprite for both". So he tries to hand me a small sprite and a regular sprite. I again told him I have a large drink. He fills it and ends up giving me a small sprite and a large sprite. Now we were going to be late to our appointment and I said fine and left, only to realize they didn't give us any straws.
