Ugh this McDonald's where so I begin. Always a problem, always a wait. Here I am sitting parked waiting for my meal while my drink melts. These people have no consideration or really care. I walk inside to get my food and no one even bothers to say may I help you or pay any attention. I have to takeoff my mask and say excuse me to get anybody to look my way. And then happens that my order was sitting there all along. Rude unfriendly and just a horrible experience. I highly suggest to avoid this McDonald's at all costs. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further past this piece of shit. I also highly recommend you avoid them on Uber eats. After an hour wait and three different drivers this location was unable to satisfy an order of two cheeseburgers and two fries with a Coke. I mean how much more complicated can get. This location is a disaster in the franchise it should seriously look into this. read more

Came twice in a row for a basketball tournament in kendall and both days my food was nice, hot, and fresh. the service is fine it's easy if you order on the machines and they'll get you the food really quick. I also like the view from the windows it's a nice view to have while i eat. read more

I wish there was a 0 star option, you're screamed at by different employees to use the kiosk and refuse to take ANYONES order. What the hell is going on? This is the worst McDonald's I've been to and I've been to several different fast food restaurants and seen some crazy stuff Only ONE employee is even worth mentioning because he actually has a good attitude and asks you if you want anything else. My man with the big gold chain expediting orders to the lobby, you see him you'll recognize him. Employee of the month hands down. read more

Am I missing something? Why is McDonalds charging so much these days? I ordered a simple Egg McMuffin sandwich with an extra egg (JUST the sandwich, mind you) and ended up paying a whopping $9.07!!! They darn-near charged $3 for the extra egg, which is ridiculous. I could've bought an entire carton of eggs at Whole Foods for one round egg. C'mon, McDonalds. I know the eternal excuse of Covid has caused prices to increase everywhere, but the public is hurting as well. Take it down a notch...Jesus! read more

Terrible service. I come in and no one wants to help. The lady just rings up the the 3 people infront of me(was in a line of 5). After the two us were left she just asked us to use the computer in the back to pay. What happened to paying the person? I can see why this place has 2 stars . I'm never going back. This McDonald's although very modern and nice looking inside is a disaster. Almost every time I come here they never have a toy for the happy meal. Which is honestly the main reason I treat my kids with this every once in a while. This time was no different. They never asked me the gender of the toy and gave me a girl toy. My son was like I've been punked!!! I didn't even want to go back. The staff is always serious and looking annoyed at anything you ask. I understand it's not the most glamorous job but I honestly feel no matter what job you do you should do it right and be polite to people for the minimum. I come to this place cause it's nearby. But not because it's the best McDonald's in the area. read more

This Mc Donald's has been a hit or miss for many years. I have been coming to this location for 25 years and the only thing that really got better was the outdoor structure features. The service is the same slow service it's always been. Whether it's early in the day or late at night. The drive through service takes longer to get your food then it does to walk in and walk out. Once you make your order and pay in the drive through they have you park and wait an additional 10min before they even bring the food out to you. Not a very effective and convenient method to service your customers who use the drive through because they may need to be somewhere else in a timely manner. In the past they always ask if you have a boy or girl when ordering a children's happy meal. But I guess this no longer happens either. read more

Right now the world is not in a good place and you would think that people appreciated the jobs they had. We had such a HORRIBLE experience at the drive through that we didn't even end up placing the order because the drive through attendant by the name of Chavely had an extremely bad attitude interrupted us when we spoke and completely got our order incorrect in the screen. Honestly, the only saving grace was the shift manager Lisa. She came up to the window and apologized to us for her and said she would send her home and I HOPE she did. Because someone with an attitude like that should NOT be working in a customer service position. Thank you Lisa for understanding and for coming to the window to speak to us. If I'm going to McDonald's it's because I'm hungry, want something quickly, and am clearly just trying to consume as many carbs as possible (unless I'm getting a salad; they DO have salads and they're decent). For the most part, every McDonald's location can help me in those endeavors. This McDonald's location, however, seems like it is always trying to railroad my attempts at eating what I ordered in a timely fashion. First of all, about half the time the food isn't ready when we get to the window so we have to pull into a parking spot and wait for them to bring it out. This makes sense at peak times, but not at 9pm or whatever other non-peak times we're eating. Second, they rarely get my order correct. I order an apple pie? They give me guava. I asked for sweet and sour with my nuggets? They give me no sauce or barbecue if I'm lucky. One time they even allowed us to order a happy meal, and waited to tell us the toys were all out until AFTER we had to ask why they didn't give it to us. They do this with food items too: run out and wait until after you've paid to try to negotiate on what they'll give you instead. Whoever is in charge of keeping apple pies in stock here is not keeping up with demand. One of the biggest problems is that when they do bring us the wrong stuff out to our car where we are parked waiting for it, they run away from the car quickly and then ignore us as we shout to them trying to let them know. So then we have to get out of the car and go inside, which completely defeats the purpose of having ever visited the drive-thru. I think our last visit was the last straw, and I'm finally giving up on this location. If I want McDonald's, I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to a location in another direction. If you do come here, make sure you check your order. read more

I don't do fast food very often but this one was worth stopping by. We wanted to do a quick breakfast so we got a couple sausage biscuits, oatmeal, hashbrowns, the big McDonald's meal which had pancakes eggs, etc. And my husband got a burger and fries. Everything was above par and the service was good. Pretty modern interior and the place was fairly clean. You can also order at the kiosks instead of going up to the register. don't follow clear instructions, horrible service , just horrible. I've tried ordering from this mcdonald's location multiple times since it's the one nearest my home and not once have they gotten my drink order right, there's always an issue. i ordered an iced caramel coffee with extra caramel and they give me coffee with no ice nor caramel, just cold coffee. It's happened multiple times before. fast food + delivery is already expensive as it is so at least do your job right. read more

I know it's a fast food chain. I know I'm not expecting the best of the best. However I will compare it to other McDonald's. This one is sub par Their wait is always long. The quality (once again afore mentioned comparing to what other locations serve) is sub par. Just doesn't taste right Been trying it for years but best to drive to the one on 88 and 115. I had a Big Mac and a filet of fish Sunday night. I've been bed ridden for three days with 102, and excruciating abdominal pain. I haven't eaten McDs in years. I never will again. I looked up this McD, and apparently they have a history of making people sick. What bothers me about this, is that the solution is a simple one. Employees are not washing their hands and mgmt. is not doing all they can to ensure this. I didn't have to get sick. Most likely due to negligence. There are two McDonald's locations in the vicinity of my grandfather's home, but I will ALWAYS choose this location over the other. The staff at this location (whether it be the day crew or night crew) are always friendly & helpful. Whatever I order is always hot, fresh & perfectly cooked. If something is missing from the order, the staff never gets an attitude; they're always polite & apologize for any mishaps. Service at this location is always quick & efficient, especially when dealing with the drive thru. I'm giving this location 4 stars only because it states that the drive thru is open until 1AM 7 days a week, but there have been times where I have arrived maybe between 11pm-12am & there was no one available to service me. Maybe there was a shift change? Other than that, great location overall! read more

It's McD's at some of its best. Drive-thru is always quick and competent. The dining room is very clean and has tablets on many of the tables. They're preloaded with free games and nutrition information. Bathrooms are usually clean. Not 5 star because no playground. read more

Love this McDonalds. Every time I stop by I'm swiftly in and out. Never had any problems with my order. Super clean environment. Employees nice and try to stand out. Not sure why this place has so many bad ratings. *Nerd alert* Also if your a fellow 3Ds street passer this McDonalds is a hot spot. (Especially during the weekends because people flock from Arcade Odessy to here.) :) The Nintendo Zone is actually perfect here - you don't need to go inside just park and your set. (I think the employees may carry their 3DS in their cars because I always get the same 5-10 people. Lol ) read more

If I could give this McDonalds ZERO stars, I would. They are horribly rude and inconsiderate. If it was one person, I'd excuse it to their having a bad day but EVERY SINGLE PERSON we interacted with was horrible and the definition of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Another new problem at this mcDonalds. I love their diet Coke's from the fountain. My husband gets them every morning. Not a problem. Last three days I ordered at lunch time a large diet extra ice and get 3/4 of cup full. First time I parked and showed them. Next day I mentioned it and was told it's just how the machine does it. Love this Mcdonalds! Their food is always hot, fresh and fast. No problems ever! I will go out of my way to go to this Mcdonalds! Their fries are always hot and so fresh! The food is impecable and so good! The best Mcdonalds! I even get ubereats from here with no cold food issues!!!! This McDonald's is a hit or miss. I come here every week because I work close by. 50% of time the fries are freshly made and great and the other 50% sucked. You would order an apple pie and get something else. and When you tell them why you gave me this, I get the "oh we didn't have the other one" or " it will take 10 minutes to get the other one, its being prepared, if you want wait 10 minutes." Nowadays we have to use the drive thru and although I appreciate that they are still working, I expected more out of them. The lack of effort and lack of customer service puts this McDonald's at the bottom of my list. read more

It's either mozzarella cheese, OR a hot dog, or half and half. I mistakenly thought it was cheese with the hot dog. Regardless, we had the full mozzarella, so it was like eating a large mozzarella stick inside an incredible dough with crunch coating. It was actually so so good and had great flavor. I used the garlic dip for it. The guys at the counter was very friendly and helped us with recommendations. The ambiance was cute. I noticed some of it had changed since my first visit, but it was still comfortable and very clean. Will def be returning to try the other corn dogs!

It was made with the perfect amount of ice and was very refreshing during my walk at a nearby park. I really enjoyed discovering Teajito while visiting this area.
