Order your meal at the register, repeat your order 2x not 1x, you receive your table service #, but you are called back to pickup your own incomplete order. I normally wouldn't bother going on to give a fast food place a review but this place was absolutely horrible. Not only did we wait 30 minutes in the drive-thru line for 3 breakfast sandwiches and two coffees but we were also told after 20 minutes of sitting at the second window that they were out of regular milk so the only option was to have non-fat. They then served us a 1/2 full cup of caramel macchiato with ice so that was equivalent to about two sips for almost $3! The hot caramel macchiato tasted awful. Truly a let down considering this is my usual go to drink at McD's. read more

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The ice cream machine has never worked for the past several years. The lines for drive-through are normally over 30 minutes. The most recent time, I was in the drive-through for 50 minutes, just for them to tell us they are no longer accepting orders.... And they claim they are 24 hours.. I just walked in for take out and it smelled like a back alley dumpster. I don't go their much but it's next to my office so it's convenient in a pinch. I went to this specific McDonald's a few days ago because it was close by to my job and I wanted something quick to eat before meeting friends. The cashier took my order incorrectly. I asked for two mcdoubles plain and I said it was eat in. He didn't note plain and he put take out. He told the kitchen to make them plain. When I received my food, it was in a bag and I had to tell the employee it was eat in. When I sat down, I noticed the burgers were not made to my request. I told the manager and it looks like they made them, but it wasn't handed out to the right order because of course the ticket did not say plain. McDonald's is McDonald's. Every one is basically the same. Quick fast food. Filling, and satisfying. Fries are still the best. Burgers are overcooked, and dry. However, with the quality of beef served at McDonald's, and other burger fast food chains, it's a requirement that beef be cooked well done for reasons I won't go in to in this review. Horrific service. Literally ordered 2 burgers, not even a meal and they asked us to park in mobile waiting spot (along with everyone else in front or behind us).
